The store was well-organized, clean, and offered a great variety of clothing - both in-season styles and some amazing clearance finds from past collections. What made the visit stand out was the friendly and very helpful staff. They weren't just polite- they were genuinely welcoming and more than willing to assist with sizes, styling tips, and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. They try to keep it up the best they can I'm sure, but it's unfortunate that some people just don't care. My visit wasn't very enthusiastic the minute I walked in to find a frenzy of customers going through clothing, shoes and other items like it was a rummage sale, including unsupervised children! Things were on the floor or mixed up on the shelves. It didn't take me long to give up my shopping mission and return to the nearest exit. Low prices aren't always a draw when you have to shop along side those who don't have any respect for their fellow human beings. Maybe I came on a bad day. With that being said, I was ecstatic to learn that I no longer had to make the 45 minute drive to the Roseville Galleria to visit H&M...Arden mall finally has one! With the goal of doing some back to school shopping for my son, we headed out to see what this new location has to offer! As we entered the mildly busy store, we were greeted by an employee in the men's section. Sadly, I will admit that I was a bit disappointed in the size of the men's section in comparison to the women's side. Unfortunately, this H&M only occupies one floor within the mall (unlike some that cover multiple floors); therefore, it feels like a scaled-down version of what I'm used to. With that in mind, we were still able to find a few solid pieces. Overall, I'm happy that Arden Mall has an H&M. In the future, I will do my shopping online and utilize the in-store pickup option (also a great way to save time)!

But eventually she found a few pairs in the back area, that were the following the current trend of, bell-bottom, boot cut and or high waisted. So the "Jeggings" section was the more standard fit that she was looking for. I also noticed that American Eagle will take your old jeans and give you a discount on your next pair. Originally I though it was a buy back offer which I though was pretty cool, but later realized it more of a $10 credit to the next pair bought in store. There were also a number of 50% off deals on various garments for both men & women, which is definitely a good incentive to purchase clothing here.
