    Worst customer service, wouldn't answer phone and when they did was put on hold for twenty minutes. Now I know why people shop online

I told him that we wanted to get my daughter's phone working. He started telling me that because we had been Sprint customers, we were not actually on the T-Mobile network. I said, "OK, but how do we get my daughter's phone to work reliably." Kristian said, "Sir, if you would let me explain." He then lectured me about the challenges of a corporate merger, making a point of telling me that Sprint had not actually "merged" with Sprint; they were still two different companies. I said, "OK, but how do we get my daughter's phone working?" Kristian said, "Sir, you keep interrupting me." That was the dynamic -- Kristian's sole focus was on deflecting responsibility. Every time I tried to redirect the conversation back to fixing our problem, Kristian got increasingly irritated and said, "Sir, you keep interrupting me," "Sir, if you would let me finish," or "Sir, let me talk." He finally said, "Sir, if you are going to keep interrupting me, then you should leave." Kristian had no interest in actually listening to us; he needed to dominate the conversation, and he became offended when we kept trying to talk about our problem with the phone service. We have called customer service several times, amounting to four or five hours, and T-Mobile's corporate response has been silence. Every phone call to customer service has ended with a promise that I would get a followup phone call or email. No call or email ever came. Kristian's behavior in the store does not seem to be an aberration; it is just a more abusive example of T-Mobile's apparent customer support strategy of "Do Nothing."

I bring it in today because she needs a new screen protector. Well turns out there is a huge crack UNDER the screen protector. The one that is advertised to not break even with being hit by a hammer etc. false advertisement for sure. So not only did THEIR screen protector break, but THEIR screen as well. This is not the first screen protector I've had to fix with them either, my husbands began lifting only a short time after putting it on. They proceed to tell me they are going to give me the screen protector for $15 then. NO. I'm not giving you any more of my money. So he says he will give me the screen protector for free. Well sure now we have a covered screen but the cracks underneath are there. They refused to stick by their product. Even compared it to hitting a piñata. It could break or not. So I speak to the owner and he says he can replace the screen but for $80. Are you out of your mind ?! I'm not giving you another dime of my money. They will not be getting any service from me anymore ever. I urge everyone to watch out or steer clear of this retailer.

I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. It was so much better than spending $1500 on a new phone. I already have recommended Geek Bro Repair to friends and family. Larry is knowledgeable, and doesn't try to upsell you on any extras. It was refreshing to have ALL my questions answered.

    I feel bad writing this review because everyone at the store was very nice. I had water damage on…read moremy old phone and needed a replacement right away, so I went to the store to trade it in. They also sold me a charger and added a new line, which I was told would be free. I was assured the trade-in credit would be processed soon. Three months later, I still had no credit and was being charged an extra $85. After multiple calls and speaking with two employees, they finally admitted the issue was their fault and said it would be resolved. They also agreed to remove the extra line, though I was then told I'd still have to pay $6/month in taxes -- something never mentioned before. Not only was the issue still not fixed, but my unlimited plan had been changed without my consent and the extra line remained active. I ended up calling customer service myself, and they resolved everything within an hour. Save yourself the time and just call customer service directly.

    Two months ago I disconnected all services with Verizon (our cell phone carrier) and was assured my…read moredisconnection was complete and that I would receive no more bills. The next month I get a bill and I call and they say there was one line left connected so that's why you're getting a bill. I paid that bill and was assured I was now fully disconnected (they said they don't give confirmation numbers for that). Today I got another bill for that same leftover line and called and was told there was no record of my previous disconnection. Ma'am, the person said, you have to make sure you get a confirmation number for all changes to your account. He transferred me to someone who claimed they disconnected me. Can I please have a confirmation number, I asked. We don't give those, the person said. Stay tuned for next month when I will yet again disconnect the remaining line and pay a third monthly bill from Verizon after disconnecting all services.
