I went in looking to get my phone fixed and was greatly assisted by Mia she was able to fix the situations I had in no time

Yesterday I came onto this store needing to take care of somethings with an At&t account. It's a nice spacious store and I love their hours. They are open until 9pm. Upon 1st waking in there were 2 service reps helping other customers. It would have been nice if upon waking in they acknowledged the customers and said that they would be with us in a min. Instead they just looked and turned to finish with the customers they were currently with. The security guard kindly walked over and told me I could look around, someone would be with me in a moment. Totally not his job but I appreciated it. Once I sat down with someone, the service was great. The reps were knowledgable and informative. The manager Isedro was also very nice. So I get my phone stolen in December, I come to the store to get my options knowing I have Insurance on the phone, Erika decides to "help me out" and gets me not only a upgrade on a new phone but tells me nothing will change in the bill I just had to pay taxes. Well turns out she added a new line to my plan without letting me know so now I owe on my stolen phone and I still have to pay for the new phone and I have to pay for a lIne I never use.....I talked to the manager Emmanuel and he said I should read the fine print and tells me to call customer service because he can't help me with this issue Point of the story is don't trust this store they scam you read more

I have been an AT&T customer for many years. I have been in multiple AT&T phone stores. The north line store at Crosstimbers And I45 was an awesome experience. I needed some help with a billing issue and happen to be near the store so I went in. The manager, Carlos, immediately checked me in and told me someone will be with me shortly. The store was pretty crowded, and all the clerks were helping other customers. As I watch the Clark's with the other customers, I noticed that they were taking the time to really get into the customers issues and help them solve their problems. I had a good feeling because I knew when it was my turn they were going to strictly pay attention to me and not shuffle me off. Short time later my name was called and I said down with my clerk. She took the time to investigate my issue and solve it very quickly. I'm very pleased with the experience. When I go back for any other phone issues or to upgrade This is where I'll go. Went into the store to pick-up phones after doing an online application. First the guy said my order was not submitted, so he wanted to run an application & credit check again. I refused, so called customer service & they told them all I needed to do was show identification & pay my money & pick up my phone. The employee said they couldn't do anything without the order being submitted. The Manager took over & spoke with someone in Cust Service she come back & told me they cancel my order for the phone after saying that I had an outstanding balance but then she said they couldn't find anything. She then wanted to run a credit in the store for me to get the phone. I found out they cancels your orders so they can get sales for them. Called on the phone to redo another order & that manager put something in the system where I got to go into the store to do my order can't do it online or on the phone bunch of bull!!!! read more
