This is the best AT&T store I have ever been to. The first time I went into this location the girls were so kind, answered all my questions and never pressured me to spend money on phone upgrades i don't need. (I've had this experience where they try to sell you things you don't need before with other ATT stores) Then again recently went in and I had some questions about my phone and business lines moving numbers around etc.... Amir was so friendly and thorough when explaining why and when I needed to call the 611 number to get my phone issues resolved. They are quick to service you and not long waiting times. No stars, "BEWARE", AT&T are crooks , my bill was $51.00 a month, without any notice they jacked my account for $126.00, at the beginning of September, then told me how they decided too upgrade me to AT&T Streaming. And I'm like what are you talking about. So then a young lady tells me well you don't have another bill untill October 9, for $62.00, wrong " LIARS ", a very unprofessional manager named "OMAR ", tried to give me all these scripted paraphrasing, while he is jacking me for $76.00, for the end of September, and now he telling me they expect me to still pay $62.00 on the 9th. And all these nonsense offer's, and telemarketing spam emails no one thought to call or email about jacking my bill, After this last payment today I'm so done with this unprofessionall rotten company. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! The rep at the store told me he could get me a better plan with unlimited data for "just a few dollars more per month", so I agreed. Just got my bill and it was OVER $200 more than I usually pay. Each line on my family plan went up $35.10 per month. That is ABSOLUTELY NOT "a few dollars more per month" in my book. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! Roberto and Niomi(manager) we're so disrespectful. The manage Niomi made multiple smart ass remakes like "you can't change a $20 out for a $20" after they told me they don't have any change for my cash. As I walked out the door they turned off my service for my phone so I had to come back in for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out how to turn my service back on. A complete lack of customer service. Zero communication. Very assumptive that the customers should know how to go about anything that involves setting up a new phone and all of the little details that go with it. Many things went wrong with my new phone setup and transferring all data from old to new because nothing was explained to me and it was like pulling teeth trying to get any kind of information or help. My experience has been horrible. I went in on october 5th to upgrade phones. The wrong color was ordered and october 8th when the phone arrived at the store they shipped it back via USPS without any tracking information. The phone never arrived back to AT&T warehouse. Now it is October 28th and despite going in there twice a week since the incident to try to get this fixed I can't get anyone's help. They keep telling me they are waiting to hear from "back office". It should not take an establishment over 3 weeks to correct a mistake. Next time I need a new phone i will make sure to go to a real AT&T store and not one of these "authorized dealers". read more

Boy have I had a day dealing with AT&T! Ordered 4 phones online because I intended to transfer my service from sprint to AT&T. I worked with a online sales representative. When it was time to checkout and choose the delivery method they gave me the option to curb side pickup due to covid which was fine. I paid and placed the order. I called this store to see when it would be ready and everyone appeared to be confused. I explained that I placed the order online and was given the option to do curb side at this store. The manager she was very rude and told me she couldn't process the order unless it was done in the store. Mind you the store rates and discounts are different. She said she couldn't offer the rates I was quoted with my online order. AT&T customer service is very poor. The order was canceled and I placed another order online this time home delivery. Moments after placing that order AT&T then canceled that order stating "were not sure if this is you making the order". So now I have two pending charges on my card for both canceled orders! I've now been on hold for 5 hours with AT&T to get this resolved. I no longer want to transfer my phone service with them and will probably go to Verizon due to the experience today. read more

I am a long time AT&T customer (more than 5 years). I went to this store today and was treated with what can only be described as disdain. The staff member on duty when I arrived (Jenn) completely ignored me while she waited on another customer. I am fine with waiting my turn but to be completely ignored for more than 10 minutes is very poor service. Eventually another staff member, Amir, came out from the back and served me. I told him what I wanted. He completely ignored that and went into a hard sell on Direct TV. I listened politely, but firmly told him what I wanted. Eventually, after more hard sell he told me he couldn't actually do what I wanted. It took more than 30 minutes to get to this point! I followed up with AT&T online and they were just as unhelpful. This is infuriating, especial given that I pay AT&T more then $400/month. read more

Such a HORRIBLE experience. I went there for a promotion I was told about at another location and after thinking about it a few days went to this location since it was on my way home. The guy who 'helped' me was so rude. It was an Indian guy that works here. I cannot remember his name and when I called back afterwards when I left the store he hung up on me when I asked him for his name. I wanted to open a new line and since at the other store I was told about the promotion I started out by telling this representative what I was interested in. He was very critical of what the guy at the other ATT store had told me and said they have had many complaints about them. I thought of how unprofessional of him to say all that about another store. At the store, he did not let me read the contract and said he would have to cancel the order and restart it. I told him I could wait. He wanted me to sign it after he told me how much the phone was. I wanted to see the entire thing to know the details. He had already suspended one of my lines before I had signed it. I decided not to go through with the sale of the phone due to his inconsistencies about certain things. I asked him how long the promotion lasted until and he said that was last day. I called another ATT store due to all his inconsistencies and they said that was not true and said the promotion lasted a few more days. This guy at this store was being sketchy so I told him I wanted to wait to go to another store where I felt more comfortable and he said he had just suspended my other line. He said he was on phone with them and would ask them to reactive it. I arrived home and line was still suspended. Called the store and was directed to him and asked him why line was still deactivated. He said they told him it would just be a few mins and I would have to all ATT myself to take care of it. I asked him for his name and he hung up. Called back and someone picked up the phone and hung it up. This was the worst experience ever. Customers want to feel like they know what they are buying especially when it's a $700 phone. I wasn't the only one with issues at this store. Another guy was battling with another employee. It's better to drive to a bigger location where they care about customers. read more

They told us we weren't under contract so we switched to verizon, of course we get a bill stating we owe $123.00 because our contract ended in 2 months. We called to complain, the manager is not there and maybe we can catch him between 2-3 tomorrow? Awful customer service - avoid if you value your time. I went in to get some info about the at&t network, as I am a research analyst for a large public investor in telecom infrastructure / cell tower companies. I was also considering switching my phone service from Verizon to AT&T. The two men working in the store were very unprofessional and rude and said that I had no idea what I was talking about, laughing at what they considered to be a stupid question, and insisted that if they did not know about the new device that I must be some rube / technophobe / idiot. I later went to the AT&T corporate store on 69 and was treated much better by more knowledgeable workers that had forgotten more about AT&T than this store's workers will ever know. Customer Service must be a foreign term to this place. We walked in an had to wait about 5 minutes as the only guy behind the counter with a fake gold watch talked on his own cell about some kind of personal business. No other customers. No other sales people. When he finally decided we were worth his time, we asked for a SIM card which he quickly said would be $20. I said we never were charged for SIM card for any phones in 10+ years, and he said that was his price. I guess he was mad that we interrupted his personal call. Even if he is the owner and treating customers that way, I am here to tell you drive the mile to any other store and stay away. We ordered the SIM from ATT for free that same night. read more

When I first went into the store, everyone was very helpful and eager to sell me as many new devices, lines and packages as possible. Once all the purchases were complete, however, trouble started. They told me that everything would work perfectly well and everything was totally self explanatory. I was unable to really activate the new device because their WiFi at the store was "really really slow." But of course it was! So I had to go home where absolutely nothing worked. I came back to the store where a rude and visibly annoyed female sales assistant with jet black hair and white bleached pony tail told me to reset everything and, again -- it would be completely self explanatory from there. Now I'm back at he store and they are all trying to figure it out because -- naturally, they were just trying to get me to go away once I completed my purchases. They are not interested in helping at all. At & T is a very bad company and this store is a good microcosm of their greedy, irresponsible and immoral corporate culture. read more

Actually this rating is below zero !!! Vanessa was eager to help me to change my billing but she knew nothing and she completely zapped and wiped out my account !! Multiple services like TV, Internet, all telephones (5 total ) fax machine and Wi-Fi services. She is a liar and she promised to make good on her mistakes but never did and make things more complicated by giving me a temp Wi-Fi device which now is also on my Uverse bill. This store visit was on 7 January 2017 and after today 1/27/17 I still don't have a fax and my billing is $ 500.00 in the red because of her ! She is irresponsible and beyond reproach. I have been on the phone withy Uverse about 10 hours and still problems. I am not vindicative and make a lot of mistakes in my life but I am always sure I try to give back for what I screwed up and care and call my clients back to see how I could possibly help. Also the other store managers Amir and Pete never cared and they should have intervened. One Sunday they showed up at 12:50 pm while the store should be open at 12 noon. Apparently they had an ATT Meeting but nobody was caring enough to post a note on the window and it was bitter cold. I finally met Vanessa again - she promised to straighten out my bill but she must have thrown them in the trash or burned them because I never heard back from her ever !! Now I ams tuck at home on Monday again because ATT has to come out o fix my fax line and re-instate my number which they now had taken out of circulation !!!
