Had an awful experience at this store today. Arrived at the store around 3:25 pm during business…read morehours to find an "out to lunch" sign on the door with no reference to when they would return. My wife and I waited about 10 minutes or so and decided to walk over to Albertsons and get some groceries. That took about 15 to 20 minutes. We returned about 4:00 and waited a few more minutes and i called the store a few times with no answer. At this point we were trying to decide whether to go to a different AT&T store and cut our loses on invested time hoping that someone would come back. I wrote a note explaining that we had waited a long time and requesting a call when they returned. After we had been there for about an hour an employee named Eloy appeared from the back office and opened the door. I questioned why it was so long and he pointed to the "out to lunch" sign. I told hime it would have been helpful to have a time of return on the sign. He was totally unapologetic and lied saying he had only been gone for 35 minutes. At this point it was 4:20 and we said you were gone for close to an hour whole we were here. He wanted to argue and looked at his phone and said he clocked out at 3:46. This was 20 minutes after we arrived. He may have clocked out then but he was gone for considerably longer. He finally said "i am here now, do you want me to help you?". I said no as he was not truthful with us and certainly was offering nothing resembling an apology. We went to the AT&T store in downtown summerlin and employees there were great.

He was friendly, engaging, and made everything easy to understand. I upgraded to a new iPhone and also switched to Verizon internet, which has been a huge improvement over Cox. My rep, Axel, tried upselling me perks and programs which I didn't want but I was patient because I know there is a script. I was very clear that I wanted the Edge, but was concerned about the memory limit and would consider something else at 256 or higher. Axel came back after an extend absence and showed me a sheet for the Pixel 10 which I noted was only 128gb and would cost me 14 dollars more per month after he told me it would be a savings from my current plan. I also told him that I was offered a better deal online which he claimed was only available online (I later confirmed with Verizon that it was available in store as well). I later purchased a 256 gb Pixel 10 XL for only $5.50 additional cost per month without having to trade in my existing phone. I am very glad I left the store without a purchase. It is rare that customer service talks me out of a sale, but Axel managed to do it.

Back in October 2025, we transferred to Verizon from another carrier and traded in our phones during the account setup process. We were told to expect a specific amount for our devices and promotional gift cards for being new customers. (This all happened at a different Verizon location.) For some reason, there were issues with receiving the full compensation credit for our trade-in and our gift cards. The Verizon folks we were initially working with at the other location couldn't seem to track where the credit and gift cards went. It was at this point Erik took over our account and made it his mission to get us a resolution. From end of November to end of December 2025, he contacted customer service multiple times on our behalf to track down our missing credit balance. He proactively communicated the progress being made and consistently followed up with us to make sure we really got the credits and the promotional gift cards. While the initial signup was rocky, working with Erik re-instated our confidence in Verizon. He made sure we were heard and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.

Customer service was great and everyone was helpful. Stopped by to get my daughter's screen protector replaced since it was cracked all over. One thing I've noticed lately is these newer screen protectors just don't seem to be made as durable as they used to be. It feels like you barely drop your phone once and suddenly there's a full spiderweb crack across it. I highly recommend getting the lifetime screen protector protection and paying the monthly fee because, at least for my family, it's definitely worth it. I'm in T-Mobile replacing screen protectors more often than I'd like to admit

Why do I even leave my house? Everything is available online…read moreand I have great cats, soft blankets, and snacks!! A T-Mobile retail employee at this store coerced David into purchasing a low-value (non functional) phone. They apparently accessed the account using the primary account holders PIN (my mom's law office) without permission to vague the purchase and misrepresented a paid-in-full device purchase as "service" in order to deny a return. He retained his existing number, so no new line was added despite their claim. This is a deceptive sales tactic designed to evade T-Mobile's own 14-day buyer's remorse policy. This isn't just shady -- it's textbook deceptive sales practice. They now say they will "make it right" but this doesn't change the fact that the employee saw an old guy who came in with a "factory unlocked phone" and told him unlocked phones couldn't be used and sold him a bottom level Samsung instead and is now claiming that David got the phone for free by adding a line (completely false... he didn't have that access.) 0/10 They offered to let him keep the phone and take 100 off the bill. We don't want the phone. We want this to never happen again. Scammy McScammerscam
