Giving this 5 star review to Diana S. Sales Representative. Over the weekend, my mother and I went to AT&T and a sales rep was assigned to us. We were at at&t for literally over 2 hours (yes I timed it). It was an unpleasant visit as what we went in there for was not resolved and I felt he was not efficient in his job. He ended up telling us we had to call 611 for customer support. That was a waste of a couple hours. I called customer support on Monday, who kept giving us the run around and giving us different numbers to call. Even numbers that were no longer inoperable. Each time I called the next agent said we dont deal with that you need to call a different department. Now it's Wednesday, I ended up going back to at&t with my mom with the hopes of a different sales rep would help us. We were paired with Diana S. She knew how to do her job very well. She was efficient and experienced and handled the issues we initially came in for when we first came in over the weekend. I wish she was our sales rep at the beginning as it would have saved alot of headaches and precious time. Diana was professional, kind, and patient. Please request for her to help you out! Extremely poor service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in yesterday to pickup my upgrade. The gal told me the last name on my account wasnt the name on my ID. I told her the name on my account was my married name, it's since changed and been updated. But that both my maiden and married names were on the account screen hyphenated. She walked over to her manager multiple times to ask what she should do. He never once turned around, acknowledged me, or asked her IF SHE ACTUALLY CHECKED MY ACCOUNT INFO ONLINE INSTEAD OF ON A PIECE OF PAPER. He had the balls to tell her, to tell me, to bring in a credit card with my married name on it. The name I don't have because I'm divorced... The one that's been removed from all of my accounts after my legal name change. FFS Nope. ID doesn't match her printed out piece of paper. No phone. Manager said so. I walked out disappointed and called AT&T. I spoke with a very nice gal who was extremely confused why they denied my ID GIVEN THE SAME FUCKING NAME IS LITERALLY ON MY ACCOUNT THE MOMENT YOU LOOK IT UP. She told me there's no reason I can't have the phone. She even offered to call the manager to clear up the obvious misunderstanding. No thanks. That already lost me as a customer. I picked a new store for pick-up, walked in and out with my phone in under 5min. The other location was awesome AND THEY LITERALLY LOOKED AT THEIR TABLET AND SAW MY NAME WAS THE SAME AS ON MY ID. Zero star for AT&T!! Went to this location to get 2 of my phones screen protectors replace. We have warranty on them. Just needed to pay a small fee. Your sales rep Angel sure has an attitude when he realized we are not there to purchase new equipments. Such unprofessional sale staff, he had his phone on watching a ball game the whole time. And it was on quite loud. At least have the consideration to mute it when you are helping a customer. He was paying more attention / more concern about the game than helping us. He went to the back room then came back with the manager Alex to tell us their system is down and can't help us. "Come back tomorrow or the next day". So today I received a phone call from this store. My caller ID showed "AT&T Las Vegas, NV" I thought to myself "that's weird, probably spam" for two reasons. Firstly because my phone carrier is Verizon, secondly because I live in California. But I like to answer the calls I think are spam, so I can confirm they're spam and block the number. So I answered, "hello" I said. And the male on the other end of the line responded "hello" I paused waiting because duh you called me speak. After a few seconds I realized he wasn't planning on saying anything so I said "can I help you?" he said "I'm calling from AT&T billing department" I said "um I think you've got the wrong number because my phone service is through Verizon" without missing a beat this man responded to me "oh no honey, we are your phone service provider" I said "excuse me? Honey? Okay then bye" I then proceeded to call the number back and lo and behold it really was AT&T calling me. What the hell? So I get transferred to an employee, I explain the situation. He seems as shocked as me to hear someone from this phone number called me HONEY. He goes and explains the situation to his manager. The manager comes to the phone. Again I explain the situation. I tell him the phone number that called me, he says "yea that's the store number but I've spoken with everyone and no one has called anyone and I've been out here on the sales floor and no one has dialed out any calls" I explained to him my phone records state otherwise and that obviously I can just block this number but clearly someone on his staff is not being truthful and if he has an employee that is going to be goofing around while at work, prank calling random phone numbers, being disrespectful to people he's calling from a company line that it's his decision as the store manager to decide what to do with that information. I just thought he should know. So he explained they'd check the camera footage and look into it. Who the hell calls from a company line, does not verify the person they are speaking with, and when the individual tries to correct them, calls them HONEY?! Get your staff under control. read more

Be careful with this AT&T store. Went in to find out why my apple watch wasn't synced. As far as the watch situation, it didnt get resolved and had to go to the apple store. Now here's something sketchy, for whatever reason the employee had me create a profile for my account on her tablet, had to type in my password and all that. At the moment I didn't think much of it. Fast forward bout two weeks later and my account gets hacked. Someone some how upgrades a line on my account to a iphone x with a card that i had on file and ships it to Arizona. Luckily I contacted AT&T in time and they were able to stop the shipment. read more

I paid it right there and then but because of her service I ended up leaving and took my service else where to an authorized att dealer and come to find out they had missed informed me on a promotion that was going on about the 300 credit towards an upgrade as long as I had a unlimited plan they told me I could have only used that credit on the Lowest Gb iPhone which was a lie it's for any phone ! I would give this place 1 star but their prices are probably what may have me switch back to AT&T after being with Sprint. I walked in a few days ago and was greeted by a customer service rep named Mike. Mike did not seem to be having a very good day. After explaining to him what I would like quoted he asked me if I was going to do all this in a day. I declined but wondered, why does that matter to him? As we went about talking plans, phones, pixels, he did not smile or seem enthused about his role in having a customer sale. If I could give this place no stars I would:/ I walked in last Saturday evening and three people were available to help including the manager. I wanted to get the three phone lines left on my account moved from post paid to prepaid lines which would cut my bill f. Rom $210 per month to $40 per line. They immediately told me that they couldn't do that there and I'd have to do it over the phone. Three of my older kids previously went into thIs store and got off my account with the prepaid lines so I knew that they were either lying or had no clue. We left and got on the phone. The phone agent said we had to switch in a store. We drove to the location at E Flamingo and Michael switched all three of our remaining lines to prepaid in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Michael. I am writing this review not just specific for this store, but overall ATT company. I was at Costco and someone from ATT grabbed my attention stating that I can start a new service through them with just activation fee. The 3 iPhone 13 are supposedly for free with 1 iPhone 13 pro max. I clearly told them that I have a service through T- mobile the rep said it was NO Problem all they have to do is transfer my service through them with just a phone call and the new SIM card they are giving me. Plus, my monthly payment would be $25 lower than my T-mobile. So sounds like a great deal right? Free phones, lower monthly bill and easy transfer. So I said WHY NOT? My phones arrived a day after with activation instructions. I quickly called ATT to activate it in my number, the first umber worked out fine, now my wife's, my dad's and my mom's turn which was not an easy way and the start of the horrible experience through ATT. I spent my precious time calling, going to the store back and forth, talking to at least 25 customer representative with no ONE to help me. Our phones had no service for 2 days And no ONE can help me. I was told different things, i was passed around to different reps, worst of all I was on hold for 5 hours awaiting for someone to finally help me. There was only 1 staff who spend his time helping me and made sure he knows the answer but that took 2 hours total which is a waste of time but I'm grateful for him because he fixed our problem. I had to cancel the service because what they told me at costco to get their service are all lies and very misleading. I cancelled, agreed to return the phones and shipped them the next day. I thought the problem was over and horrible experience would be just memories, until 3 weeks later I received a bill in the mail of ATT. I was being charged for the monthly' Service and for the phones costing 1k each. I had therinse service roughly 18 hrs in which the 5 hours is the waste of time calling and going back and forth at the store. So why am I being charged for the monthly service when the service was cancelled in 18 hrs lol.. and why am I being charged with the phones I returned the next day unopened. I don't understand. I called to fix it, obviously no one can helped me again... on hold for 3 hrs getting passed around. some of the reps hung up on me because they said they could not verify my identity after giving my full account number on the bill, social security, 4 digit passcode, address and still they said it wasn't enough to verify my identity.... WTF right. At this moment, i had so much anxiety and my blood pressure went up that I almost had a stroke. I had palpitations and dizziness. I would never ever go back or get ATT anymore even if they are the last phone provider on earth. Would never recommend, would never support and would never even say their company's name in our household. It is that bad.... MOST OF THEIR CUSTOMER REPS ARE USELESS, BRAINLESS AND CARELESS. Took my aunt here to get her a new phone, and I have to drive her. We had a couple phones we planned on looking at and needed to get a new phone quickly. We talked to Angel and told him which phones we needed and he started helping but he was immediately dismissive of us. I had to go back to her apartment to get her old phone, and right after I left he told her that they had none of the phones she was looking for, and then after she tried asking about other phones he wouldn't help her out. We're all so used of calling customer service and when all else fails then that's probably the only time we come in to see an associate in person. And as for me that's exactly what happened. Tried to fix a simple problem through phone and was not successful resolving the matter. Decided to go in person instead and have an associate help me out. They were very professional in this location and I don't have any comparison. I've been an ATT customer since 2009. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received from Sal Gaona. He was able to fix everything and was able to answer all my questions. He even got me to buy two iphone6 cases and he was nice enough to put on my screen protector for me. He's very friendly. I really like this location but more than anything I love the level of commitment of one special sales rep at this location Ale! She is just very detail and knowledgeable about AT&T products. Very charismatic and makes my experience here that much more than just buying a product. She is like my personal barber for electronics. If I cheat on her and go somewhere else I regret it immediately. This level of customer service relationship which she builds with her costumers should really be rewarded. This place might be far from home but if she is always willing to go that extra mile to provide this level of costumer service I don't know why anyone else can as well. This is not the store that I usually go to and I will not be making it my home store. And this is why... I am relatively new to the world of AT&T; I had been on a family plan with another company for quite some time but I found that AT&T better served my needs and wants as an individual. Upon this switch, I had gone to the store on Flamingo and found the people there to be very helpful and friendly. The gentleman there was patient and understood my wants as I switched from that other phone company to AT&T. The boys at this other store were the exact opposite. Immediately, the boys or workers were more concerned about joking around. Of course, when an attractive girl came in then it was apparently the time to work. This is horrible work ethic. I came in to look into purchasing new phone accessories and possibly changing my plan; I did not walk in there to be hit on or watch other young women get hit on. The boys here are ridiculous. One of them also seemed very obsessive over his own phone, which was constantly ringing. I will not be going back there; the AT&T store is not a place to get picked up, its a phone store and should be treated as such. Last week was the only time that I was in the store and I have been unable to reach a manager that wasn't one of the boys that were the ones that I am speaking of; every time I have called one of them is on duty. I am disheartened by their actions and after such events, I do very much wish to go back to my old cell phone provider. read more

She checked on SIM cards, the mobile data, any remaining balance on the phone, and factory reset the phone. She answered all of our questions, and with her, we were able to close the deal on the phone with absolutely no problems. read more

I called this location to see if they had any of the IPhone 7 in stock. A girl answered the phone, asked which color and GB. She said she went to go check. She said that they had two of the color I wanted in stock. I drove there and got there 10 minutes later. Was greeted at the door by a guy. I asked him for the phone. According to him, they didn't have any in stock. I explained I had called 10 minutes prior and was told that there were two. He said he couldn't find them and that its first come first serve and I should have got there right away. I told him I understood that but highly doubt two were sold in the last ten minutes. I've been with this company since they use to be Cingular. I've always paid my bills on time & have been a preferred customer because of that. Everyone here is super nice with great customer service except for Aimee! She's been the rudest associate I've talked to so far in person. Her responses were always sarcastic & she never smiles! She didn't help me at all on anything I needed. I would've talked to a manger when I was there but I was to mad & irritated with her that I just stormed off. In my opinion she shouldn't be up in the front as an associate, she should be somewhere in the back where she doesn't have to deal with people because obviously she not professional. read more
