Came here to recycle all my old apple electronics. I love that they have a recycling program, I know it'll be done correctly and safely. The only negative is that there is no one to greet you at the door to help get you to the right area (esp since there's no "check out/customer service" area. When did the Apple Store start feeling like a carrier store, complete with upselling and unnecessary add-ons? I visited the Apple Store at Town Square in Las Vegas to purchase an iPhone 16e for a family member on my T-Mobile account. The plan was simple: take advantage of T-Mobile's $500 trade-in promotion on my Go5G Next plan by trading in an iPhone 12. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went sideways. The Specialist was extremely pushy, repeatedly trying to sell AppleCare+ and additional services. Since I was purchasing the device for someone else, those decisions weren't mine to make. Once it became clear we were only buying the phone, the tone shifted and the sale felt rushed. After leaving, I reviewed the receipt and noticed multiple "free trials" had been activated without any clear explanation: Apple TV, Apple Music, Apple News+, Apple Arcade, and Apple Fitness+. During checkout, I was asked to scan a QR code and agree to terms, which I reasonably assumed related to the trade-in or promotion. It turns out it was for enrolling in these subscriptions. Yes, they were trials. Yes, they would have eventually billed my Apple ID. That's not okay without transparency. Overall, a disappointing experience. This felt more like a metrics-driven upsell interaction than a customer-focused purchase. Lesson learned: next time I'll just order online and skip the in-store pressure altogether. read more

I had to bring my Mac back to confirm my worst fears after having it serviced a few weeks previous. The tech had told me that the underlying reason for my computer failing was age, which was what I had feared. She gave me a couple of pointers, and told me that if the computer kept failing , to bring it back to try to help more. The Mac failed completely, but the tech gave me some peace of mind by confirming that my Time Machine backup was viable. The tech, Shirin, was exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient, and amicable. She made the experience as painless as one could possibly hope for. I hope if I ever have to come back for any reason, I have the good fortune to have her as my Apple genius. read more

Not too bad greeted with friendly service to check in with a 20miin wait. Plenty of pay parking and if you prefer free parking just use the garage. read more

Came in with a mission to get a new charging cable. Pretty simple mission and the lovely Apple staffer got me in and out in less than 10min. The location is in an outdoor mall... the parking scenario is a bit crazy since you gotta pay for parking in a deck or on the side of the street. Lucky enough, I was with a co worker on a business trip so I was able to leave the car running while running in. The cable I got was the last one on the shelf- but I have a feeling there was more available in the stock room- but it also made me feel like that cable was "meant for me" Helped me not worry about the charge level on my phone the rest of my business trip. read more

Around 7:21 pm on Dec 21st, I dropped in because my iphone 15 MAX PRO was frozen on the lock screen. I tried to do the up/down volume shut down which I successfully completed once before but it froze again this time not allowing me to do it. Upon walking in, Evan saw the panic look on my face and asked "what can I do to help you?" In less than three minutes, he pushed the up/down volume button and got my iphone to restart. He did not just fix the problem and hand me back my phone, but he explained to me what can cause that malfunction/glitch in iphones and that is "never shutting them down." As a long time customer of Apple, I have never had such a bad experience in any store in the country. We were given conflicting information as we were passed from person to person, charged for things we did not agree to on Apple Care and finally subjected to a very rude manager who did nothing to help and only magnified an otherwise bad experience. No empathy after making a $1700 purchase and having problems. In fact she tried to turn it into our problem, not theirs. It's sad to see Apple go down hill so far and allow such conduct from their store personnel. Came here to trade in my phone for a new one. I specifically asked to back up my photos no matter how long it would take. I waited patiently for almost two hours, did everything the associate told me to do, even got extra iCloud storage charged to my credit card. A huge portion of my photos are all gone. Paris was kind. We ordered via the app. Within 30 minutes received notice that the order had been fulfilled. I sent my 12 year old into the store to pick up his purchase without me but with my cell phone and my ID. I was parked in a place where Paris could see me. He inquired if the person on the ID was available because he, my son, was not that person and my son pointed to me. This review is based on my experience with an Apple Support (Genius Bar) appointment and an impromptu drop-in on an in-store class. We came in originally with an appointment to deal with my daughter's locked out iPad. We came in a bit earlier than our appointment time, but they were able to take care of us early! Cameron was absolutely terrific in getting us squared away and reset, and we had awesome side conversations as the device was rebooting - he was such a friendly, personable guy! As we were waiting for the reboot, we noticed a presentation starting at an adjacent table, with a large monitor and speaker system. We asked Cameron about it, who said it was one of the (free) in-store classes they hold. This one in particular was Coding for Kids, which piqued my daughter's interest. I sent her over there to watch, and Evan was quick to welcome her, set her up with an iPad, and they went at it. When I was done working with Cameron, I walked over and observed the class and their work. I was blown away at how relatable Evan described coding; he was great with the young audience and was so patient and encouraging! My daughter absolutely rocked at the exercises, and Evan was great with the praise! We walked out of there ready to find more coding for kids apps and hopefully foster a love for coding in her! Worst service!! waited over an hour to reset apple password. She come over & keep walking away, & still unable to help.

Had ordered a laptop and cable ahead of time. I came into the store and stood there for about 10 minutes before finally deciding to approach an employee. They pointed at the Order Pickup sign (which I admit I had missed) and said "You gotta wait there". I walked over to discover one employee who had just sold this couple an iPhone doing an engraving and helping them set it up. Meanwhile there were 5 or more employees just standing around (including the one who told me I had to go wait). When I finally did get to the guy doing pickups he told me one of my items was ready but that the other wasn't and he had no idea when it would be. Didn't check to see if they even had that item in stock, nothing. At the very least it would have been nice to know if I could expect it this weekend or weeks down the road. Also if it wasn't in stock, maybe ask if I really needed it and offer a different color or something else that was in stock. All this was compounded in my head because why didn't the employee, who pointed at the said and told me I had to wait, just take my confirmation number and look it up. There was no one else waiting. Apple used to be the epitome of customer service, always going above and beyond. This apple store did below the bare minimum. I canceled my order and ordered from Best buy. Walked in around 5:30 pm on 1/22, look, I get it gets busy. That seemed to be the case yesterday, the lady at the door was dismissive, just kinda bothered that the store had clients. Anyway, I ended up needing to make an appointment, she said she had availability for 1/23 at 3:20, I didn't see anything as she just made me scan and confirm from my phone but I didn't see the actual appointment times, very rushed. Anyway, I verbally confirm the appointment time is for Friday, she said "uhhu" , and it's not, it's for Saturday. Conveniently located in a small shopping mall, outdoor, faces the street with street parking, although pretty hard to find a spot. Service was below par. One guy told me to get the cord myself, "it's located somewhere along the wall in the back". Definitely not how Apple customer service goes. Usually someone radios the stock staff and they bring it right up where I didn't need to go find it myself. (Not trying to be prissy here but apple spoils their customers?) They don't carry all Apple products. Like the cord I had to go find myself. Rather than paying double, it's cheaper to get it on Amazon. But god forbid your overpriced Apple purchase is defective (yes, some of Apple's products are defective). While Apple products are excellent and several staff members were professional, helpful, and went out of their way to assist, the management experience was completely unacceptable. The manager was openly unprofessional, dismissive, and dishonest, with a consistently hostile attitude. My interaction with Pa Trina was especially poor--unproductive, disrespectful, and reflective of extremely weak leadership. My iPhone 11 Pro Max battery has a 80% capacity for charging. I was told by the chat support that I should make an appointment to get the battery replaced. When I got to my appointment, my phone died, but when we got it charged enough to be diagnosed, I was told that because it wasn't at 79% capacity, that I would have to pay full price. I asked if there was anything that could be done as an exception considering I had Apple Support, been supporting Apple for more than 20 years, and was off by 1% capacity. After some confusion, I was told that I could spend $89 or try spending the next several weeks trying to kill the battery by another 1% (by turning on more apps, keeping the screen bright, and not allowing it to go into standby). I begged, "Is this the best you can do for me?" The rep said, "Yep." I left, feeling defeated and angry. Disappointed and rejected. Outraged, but no longer surprised at the unapologetic attitudes of corporate policy. You know, back in the 2000's and 2010's, there was a time when Apple Support policies came first, but not at the expense of its users. Time and time again, I used to claim Apple had the best support, despite the highest cost of its industry, because I would be told time and time again (especially at the same Town Square location here in Las Vegas) that, "Officially there's nothing I can do, but unofficially ...I'm going to see if there's anything else we can do to make you happy." When I told my support person at the Apple Store's Genius Bar that it feels like that Golden Era has gone, now replaced by policies and rules, he said, "Yep." read more

I went here to get my screen repaired since I had insurance. Getting an appointment was rather easy online and they had a lot of availability. My appointment was at 5:15 pm and I was seen at 5:30 pm. They said it will take 3 hours for my phone to get done which is a very long wait in my opinion. The people were nice at least. My phone was done by 8:30 pm. It's not too bad if you shop around and eat dinner at Town Square but if you have plans, i wouldn't assume quick repairs at their Genius Bar. read more

I went to the other the other night to buy few Christmas gifts. I got out of the gym and really was very short of time. I thought if I make it there by 8pm and leave by 8:30, I'll be good. I found parking right in front of the store. The store didn't look busy or packed. I was greeted immediately I entered and told them what I was looking for. The man walked me to another staff and told him what I needed. Jeremy was really nice and accommodating. I bought few AirTags and actually asked for few bags to gift them. He checked with the manager ( who was the greeter) and he said yes. I got 12 bags! What's funny is there were few bags at the table where Jeremy and I were. Jeremy counted the bags and there were 12. We both looked at each others and laughed. Those bags were waiting for me. I bought 3 packages of 4 AirTags each. Ahh the value, is Apple. Even if it's expensive is good. I like to buy things that my friends will use and for a good use. Trust me, these days you never know when your car will be stolen, your purse, or you'll leave your wallet somewhere. This is the best gift you can get to your love ones and yourself! I love when things happen as you plan them. Well it was better. Thank you Jeremy and thanks to the store manager. Extra bags may not cost much to the store but the attention really made a different. I was really happy :-) Happy holidays to you all. I think I'll need a few more. Amazingly friendly and bright service from Mason, was able to locate and to pay for an adapter I needed super quickly. He was able to effortlessly address needs of multiple customers at the same time. Removed one star from lack of free parking and could definitely use having maybe one or two more Team Members at the front to check people in and to direct them to the appropriate Team Member(s) for further help. read more

I had an old iPhone 7 Plus that I was trying to milk as long as I could. The phone still worked great and took fantastic pictures, but when I learned that Apple was going to discontinue support to my iPhone 7 this coming fall, I decided to hustle and buy the new iPhone 14 Pro. I purchased my new phone at the Apple Store online, which was great because I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted at home, then schedule a pickup time at this location. I received my pickup instructions 4 days before my pickup date and loaded the pickup barcode to my Apple Wallet. When I arrived, I showed the barcode to the associate at the door and they ushered me to the pickup line. I literally only waited about 5 minutes before they called my name, greeted me, and took me inside. While inside, my barcode was scanned again, then I was asked for my ID card. After that, they came out with my new phone. The associate who helped me was absolutely fantastic, he made me feel welcome, comfortable, and didn't rush me at all. While I was inside, I purchased a new charger which only took about 2 minutes. The store was packed, but my associate made me feel like the only customer in the store. I really had a great pickup experience. The store was clean, inviting, and packed with staff to help keep the wait time low. I highly recommend this Apple Store, and will return again in the future. read more

Bought the iPhone 17 Pro Max was very excited. I requested specifically to trade in my phone through mail so I can back up everything that needed to be. I don't remember her name but she sucked. Didn't know what she was doing. I'm not one to complain about anything but she doesn't know what she's doing. She basically erased my phone and took my old phone away when I wanted to keep the iPhone 14 Pro Max until everything was good to go in terms of transferring over everything. I was here on a busy weekend...I guess people were getting their new Apple products. I walked in the store to look at the watches. I saw several employees just standing..not sure if they are watching people or just socializing with each other. But, I definitely did not see them approach anyone and asked them if they need help. I stood in one of the table playing around with the the new Apple Watch and at some point was the only one on the table...nobody came to help. Two employees were just standing across from me watching people with their hands crossed. I've never experience such low customer service from an Apple Store. And why are there lines forming when people are just there to pick up their products...something is not working right for this place...it needs to train employees to help people and speak up. One star for now...but I will come again a few more times to see if this changes. I also hope they were not approaching me because of their bias or misconception that I might not look like a wealthy possible client because I might not dress like I'm shopping at a Rolex store. lol read more
