Walked into the store with approximately an hour left before they closed. The customer service was subpar to say the lease. Employees were having all topic discussions while in the middle of transactions, and when it was my turn, I was told that I was not able to upgrade and receive my phone today because the store was closed prior to me being able to transfer my data. I have a iPhone and iCloud storage typically does not take more than 10 to 15 minutes in my experiences so it was cleared that clear that the employee preferred to get off on time or to avoid my service altogether, then help me out. read more

I think all the at&t stores must have a high turnover rate. I can never get good customer service. I only have a hotspot through at&t and this is why. I never write bad reviews, but the staff in the last 3 locations need to go back and be trained on good customer service. Rebekah never looked me in the eye or smiled. She barely wanted to know what I was there for... and why are we supporting sitting down. Listen in college I worked for Verizon so I have the right to speak in this subject. Verizon never let you sit and now I see why. Every time I leave an at&t branch I contemplate just making an online account to re-up the data. I image that must be better than the lack luster attitudes I catch when I walk into the stores. read more

I just purchased my iPhone 14 Pro on Tuesday. Plugged it into my 2022 Toyota and it erased my Apple Car play. I also immediately purchased a screen protector at the recommendation of Demetric and the district manager that was in the store. Dmytryk said that the screen protector is a lifetime warranty and can be replaced at any time for free. The screen protector broke/cracked that evening. I am now at the store not even five days later trying to get it replaced and I'm being told it's gonna cost me $8. This is now the second time that the store has misrepresented products to me and my business. I recommend everybody take/spend their due diligence before purchasing any products from this location. read more

This review is for corporate AT&T. Not the store itself. We will post on all AT&T yelp page since it's within the family and there is no specific corporate page. We have been loyal AT&T customers for 15 years. We have a grandfather in unlimited data. So you would think they're honor and appreciate their loyal clients, but no. They're just a bunch of greedy service provider. Since they're are not offering unlimited data anymore. They decided to sent us a letter raising it by $5 more. This is a second letter we've received within 3 months. So every 3 months it seems we get another $5 increase in our plans. What a rip off. That's how AT&T treats their loyal customers of 15 years. So to all of you yelper in search of service providers. Keep in mind. AT&T does not care about you. They're out their to make $$$. So go with whichever provider that treats you the best with the best rates. read more

Having worked in customer service all my life I would give AT&T negative stars if I could. I'm writing this review of AT&T's service in general; not this store in particular. However, if regardless of how you a quite good phone and service, eventually you will have to deal with their service and people. I canceled my service after only one horrific week. The straw that finally cut it was being told I would have to write a letter to someplace in Indiana if I wanted to complain. After being told that snail mail was my only recourse I couldn't get away fast enough. Put a stamp on a piece of paper that in this day and age?! Where does it go? To a shredding bin? I returned their phones under the "buyer's remorse" clause and should not have been charged for anything. But, they couldn't find the returns until I called and all of a sudden the returned phone showed up and I got THAT $800 bill resolved. I was then told I would get a final bill in the mail. What I got was a notice through email that my overdue balance was in collections. Give me a break! Calling the number in the email and being disconnected twice I was told they couldn't figure out what happened and I need to go to a store to get everything fixed. They also said they couldn't do anything about the collection activity but they did feel bad. I'm off to the store and tomorrow to see what's up. Do not, do not, do not use AT&T unless you are forced to. read more

I walked in on a Saturday to only 2 workers. The store was full and stood with my daughter for over 30 mins and no one came up to me the whole time. They had one girl who took ppl that signed in but no one signed in so she didn't bother help. Terrible service!!! read more

We've now purchased three mobile phones from this location, only out of convenience since it is the closest store to us. You would think that as a new location, they would be great, but nope. After adding the first phone, we noticed during the next billing cycle that the mobile insurance had been add WITHOUT our permission. We quickly contacted the AT&T chat line and had it removed and credited. Flash forward a couple months and we have to get two more new phones, so we go to the store again. I just pulled up our bill online to see the detailed billing report and notice that the mobile insurance was added WITHOUT our permission. I am not sure if the salespersons are pressured to add this to boost their numbers, if they are instructed to do this, or if the software at this location is glitchy. I have never had the experience of having unauthorized additions to my bill and I will NEVER visit this location again. Thankfully the AT&T corporate representatives are helpful, but my trust of this location is gone. Update: My husband upgraded to the note 8 and once again this store added the insurance without our permission. So definitely check your account immediately after going here. read more

When you have any issue speak with the store manager. He helps out a lot! Even when you speak on the phone or to other reps they will try to tell you they can't do something. However, I voiced my concerned, the store manager, Travis listened, and got me set up! I had been switched from a grandfathered plan and switched to a new plan that I realized wasn't for me. I wasn't explained all this properly and voiced my concerns to customer service and the store manager. I got things taken care of and now I'm happy again :) read more

Got my iPhone it works great got my tablet didn't work that good to get back to AT&T and they didn't want to tell me when I bought the iPad mini 2 that if it breaks you have to take it to Apple which is inconvenience to everybody you should tell everything that to your customer I used to be in retell as well I would be brutally honest with my customers and I always have them return. The people are knowledgeable but they didn't tell me everything, pissed me off that I had to go to an Apple store I wish I'd known that in the beginning I wouldn't of wasted my time going back to the AT&T store. After purchasing an iPhone 8Plus, it took at least two and a half hours to get the software updated and the data transfered. We were told that they only have one working machine that transfers the information and data. So we left the phone for another hour and came back 30 minutes before close and we were told that the pictures did not transfer. I don't think that the technicians know what they are doing plus they are real slow. read more

There is a new gem in the Laurel Shopping Town Center that ISN"T one of the new restaurants. I just received an iPhone 6 plus for christmas and decided to take it in to the newly opened at&t store around the corner from my home. I was greeted very cheerfully by a special young lady, Christina Kiep, who turned out to be a Retail Sales Consultant. I had all kinds of issues, including how to get infor off of my older iphones, how to properly set up my new iPhone 6 plus and how to find lost passwords that were essential to reaching all of the above goals. Ms. Kiep was charming and patient and helped me get fully acclimated with my new phone. I was VERY impressed because I know these folks make most of their money from commission and I didn't buy a thing there. I briefly met the manager who seemed just as pleasant. When I do need something else, I will run to this store instead of my favorite APPLE store in Columbia. If they treated me that well and i didn't make a purchase, I can't imagine how great it will be to be a paying customer! read more

Zero customer service! I walked into the store in Laurel Town Center and a guy said someone will be with you soon so I proceeded to look at the cases along the wall as I needed a replacement. About 5 minutes later I could hear someone wrapping up with a customer so I knew someone was coming over to me next. Nooo, it was quiet for another 5 minutes as I was still looking at cases and reading reviews online. Finally I turned around and one lady was sitting at a table in the corner while another walked out from the back to leave. Since I wasn't sure if the other lady worked there, I walked over to the guy who greeted me and interrupted the episode of Cops that he was watching from the couch!!!! He got up and asked how he could help me and I told him that the case he sold me a few weeks earlier was cracking. He asked if I wanted to replace it and I said yes but when I asked if he had a certain case, he told me if I didn't see it when I was looking then "probably" not. Since that was the level of service I was getting, I opted to just return the case and go somewhere else. AT&T just hire some robots to sell your products as these people are out of touch with good customer service. I did go to the older location down the street and the guy recommended a case that I wouldn't have tried and I loved it! Visit them instead. read more
