Wow. I cannot believe how much the customer service is lacking here. We came in today (Sunday) to possibly upgrade our Samsung phones. The store had been open about 40 minutes, and we were the only people in there. When we walked in, a young guy (an employee) was sitting over at a table on his laptop. He peered over his laptop and asked if we were looking at anything special today. That's the only way I even realized he was an employee since he was wearing a pull-over hoodie and looked completely unprofessional and out of any type of AT&T shirt. Some other guy came from the back eating something and leaned up against the wall while we were trying to look at the Samsung 24 phones. We asked if the phones could be stretched out on the cord to see how they felt in our hands. He just replied, "Nah.. that's how they keep them locked down." Then he told the guy in the Hoodia he was going to take a quick break. Really? You have been open less than an hour and have customers needing help. We discussed the phones between ourselves, but not once did either guy look as if they cared about us as customers or wanted to help us learn about phone features and upgrade info. We decided we would just leave, and the guy in the hoodie just watched us walk out and never said a word. Not a "thanks for coming in" or anything. I will never return here for anything. These 2 employees need lessons on customer service, leadership and sales, and honestly just friendly human interaction. read more

My Monday started off an a typical Monday: * Phone stuck in SOS MODE * Apple phone care could not help * AT&T support could not help either and even made my situation worse by getting me locked out of my appleID * Meetings back to back I decided to go to the store to seek help, and without missing a beat my superhero Leila appeared!! My sim was an old sim that had just been moved from one to phone to another over a span of 5 plus years. Within 10-15 mins my phone was up and running and my mind was at ease. I went in to have the protective glass on my iPhone changed out. Chris did it so fast that I was ready to go within about five minutes. I so appreciate that. But what I really wanted to give him a shout out on is this. An older gentleman came in as Chris was finishing up helping me. He obviously was going to need some personal assistance. Chris let the other representative know that he would take care of this gentleman since obviously the man had been in before and Chris had helped him. To me, that says a lot about a person. That they would move toward someone who is going to need a little extra help. I've worked with Chris multiple times at this location and his behavior did not surprise me at all. I wanted to give props to the Manager Kevin at the 183 store. We had issues with incorrect billing - tried resolving thru calling CS - ABSOLUTELY frustrating! So I called the store and spoke to Kevin who promptly gathered our bills, found the issue and resolved it. He was extremely busy (as they often get at the store) and still found time to follow up with me. Cant ask for better service- unfortunately he has since moved to a ATT closer to his home (congratulations!). So hoping his replacement is as knowledgeable and responsive as Kevin! Great job Kevin! Very glad K.C. Helped my daughter and I get our phones activated after ATT messed up our activation. It was not terribly easy because the SIM cards were deactivated by ATT. After some effort on his part he was able get them both taken care of, AND it was after hours. Thankful for people like K.C. Who still want to take good care of customers !!!! read more

Worst service I ever had. Went with ATT Direct TV a little over a month ago and have had nothing but lousy service; satellite signal loss constantly, internet drops and always have them try to talk me through fixing it rather than sending out a tech. When I finally lost satellite the last time was told it would be 10 days before a tech could come out. Decided that was enough and due to lousy service the entire time I cancelled service and was informed that I would have to pay $460 for early cancellation. How they can charge for cancelling service that has been bad from the beginning I find almost criminal. I will never use any of there services again and would advise everyone to stay away from them. read more
