AT&T just confirmed they did in fact.... Carry it in stores. He also tact on insurance which he told me in person WAS NOT WORTH IT. And he also told NEXT UP was not optional.. and it was 14 days insurance to ensure customers have protection in case they drop their new device walking out the store. I called AT&T call center to access my account to see an update on my order and he in fact told me Bryan added on insurance AND next up is completely optional is NOT 14 days insurance :) read more

If you're an AT&T customer like me, you are at the mercy of their customer service (which lacks respect, grace, and overall basic good manners). This is a retail site which means they can (and do) treat their customers as if they're a bother. (You want solid customer service? Go to the corporate location near the Lakewood Mall). I purchased the iPhone 15 for my son's birthday and the guy that helped me mentioned that if we wanted to exchange it for the Max, we could. He informed me that there would be a $30 restocking fee (it's actually a $55 restocking fee). I went back today and the same worker was there with a female "manager" who had the personality of a rock. Our presence made it seem as if we were infringing on her social media time, and even though our transaction was easy, she offered no apology for the miscommunication from the male worker. When the male worker heard that I wanted to exchange the phone, his response was, "I told you that you should've gotten the Max." Um what? Luckily we were able to complete the transaction without further issue, but definitely will be avoiding this location in the future. Avoid this store, and AT&T. First off, AT&T service is extremely spotty in the surrounding areas of Bixby Knolls and Cal Heights. Regularly drops calls throughout the area. Second, the representative added multiple hidden charges to my bill - a "Protection Plan" and also the "Next Up" Feature, on multiple lines. I tried to cancel these and get a refund and was not provided anything. read more

Went in a couple days ago to get some service for my sister cell phone. The guy Andrew helped us more than expected. He not only was able to get my sister a great deal on a new phone, but also gave me the run down on lowering my phone bill ! That was actually the best part of it. Knowing we pay a fortune for 4 lines, he was able to drop my bill by 25 percent a month. Which is great for us. If anyone needs great customer service, I believe he works in the morning time. Matt did a great job helping us solve our problem that was unsolved for a week. I was fraustrated calling back and forth to At&T line that finally decided to drop by the store for help. My husband Ben and I walked into this AT&T store last Saturday with trepidation; neither one of us is tech savvy. We asked the manager to help us fix our cell phone. He handed it back, telling us it was fixed. Guess what? It WAS fixed. Well, I was sold already on his wonderful service when he began asking us about the particulars of our plan, then he called customer service to find ways to save us money. We were thrilled with the time he took to help us. Later We did sign up for AT&T service for our televisions. He continued to follow up to make sure we could utilize the service, then he made sure we could access the rewards points too. I would recommend both the representatives who worked there and especially the manager who bent over backwards to give us better service than we'd seen in any store. read more

Went in tonight to upgrade my daughter's phone and walked out with 4 new phones. Andrew was amazing. He was very welcoming and kept us entertained for the 2 hours we were there. My daughter and I had the worst customer service experience at this location last week. My daughter's phone finally gave out and we went to the closest AT&T store to replace it on Monday. Fransisco was lovely. We purchased a new phone from him and all went well. The phone turned out to be from "a bad batch" and kept dying and giving us a message that the battery was not an iPhone battery. We returned to the store where we were told by the sales associate that we would be charged $55.00 for a restocking fee and that we should go to Apple to have them replace the battery. We drove to Cerritos after going home to call AT&T where the call center person told us our choices were to return to the store and take the black phone that was available or for her to be without a phone while they sent out another. I think that if I'm paying $1,000 for a phone, it should at the very least be the color that she wants. We drive to Apple where they did a diagnostic test and informed us there were many things wrong with the phone, not just the battery. We went back to AT&T on Atlantic to inform them and asked them to find another blue phone or give me her old phone back. They had already sent it out. He called the Signal Hill store to check for a blue phone. They had it. Fortunately the District Manager Ingrid happened to be in the store, berating a sales associate for her performance in a public area, and after my daughter asked about the $55.00, she called and waived the fee for us. Why it would even be a question for AT&T to waive this fee on a defective phone is beyond me. We then went to Signal Hill where Brianna exchanged the phone. She was wonderful. I will never step foot in an AT&T store again to purchase anything. Five hours of running around when he could have just done that in the first place. Truly awful. I forgot the associates name, so I will just call him "not Francisco". read more

Horrible service always slow. 2 or 3 associates with one costumer, nobody's logged in. Over 20 minutes to pay a bill. No kiosk to pay directly. Training while you wait, ask the same questions over and over. Then after explaining 5times that I'm paying a bill they don't have change. Then scapes $2.30 in penny's and nickels up. This store is very shady and will try to upsell you on everything. They will withhold various information so you can sign up with the highest plan. The employee, Andrew, withheld tons of information for me. I walked in and asked if they had any iPhones available. Apparently they have a safe, so he couldn't just look. What's odd is I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask that day so he should have had some kind of idea if any were in stock. Instead, he told me he needed my phone number and ID to look and check the safe. But then he started asking me about my plan and trying to sway me to upgrade to the Elite plan. All I wanted to know was if they had any iPhone 13s in stock! He finally went to the back and asked me what color I wanted. When I asked what other plans they had (Elite had a lot of fluff I didn't need), he just kept saying Elite is the best. So I asked again, well what are the other plans. He then said "I don't know, you'll have to call customer service." Are you kidding me??? There was another guy, Tony, who was working with him and he said nothing either. Later to find out that Tony is the manager (so he says later when I called to complain). I was pressed for time so I just went with the Elite plan since that's all he knew about. And I told him i was grandfathered in to the unlimited data plan. He told me I wasn't. Turns out, after calling customer service the next day, I was! He really wanted me to sign up for the Elite plan apparently and get that commission. I wasn't able to sleep that night since I felt I was screwed over. The next day I went on the AT&T site to see the other plan options. And easily found them and one that works great for me. So I called AT&T customer service and they explained everything to me. They also told me that Andrew signed me up for insurance which I never asked or wanted. And he also signed me up for a Next Up grade where I'd have to pay extra. None of this was every discussed at the store. The rep on the phone had to fix everything. When I called the store today to speak to the manager, that's when the employee who picked up said he was the manager. It was Tony, the other guy who was with him! I really wouldn't know if he was the manager or not. I told him my complaint and he said he would speak to Andrew. But I highly doubt that will happen since Tony was there with Andrew at the store and did nothing! Regardless, I filed a formal complaint against Andrew with AT&T. Never go to this store. My mom told me about this store months ago and said she had a bad experience. And clearly I know why. Be careful. If you don't know much, they will work you and convince you for things you don't need. read more

Rightaway, Sales Representative, Allen, noticed my frustration and pacified it with his empathetic tone. He worked diligently to get my new sim card for my replacement phone activated with ease. One of the best phone purchasing experiences I've had in a decade. I usually dread having to open a new line and go through the monotony of filling paperwork, but man did the sales rep make it a breeze. Michelle knew what buttons to press and wasted no time helping me port my phone number over from Tmobile. She was super knowledgable and helped me in switching from Android to Apple, she also was great help in looking for the perfect case, since I work in construction. It almost felt like the customer service here was tailored to suit any mobile need. I wish more stores were like this, I'm honestly pleasantly surprised that in the digital age, a brick and mortar store can still be welcoming. Came in buy a cell phone for my son and saw the one on the shelf I liked with the price I liked. After 45 min of answering all my questions, and processing credit check, etc., the rep went into the system and noticed it was actually $50 higher than the price on the display. . . I asked the rep to call her Mgr/ supervisor to suggest they should honor the display price, but they refused. They did not give any consideration to my request they promptly removed the signage as if it was never there Abdullah business as usual. This is not the good customer service I expect and I am too busy to have my time wasted. Very unhappy. What happened to helping the customer and honoring what's right?! read more

I've always experienced great service at this store. My IPhone6 started giving me problems in Dec. 2021. The touch screen feature died and the Apple Store at Cerritos Mall charged me $153.00 to replace it. After that incident, I couldn't send photo or video attachments with text messages. It tried to load and send the images and videos but after about 30 minutes, I'd get a message confirming that my messages were undeliverable. The Apple Store tried to sell me a new IPhone but I decided to check with this AT&T Store and they were having a year-end promotion on the IPhone 12 mini so I took advantage of their special promotion. Carolina and Tony helped me out a great deal and I was amazed at how well Carolina was able to multi-task by responding to phone inquiries while helping customers select new phones, accessories and transferring data (photos, apps, etc. from their old phones to their newly purchased phones). She was also extremely patient with elderly customers who were not computer savvy or knowledgeable with the newly developed phone programs and features. She had my new phone up and running in two hours and I have not had any problems or issues since that time. Sometimes the wait is long due to an insufficient number of staff but that seems to be a Management issue. The staff/cashiers available are great! read more

I have to spend endless hours every month forcalling and having the poor people who work the phones push buttons and fight the computer just to reactivate my teacher discount or some junk. This business is crazy and holding me hostage by giving me a "free" phone they will charge me $1000 for if I quit att. The Rep that helped me out didn't ask for a review or any type of recognition but I feel like he deserve a positive feedback. I was in the Atlantic store last week in the evening and Pedro helped me. He provided great customer service and I was very pleased. The reason for the low rating is because he was the only person working and there were 5 other customers waiting after me. There seems to be an issue with staffing and there should have been another rep there to help. Customers were also leaving and being rude because of only having one rep. That is really not a great look for the company and they should really look into always having 2 people in the store at all times. Even being the only rep there, he was calm and announced to everyone waiting that he will be with them as soon as possible. I was very impressed on how he handled himself. He should not have had to been in that situation in the first place. read more

I have not shopped in this store since 2011 because of the rude staff. Things have changed and I couldn't be happier! I went in on Tuesday to get a replacement iPhone since I had dropped my in water the night before and it died. Ivan was pleasant and helpful right away! He found my account and started the upgrade process. Even though it was noon, the store was quiet so the other customer service person started helping me too. Both Catherine and Ivan were informative and helped me pick out a new case and told me about the free options available. Within an hour I was walking out the door with my new iPhone 7 and new iPad plus a beautiful purple charger cord! Purple is my favorite color. I told them their positive attitude and willingness to help me made my unexpected shopping experience pleasant. I also told them I would be spreading the word on how helpful they were! read more

So about a week ago I came with my mom to coffee bean and out of the blue we decided to go in next door to the AT&T store. First off, we were greeted by a very nice gentlemen named Saul. We told him we were just browsing so he gave us a tour of the store, detailing the features of each phone. He was very attentive to our questions and presented us with the perfect phones to fit our needs. I ended up getting the Sony Xperia. 13megapixel camera for my instagram and Facebook, Walkman for downloading music for free (and legal!), and the coolest part, the programmable tab! My mom got the flex. Really easy to use, android capable and 8.0 megapixel camera. Saul was so nice! Got us a great plan AND even told us about how we can get a FAN discount through my mom's job. No other AT&T had ever told us about that! We're saving 26% off our minute plan and 5g hotspots! If you want great service, and honest information I really recommend this store! read more
