I later get another call from Daniel saying they had an issue with the screen they ordered it wasn't the correct one and that they could get the right one for an additional 45 dollars to be fixed that day. I go back and forth with him and eventually get transferred over to his manager Alex which isn't a great manager at all. He answers the phone yes? I'm like I was transferred over to you to talk to you and he say about what? Im already over this situation he then begins to tell me that I have to pay more to be able to get my screen fixed because thwy received the incorrect order. I begin to explain to him how is it that I got quoted a price and time frame to be done for 100 dollar and now you're telling me I have to pay extra because you got the wrong part? It made no sense to me and I kept trying to figure out how that logic made sense. He then refused to help me fix my screen after I agreed to pay the additional 45 dollars and wouldn't give me his name at all. He also stated " i domt feel comfortable repairing your phone after this awkward interation im having with you" I began to tell him what a horrible manager he is and that the way he's running this Business is all messed up. I hope the owner can find a better manager and i wouldn't recommend coming to this place unless you want yo get ripped off. Also daniel was very nice and helpful the manger alex was a horrible, no back bone having man child. To top it off i went back to get my phone after they refused service and Alex couldn't even be bothered to come talk to me. The fact that he couldn't help or even be bother was crazy to me. Our presence made it seem as if we were infringing on her social media time, and even though our transaction was easy, she offered no apology for the miscommunication from the male worker. When the male worker heard that I wanted to exchange the phone, his response was, "I told you that you should've gotten the Max." Um what? Luckily we were able to complete the transaction without further issue, but definitely will be avoiding this location in the future. I found this repair location on google with a different name (ESM cell phone repair). I was charged $41.60 to have my phone inspected to see what the problem was and get it repaired. I was told I would get a call in an hour or two after the technician checked my phone. After waiting over 3 hours, I called to get the status on my phone. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched. I guess this was an easy way to make money off people without providing any service. I advised to steer clear of this place unless you have money to give them just because.
