Coming in to the AT&T Store today, Thursday 11 December 2025, I was hoping to get to look at a few different phone options in-person in relation to getting a new phone. Upon entry to the store, I was greeted by a friendly worker who said it was okay for me to look at the phones on display and helpfully directed me to where the Samsung Galaxy models and iPhone models were on display. My device at the time of the visit was an iPhone Xs that is still working well, so I was interested which models were closest to what I had. With Samsung, it turned out to be the Samsung Galaxy S25 and with the iPhone (15 thru 17 were on display) it turned out to be the iPhone 16e. Both were a little bit taller than my Xs and about the same width. The display set-up allowed me to pick each device up and look at the front and back. I preferred the single camera circle of the 16e to the three camera circles of the S25. The devices could also be explored operationally. Since I use my phone a fair amount for photos and videos, I explored the video/camera mode on each. I found the zoom to be ever so perceptibly slower with the Samsung than the iPhone, both were quick though. Prices for the different devices and different storage space capacities were communicated by each phone model I explored. All around I had an enjoyable experience and greatly appreciated being able to see/explore different phone options in-person. read more

Can't say enough about this location. First go around in solving a big mess the other AT&T store made in ordering our S22 Ultras and he handled it like a champ! Wirh the time he had to spend in talking to corporate regarding the mix up and sorting it out...he never once got frustrated or overwhelmed. Second go around and Jael is now up to the plate. She helped my aunts with transferring their number and getting them onto my account. Then she helped us all (me, my wife, and my 2 aunts) in getting smart watches, linking them up to the right phones, and never showed any frustrations or annoyances. Knocked it out of the park! I just wanted to check if my phone was ready for an upgrade. I had got to the store and was immediately turned away by the manager she said "due to a fire that was put out in the mall" to which I can understand if all the other shops were closed as well and everyone was at risk. But to my surprise the AT&T store was the only one closed I was rudely hung up on by the manager before I could ask when they would open up again. read more

Staff is always smile and cheers u up when u come in the store. But waiting up to 30 minutes and then they told me you need to call AT&T services??. Sad. I would hate to work in this place. Crowd of people in a very small place. Always have to stand there for 30 -50 minutes for small things like correction in the account or getting a new sim card. I was said ; Hold tight . Really? there is a computer stands without use. And associate almost called me rude because i asked him to help me on that computer. This place needs more associates. They are always busy and after Iphone 5 came out it is away too crowd. Take your business somewhere else. But I want to note some associates were helpful and nice to me. read more

Wow! All I can say is that you people or particularly LISA sucks! Honestly it was the most uncomfortable, tense, unfriendly, unwelcoming, unprofessional experience I have had. Seriously we are customers and we came in to have an issue solved and she did NOTHING other then give us attitude. Not even a welcome in or hi it was like terrible! 1.5 star to be precise Small place that is always very busy. I am not sure why the first reviewer got in the filter. She seams about right pointing at worst points of this place. Customer service is a customer service. We are beyond of the century where we wait for for 30 minutes and then getting processed for another 30 minutes. They could have more people helping for sure. I don't know what administration is thinking. I am not even going there on holidays- waste of time. After being a customer of AT&T for 6 years i think I should switch to the other store just because this place is too busy, no chairs to sit down, and some associates are not educated about what they are doing. I returned to this store twice because of their unexplained action that had not the best consequences. I should admit some associates try their best. read more

Worst customer service EVER. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to pick up an order that I placed online and stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one even acknowledged I was there. No greeting, no telling me someone would be with me soon, no nothing. After 15 minutes I left and I'm not going back. They can restock my order and I'll get it from somewhere else. Avoid this store. Go to the one by the Michael's. I'm so upset and completely baffled. I've been I a lot of places that were busy, but they ALWAYS manage to at least acknowledge your presence. read more

I had a much better experience at this store (as opposed to the Authorized AT&T Retailer I went to previously). Kevin was really helpful, a can-do kind of guy. I transferred my phone from another carrier, and where others had problems doing this, Kevin got it done and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. When the phone hadn't activated yet after a couple of hours, I called him from my friend's phone and he got the phone working in no time. Nice! read more

I would give this place a no star if I had a choice. I came shopping here around December 19th to get my husband the new IWatch for Christmas and called prior to heading over to make sure they had what I wanted in stock and they said they did. I was not feeling well at all but had to get my shopping done before going back to work. I asked for the new stainless steel GOLD IWatch. When the gentleman was sitting me down at the table after I showed him my husbands text about which one he wanted to double check I noticed the box said "pink". I asked why does it say pink? The guy says "idk why it says pink but I promise it's gold". I said "the gold stainless steel"? He says "yes, for some reason they say pink but they're gold" I Then said "thats weird I thought they weren't making rose gold watches in the new models" he then reassured me again it wasn't pink it was in fact gold. Christmas Day, my husband opens it and it's in-fact PINK! I was frustrated and told my husband what was said to me when getting the watch for him. My husband goes to exchange it and they tell him he will be charged a restocking fee but there isn't a manager there with the right codes to over ride it???? What??? I call and ask when is a good time to go back and the last said Sunday because the assistant manager will be there in order to over ride it. My husband goes last Sunday and the guy tells him that they don't even carry the watch he wanted in stores and would have to order it but insisted that I ASKED FOR THE PINK WATCH!! NO I DIDNT!! I called before hand and asked and you guys said yes, I questioned the box and you guys said You didn't know why it said pink. My husband ordered the watch. When we got it, we went to the new location in the mill creek town center and the guy helping my husband was at a loss for words with the garbage you told me to get a sale. I was trying hard to give the guy the benefit of the doubt and was maybe new and accidentally sold me the wrong one but no. That wasn't the case. I would've ordered it if you guys were honest with me but I feel you took a cheap shot of taking advantage of me and not feeling good at all. Awful customer service here. I recently switch to AT&T from T-Mobile last couple months. I went to alderwood mall store in Lynnwood Washington. The rep name Max Zimmerman help me choose the plan. I asked him to write it down on paperwork with details plan. My bill monthly will be around $215 after tax for plus enhanced plan. He said I have discount because I work for Boeing. So everything going smooth until i got my first bill. It was $275. I brought the paperwork back to him and he couldn't explain why my bill go up like that and couldn't help me resolve the problem. So i called customer service. After took about 20 minutes he was able to help me bring the bill down as Max Zimmerman promised on paperwork. But another bill coming and the bill go up again. Its $245 . I called again and they give me $15 Credit back to my account, he said he will fixed the problem by give me $10 loyalty credit and paperless and auto pay discount. I didn't know that he changed my plan from enhanced plus to plus. Which is $10 cheaper per line. That's why he said my bill will be around $215 after tax. Later my bill went up again and I called again. 3 monthly bills 3 called to customer service. I called yesterday the rep couldn't help me after 30 minutes talked and put me on hold. I requested to talk to the supervisor and she put me on hold for another 10 minutes and she came back said the supervisor is busy assistance the other customer, they will call me back. I was waiting hole day yesterday but didn't receive any phone call. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMERS SERVICE. Im thinking about to come back Tmobile or going with Verizon. AT&T makes me felt regret about switching. TOO BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AT&T. read more

Smashed my phone by accident, and had to get a new phone. Worked with their sales guy Chad, he was very honest no bullshit. He worked with me to get the best deal I possibly could get, and I appreciate his honesty and non-salesman approach. Went to the store as a angry Tmobile customer. Havent had service with them where I live at all. So I got on my boyfriends plan with ATT. I knew what I wanted and what I use most on phones. I told the sales men what I wanted. He listened, answered all my questions, and was super fast and helpful. He was also very good at cross selling. Doing business here started like a marriage to a used car salesman. They tell you whatever it take to get your business. They sidestep the 14 days you have to make a decision to keep or cancel their service. They never say what all the costs are to cancel. The restocking fee is omitted until you want to cancel. Our quote for 2 lines was $140 plus tax, an unknown amount. It's their business and they don't the tax amount and can only guess. Now the 1st bill arrives in 3 days for $311 with all future bills projected to be $245. AT&T customer service cannot explain their own bill, the lady kept saying "it is what it is". Then she gets pissed because I asked to many questions. So I go to the store to ask the saleswoman and the store manager to explain the charges, which they can't, they can only guess. The manager offers a partial credit. I cancel the service on Saturday and on Monday AT&T charges me another $110. Now 2 weeks later I still have not received my credit/refund. The manager doesn't know why the additional charges and didn't have a clue where my refund was. His comment was "to wait and see" if my refund ever shows up. Never again with AT&T. read more

Went into store to activate watch and add home phone. Female rep was friendly and helpful. After getting home could not use watch. Spent 2 hours on phone with tech support resetting watch and going through all settings. They finally figured out the store rep added an unlimited plan to my account that is shared. They had to delete the new account and add watch to original account. Two hours of wasted time and irritation. Today we get an email saying we added insurance and protection to the account that adds 11 bucks per month. This is totally bogus.Rep gets commission when they add things to your account. ***DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!**** Check your bill. It's all about commission. read more

This location is incredibly unprofessional, rude, and unorganized! My mother ordered a new phone at this store while visiting for 2 weeks from another state. The purpose of this was to have me, her daughter, teach her how to use the iPhone. When her email notified her of its store arrival we went to pick it up and they said it wasn't there yet, even though we were notified otherwise through shipment email. When we questioned the Manager Gordon he said the phone was returned to the Post Office because the AT&T employee did not write in the suite number when ordering the phone. Then Manager Gordon told us to call the Post Office and see if it had been shipped back to the headquarters first. He said if it's still at the post office we, MY MOTEHR AND I, could pick it up there. We responded by stating this was his responsibility for the mess up so he should be the one calling the post office and picking it up not us, the customer. He said he would call and get back to us the following day. We heard nothing so we called to speak to him. He claimed he called and the Post Office and they didn't pick up so he would try again later. A few hours later we showed up at his store and asked him about the progress. He said he tried but there was no answer so we asked him to try again while we were standing there. Low and behold the Post Office picked up the phone! They told Gordon the phone had been shipped back to the headquarters. He said he could order a new one and have it shipped to the store. But this would not work being my mother was leaving town in 3 days. It wouldn't arrive soon enough. He said they do not keep 32gig iPhone 5C's in store but they may have some in Oregon. Gordon said you can drive there and see. You're a manager and this is your response? Manager Gordon said we could purchase the phone out of pocket from the Apple store. This obviously wouldn't work because we wanted the discounted price through our AT&T account. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. Manager Gordon did not act like a Manager. He did nothing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and wanted us to do all of the work. He offered no compensation and put for little effort to fix the situation. When asked if there was any way he could offer us a discount on anything to make up for his and the employees mistake he said no. I advise not going to this store or switching to Verizon! read more
