    Just experienced the worst customer service at this store. The girl was extremely rude. We ordered a new phone over the phone with ATT but they shipped the wrong phone. We were told we could go into any ATT store to swap it out. We were in this location for all of a minute, explained our issue and she rudely responded you have to go to a different store, I don't do that here. It just escalated from there. She refused to give her name and told us to get out of her store. I've never been treated this way before. We've been long time ATT customers and looking elsewhere after this.

    BEWARE!!! the Poorest customer service by Jakob E. We came back to this AT & T store in Edmonds to return a brand new, undamaged iphone within 72 hours of our purchase. Jakob E. had the most insincere, unprofessional, and condescending responses.He refused to offer some help and refused to explain in detail on why he had sold us an opened iphone box (with a marker writing on the box) and kept insisting that he neede to charge us a restocking fee of $45 when we know for a fact that the iphone he sold was brand new, undamaged, untouched! We literally just looked at it. He is severely incompetent! his attitude was very dismissive, he made patronizing statements, stated, "we just don't take back the phones because you changed your mind"--when AT & T company policy is clearly states that an individual may return an undamaged iPhone with its included accessories within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!We instead went to Alderwood Mall AT& T and got an excellent customer service! Alderwood Mall AT& T helped us with our return iphone and refunded our money back!!!!! Jakob E obviously does not know what is he doing.

    Beware of predatory and deceptive practices at this store…read more After reading more reviews, it's clear we are far from the only ones -- this location has been scamming customers for months. I went in September just to ask a few questions about my plan. Instead, I was pushed into an "amazing" upgrade package: a $900 credit, over $120 in monthly discounts, and even a free Xbox. All of it sounded great -- until I later discovered none of it was real. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand because this is clearly a pattern, not an accident. My previous bill was $88. I was explicitly promised I would pay less for an entire year because of the $900 credit. The representative who sold this -- Christian Romo -- has reportedly been scamming many customers in recent weeks and has conveniently disappeared to another state. I spent nearly three hours on the phone verifying everything, only to find out later that my bill had jumped to $302. Since then, I've wasted countless hours with Verizon and Victra support, visiting stores, and trying to get someone -- anyone -- to take responsibility. So far, nobody has owned the issue, honored the promised credits, or offered any refund. When we returned to the store today, multiple other victims showed up with the exact same complaint. This is not a misunderstanding -- this is a systematic scam happening at this location. We are now preparing to involve a legal team if Victra and Verizon do not respond appropriately. The staff took our information because the store manager, Fernando, was not present. We truly hope the manager will step up, take responsibility, and resolve what has become an ongoing consumer fraud situation. Proceed with extreme caution.

Great work, great prices, don't miss it. :) Update: Ended up having issues with the screen a few weeks later, took it back to get it replaced, and the lady helped me this time. Replaced it quickly and professionally, for free, and fixed my issue. These two were super professional/humble and didn't give me any B.S. even when we were having trouble tracking down my receipt. I spoke with the person "Zaib" (see pictures) and we agreed on 90.00 to replace the screen. I had him give me a card with his name, the details and the price. He said it would be 24 hours or so to fix it. We gave him 48 hours and called in advance to pick it up and make sure it was ready. When we called, he said the price had gone up to 150.00 and they had not done it. He really did not give a reason other than he gave us the wrong price. Mind you, we discussed price in depth and agreed upon 90.00. I said we would be there immediately to pick it up. Upon arriving there, I asked why he had agreed to a price and then not honored it. He proceeded to show us a text message from his boss, telling him that he could not honor the price. When I told him this was a typical bait and switch, he stated that would just say he could not get into the iPad - which you don't need to have in order to replace a screen - and was a lie. He turned very nasty, rude and sarcastic. In closing, I went to the Apple Store - they were less money. This place is a joke! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I mean getting 2 phones for the price of 1, you really can't beat this deal! I was asked to check in and within 1 min or so, I was seen by Brandon. He was very friendly, very patient, and helped me through the process. He helped me pick out which iPhone and told me the latest features since I'm not up to date with any techy things. I decided on the iPhone X, which was a top choice for me bc my mom is more familiar with the iPhone, but this was a good size and user-friendly. It took me very little time to figure out how to use the phone (I have Samsung and it's a solid phone, but navigating is a little more work). Before I decided to leave I was mesmerized by the Apple iWatch, so I decided to browse around. I was sold on it bc I use to have one and was very familiar with the functions. I'm glad now its waterproof and I don't have to worry about taking it off when I swim, or walking in the rain. Now, I had to decide if I wanted the aluminum watch or the stainless steel. The reason was very easy for me bc when I had the aluminum iwatch 2, it froze when I did intense workout (i.e., boxing, HIIT, etc.) I felt it was too flimsy and I had to upgrade my watch to stainless steel. Glad I did bc it went through intense workout and never froze. However, when I was ready to purchase my iWatch 3, they didn't have it available. I was super bummed out. But, the manager, being as awesome as she was managed to look up another location, 15 miles away. Which I'm from waaaay out of town (Cali), I wasn't sure if I was able to find it or get it in time. Jodi, the manager, without hesitation told me that she can ship it to me, or pick it up for me. I was super shocked that she would go out of her way to pick up an item for me. I am beyond grateful of the staff and their generous time in helping me, without being pushy with upselling me, and managing to smoothly find the products and driving to pick up my product. You guys are really exceptional and I'm grateful of all your help! Thanks so much, Brandon and Jodi! You guys totally rock! =)

In January 2026, I…read morepurchased Verizon's TravelPass International phone service for $67.71 and $111.95 for my two mobile phone lines. The service did not work when I needed to use it during travel. Because I couldn't connect, I couldn't contact customer service for assistance. Furthermore, when I returned to the U.S. Verizon customer service either hung up or put me on indefinite hold. I sent a written complaint requesting a refund. My refund request was denied. This is not customer service. I would not recommend Verizon.
