Another salesman, next to us, had a group of 3 customers, and he allowed 2 of them to have their phones on speaker, so it was difficult to hear the saleswoman. It is flat-out rude to use your phone on speaker in public, especially in a store. Don't know why the T-Mobile employee did not ask his customers to shut their phones off. Later, I found out I was being charged for the phones. What made it worse was how they handled the issue afterward. We went back to the store multiple times trying to get it resolved, and each time they promised they would fix it. They also told us to send an email, which we did. After all of that, nothing was fixed and no one followed up with us. I understand mistakes can happen, but misleading customers and then ignoring them afterward is unacceptable. This experience felt dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Customers deserve clear information, honest service, and staff who follow through on what they promise.

The experienced staff ordered a new battery and replaced it for me. Then they made sure my laptop was functioning correctly again before sending me home. I'm SO relieved they were able to get my work laptop functioning so efficiently and only for the cost of the diagnostic and replacement part. MUCH less expensive than having to replace my computer. The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair. Great service, content location, and that helped me a ton. It is most certainly appreciated.

The "district manager" Sebastian G then just lies to me and tells me my only 2 options are to come back the next day for the phone or pay out of pocket (upon calling asurion later he was supposed to tell me to call them to have the IMEI number fixed on their end, but it was close to their closing time and he did not want to stay late). So with no other option as I cannot leave my phone (literally dont know how to get home without it as I drove over 40 minutes to get here) I am strong armed into paying out of pocket. Now after weeks of run around with their parent insurance company assurion they found a solution where another claim could ve submitted which they would be reimbursed for and then I could be refunded as they would have essentially be paid. To this the "district manager" Sebastion said no because it would make a lot of paper work for him and apparently he was just too lazy to do extra work for a mistake his employee made (according to asurion they are not to do any work on a phone if the imei number doesnt match the one that is on the claim). So at the end of the day, 2 mistakes made by the company and no responsibility shown by the "district manager" Sebastian. At this point both them and Asurion are completely washing their hands of it and leaving me out the full amount of $491, which is ridiculous price to charge for a screen repair of a 5 year old phone but that is besides the point. The 2 receipts pictured will show that my correct IMEI number is on the receipt *after* I pay out of pocket (interesting how their system reads it right once I pay but not during the claim processs). Avoid at all costs and cancel your insurance with asurion, paid into it for over 5 years with no claims and when it finally comes time to pay out they find a way not to. Sebastian also lied when the work order was created to try and deny the time I dropped off (he claimed it was 4) but as you see on the receipt the work order was created at 11:46 am so it took them over 4 hours to *not* fix my phone. To further everything after finally having the insurance company get directly in contact with the store Sebastian lied about the events that transpired. Do not use Asurion and U break I fix, they are not consumer friendly and will not assist you in errors caused by either their own internal website or errors directly caused by their staff. imgur link to the photos since cant add them on yelp https://imgur.com/a/dfELhpE

Upon entry to the store, I was greeted by a friendly worker who said it was okay for me to look at the phones on display and helpfully directed me to where the Samsung Galaxy models and iPhone models were on display. My device at the time of the visit was an iPhone Xs that is still working well, so I was interested which models were closest to what I had. With Samsung, it turned out to be the Samsung Galaxy S25 and with the iPhone (15 thru 17 were on display) it turned out to be the iPhone 16e. Both were a little bit taller than my Xs and about the same width. The display set-up allowed me to pick each device up and look at the front and back. I preferred the single camera circle of the 16e to the three camera circles of the S25. The devices could also be explored operationally. Since I use my phone a fair amount for photos and videos, I explored the video/camera mode on each. I found the zoom to be ever so perceptibly slower with the Samsung than the iPhone, both were quick though. Prices for the different devices and different storage space capacities were communicated by each phone model I explored. All around I had an enjoyable experience and greatly appreciated being able to see/explore different phone options in-person.

Plan & Upgrade Fiasco; Avoid Phillip…read more 08-10-2026: The evening manager Tom is helpful. I am not sure what we worked on will actually happen now. Get everything in writing. You need to be really prepared before coming here, because this evolved into a horrible experience. 7/06/2026: Went to a Ballard location run but a bunch of kids. They gave me assurances, but everything was obviously too good to be true. I go somewhere closer to home to finalize i.e., trading in the older phone. 07-25-2026: I was initially helped by Chris M (the NewJersey/New York accent guy) who took a lot of time and care to assist my boomer mother and me. He helped us apply benefits and lower our premium. When I came back to turn in the phone because of the automatic "stolen iphone" delay he was off early or off. I got "help" from his colleague (this is my first big mistake) and when I came back to fix this issue, sadly, Chris M abandoned me while I was stuck with Phillip (who you need to avoid at all costs). I don't blame Chris M but it would've been resolving of him to butt in and save me from the worst customer service rep in the branch. Phillip is the bald, black tattoo'd ying/yang koi fish, younger gentleman who wears glasses and presents like he knows what he's doing. do not assume he does like I did. Phillip talks very fast and moves fast and this is likely why he is making mistakes that will effect you. During this last office visit, I returned to the store to finalize a complicated trade-in. It was in fact Phillip who told me the wrong timeline for a trade-in. When I returned and confronted him about that fact Phillip was very defensive and wouldn't make eye contact. He said "well I said that based on the information you gave me," which one would hope, in the process that an AT&T employee uses, they hopefully don't assume and verify? Of course not. I am not the employee, I am not an At&T contract expert. If I had the level of apathy towards people like Phillip does, people would die at my job. At AT&T they just lose money and healthy blood pressure. Phillip blew me off and told me to call 611. Well, today I called them and guess what? I am SOL. So Phillip as I expected, just wanted to get rid of me and not take ownership for his mistake. There really feels like there is no accountability for this lapse in information. I was glad that Tom, the current manager I spoke to, was patient enough to listen when I drove back to the store, but I can't stress enough how poor the availability of Chris M was and especially the lack of detail from Phillip caused a good experience to escalate into me driving to this branch multiple times after my shift to argue with these guys. No accountability and assistance over such a small issue- a phone trade in that is already wiped. Now I am writing disgruntled reviews and just hoping I get somewhere, but I will avoid this branch until the Mariners win a world series. Shout out to Nat, the young new hire. He witnessed all of this go down and was very compassionate. Additionally, the other "Chris" was also a very pleasant older gentleman. It's so clownish how this deteriorated and a really unfortunate outcome. Give Chris M a chance but don't count on him being at the branch. Just go somewhere else or get T-Mobile.

Store manager named TOM is the biggest idiot I have met. He is not even understanding the problem and just blaming Tmobile coz I switched to them. I had a switcher offer where AT&T gave some gift cards to pay off TMO phones when I was switching from TMO to AT&T. AT&T service was so PATHETIC that after 9-10 months I had to gi back to TMO even thogh AT&T was so less money out of pocket. NO ONE told me that I cannot switch before 12 months else these reward cards will be charged to me. When I am at the store, the other rep printed out something and gave it to me read which had that if you switch before 12 months, rebate wil be reversed. Even when I went to the store to pay off AT&T devices to I can switch back to TMO, the guy in the store did not mentioned that I am trying to switch before 12 months and hence you might be charged for the rebate you got before. Store manager TOM said it ist TMO fault who did not verify a step. I was surprised to hear that since TMO has nothing to do with AT&T switcher offer. THE MOST REDICULOUS customer service, THE MOST PATHETIC store people. When I asked TOM is last name, and employee ID, he said he would absolutely not give me that. 2 CENTS - NEVER EVER buy AT&T phones. The reception sucks - you cannot even go into a store as they do not have receptions there. You cannot go north towards Marysville, Phones do not work there I wish I could give ZERO stars
