Joseph Sung was incredibly rude, condescending, and unhelpful. He made sure to tell me that he was the manager, and that's he would not honor my trade-in even though I was instructed to go into any Victra location. Instead of doing what managers can do, he argued with me instead of providing or navigating solutions, told me to " YES, PLEASE go to another store" and dismissed me. The Verizon agent I ended up speaking to due to this told me that it was ridiculous that he didn't help me navigate the issue. And that I could have dropped it off there. I asked her to instead change the location of by trade-in drop off to the Lynnwood store. I will never feel comfortable going in there again. They are not even a corporate store, just a small flagship anyhow. So if you need anything seriously looked into, they can't/won't. read more

Beware of predatory and deceptive practices at this store. After reading more reviews, it's clear we are far from the only ones -- this location has been scamming customers for months. I went in September just to ask a few questions about my plan. Instead, I was pushed into an "amazing" upgrade package: a $900 credit, over $120 in monthly discounts, and even a free Xbox. All of it sounded great -- until I later discovered none of it was real. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand because this is clearly a pattern, not an accident. My previous bill was $88. I was explicitly promised I would pay less for an entire year because of the $900 credit. The representative who sold this -- Christian Romo -- has reportedly been scamming many customers in recent weeks and has conveniently disappeared to another state. I spent nearly three hours on the phone verifying everything, only to find out later that my bill had jumped to $302. Since then, I've wasted countless hours with Verizon and Victra support, visiting stores, and trying to get someone -- anyone -- to take responsibility. So far, nobody has owned the issue, honored the promised credits, or offered any refund. When we returned to the store today, multiple other victims showed up with the exact same complaint. This is not a misunderstanding -- this is a systematic scam happening at this location. We are now preparing to involve a legal team if Victra and Verizon do not respond appropriately. The staff took our information because the store manager, Fernando, was not present. We truly hope the manager will step up, take responsibility, and resolve what has become an ongoing consumer fraud situation. Proceed with extreme caution. read more

This is for the Victra Verizon in Edmonds. I was SCAMMED by their salesperson, Christian Romo, into signing up 4 new phone lines, 2 watches and 2 iPads. He charged me for "set up and go" for each device (ranging from $29.99 to $39.99) which he did not disclose nor help me with the set ups of those devices. He also charged an additional $10 over the retail cost of the devices. He made it sound like that was the tax and activation fees for those devices only to be billed later on for the activation fees. He also promised a bill credit and phone payback if you paid off your phones from the previous carrier. None of that happened. I was not the only one this has happened to. Every time I went in to try and get things resolved, there were also other customers that were being told the same thing. I have gone to the corporate store, called customer service and went back to Victra. After many attempts to resolve this, I am hopeful that the manager Fernando will help fix this problem. Until this is resolved, I would highly recommend NOT TO GO TO THIS STORE and go to a corporate store. read more

I have been a customer for several years, and have recommended this store to friends and family. Never again! I was mislead about the recent plans and upgrades. Even after double checking a few keynpoints with the salesperson about 'what if' ".. I was lied too, directly to my face, ultimately costing me the promo value of my phone upgrade! In addition, in spite of my insurance coverage AND a lifetime warranty on the screen saver...the $60 screen saver, fractured within the week, was deemed not covered because the phone screen itself was not damaged. So had to go into the store as there was a frustrating issue with my online order for the new Iphone 15. Jason was extremely helpful, patient, and determined to get the issue fixed. Got us all set up on the new plan and corrected the issue with the online order. Wish I just ordered in store, or went directly to him once an issue arose as it would have saved me hours of being tossed in the hold and transfer circus that was endured. 5 stars for Jason, highly recommend his service. read more

This is the best Verizon experience I've ever had. Worked with Jin and The manager Joseph to find a good screen protector, and case for my new iPhone 13 pro. I also inquired about returning my old Verizon phone and since this store isn't a corporate store they were unable to do that, but told me where to go and how to go about doing it. Amazing customer service and team. They are honest about what products will suit you best and amazing prices way cheaper than any other location! We had a 12 noon appt today. I booked it online days ago. We got there and they said they don't have me on their schedule and they are helping someone that has an appt at 12. I showed my confirmation text from Verizon but he refused to look at it. And he said that I should call to reschedule or find out what happened. I've been going to this location for about 4 years now. I went in a couple weeks ago to upgrade my note 4 and Daniel was very helpful with his knowledge of smartphones that are on sale right now. I decided to pre-order the Samsung Note 8 and capitalize on the promo when I trade in my phone. He called me when my phone arrived in store and I went to go pick it up today! My work phone died. I walked into this a couple blocks from my home. I waited and waited and when one counter person became available, I walked up to explain that I needed a new iphone. As I was talking to him, another man came up and and said I was going to have to wait because there was some other woman outside the store that had an appointment. There was no sign on the front door and nothing on their website that said "by appt only". This was embarrassing. Now, a couple weeks went by and I got a text from them asking how I was liking my phone. I texted back that I liked it. Today, I get a text, supposedly from the phone store, "across from the Ranch Market, wanting to know if I had checked to see if i qualify for $25 a month internet. This place is fantastic. Exemplary customer service!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. My visit came on the heels of a very awful experience at the Sprint store in Lynnwood. The staff here is very warm and kind. I never had the feeling of being taken for a ride which, most wireless places tend to do. I told them what I wanted and what I had hoped for a monthly payment and they did exactly that. The store happened to be out of the model I wanted so the manager Joseph (an extremely wonderful person) drove to another store to get one while I waited! I went to sit down on one of their very comfortable stools. And the gentleman originally helping me brought me a water and an iPhone to play with during the wait. This is the absolute best experience I've ever had at a wireless retailer. Knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy staff. If you're looking for a new phone please come here and ask for Joseph!! Condesending customer service. We went i to reace a lost phone with a our older phone. The guy was rude because we did not want to purchase a new phone. He told us we had a 2 cent balance on a phone we bought outright. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ryan helped my family and I upgrade our phones and plans. He patiently and kindly addressed all of our questions and helped set up my parents' phones. They were helping a few other customers when we got there. A couple of them were Korean speaking elderly couple who had a lot of questions regarding the use and functions of their phones. The staff here kindly helped them understand the functions of the phone and trained them on how to use it. Overall, the service was great and I would refer others to go here to get assistance. I'm so happy I opted to get my new phone here. I always dread the process, and due to some car problems we didn't make it in until about 6:30 (half an hour before closing). But after comparing reviews for the Verizon wireless in shoreline and the Verizon wireless in Edmonds, I'm glad I made this decision. Jung was very helpful and kind, he transferred everything from my old phone, discounted the new one for me by a little bit, and happily stayed after closing til the process was complete. He also clearly explained everything and did not push anything beyond my price range. It was relatively painless and my new phone is beautiful and works great!! Thank you! read more

Verizon's pricing seems to be the highest within the industry in the U.S.. I don't see the extra value that justifies their higher rates and plan limitations. Would not recommend Verizon to anyone. Take the cheaper companies. You probably have considered a less expensive company. They will all give you some grief but you might save hundreds a year for no noticeable difference. read more
