I was so happy 12 days ago when one of the employees made my trade in very easy and ensured me that I had 30 days to take care of my old phone and return it in store to them. I went in yesterday to give them my old phone and was told that their iPad was broken and that the manager was not in store, so they wouldn't be able to accept my return, AND that also I actually only had 14 days to return it. My husband went back today to return it and was told that I would not be able to return my phone in store and that I was supposed to receive a shipping label when I got my new phone. I received a cardboard box in the mail with ONLY my phone and no shipping label. I called to ask more questions and was told that the employees are almost all new staff and was asked to "give them some grace." When I asked what would happen if they didn't accept my return in the mail because I only had two days to acquire a shipping label and get it to them, they told me they didn't know and that they were instructed to tell customers to reach out to the number they gave my husband. I was denied a conversation with a manager and there was no resolution. I am usually very nice to customer service employees because I know that these jobs are difficult, but it seems that being nice and not expecting to be taken advantage of was a mistake. The salesperson made a mistake that could potentially cost me the price of a new phone (that NOBODY CAN AFFORD RIGHT NOW) and there is no resolution. I am at the mercy of the team that handles intake, who my original salesperson SAID TO ME tries not to accept trade ins when they can get out of it for things as simple as the phone not being charged, and who will not take into account that an inexperienced salesperson gave me very wrong information. I would not recommend purchasing from or dealing with this store, because you may wind up in a similar scenario. read more

Ok, five stars for Blair, the manager, was amazing. Give that guy a raise. He had great customer service skills, phenomenal multitasking skills, the patience of a saint and helped us until the problem was fixed which took multiple days, not at all his fault. His employees however...remember I mentioned customer service skills, multitasking skills and the patience of a saint? His bilingual employee, a lady, was so incredibly rude and short with an older man who came in with his elderly father to get him on his plan, she was rolling her eyes from the very beginning of the interaction, it got so toxic that Blair had to step in while he was helping us, while the other available employee was checked out on his device. Blair is a boss! The man deserves a raise and some good employees. It makes sense why the store has such low ratings. He can't do it by himself. read more

Worst AT&T store. We purchased two phones from this AT&T store on 6/29/25 and tried to return them just five days later. It took over a week to even get help with the return, and we were passed around between AT&T customer service, the store's assistant manager, and even a district manager -- none of whom were willing to assist or take responsibility. They still charged us a restocking fee, even though the phones were opened in-store by their own sales rep, Veronica. The assistant manager refused to waive the fee, repeatedly blaming his district manager and claiming he didn't have the "credentials" to help -- clearly showing a lack of training and accountability. This store does not value its customers. They'd rather charge unfair fees than do the right thing. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Save yourself the frustration. read more

Horrible. Hands down the worst AT&T store by far. Went in on a slow Sunday. Waited for a bit because there was only one employee working: not an issue. My problem is the rep told me I really didn't need to buy the IPhone 16 Pro Max because I would have plenty of storage to transfer from my old IPhone just go with the reg 16. Wrong. He told us they do not have wi-fi at this location so I would have to do it myself at home. Cool... welp turns out I needed the larger GB because of APPs ect for work. Went back up to store and asked to exchange for the upgraded one. Told me I would have to pay the restocking fee. Come on dude, aren't you supposed to know what you are selling? He just laughed at me. I asked him to call his manager to see if we could waive the fee because of his wrong recommendation and it had only been about 2 hours since I was in the store. again, just laughed. This employee is a joke. Didn't offer a case, screen protection, no upselling whatsoever... I mentioned that to him and his reply was, "Uhm, like I was trying to save you money. You can like buy those on amazon. Like $50 dollars cheaper, man". LOL. I have wireless and internet with AT&T. Have always been fond of the customer service, the technicians and the over-seas employees' that man the lines. The store is filthy and this employee's attitude matches it. Do yourself a favor and go to another store. Dude, have a little bit of pride in what you do. Otherwise, AT&T is pretty darn rad. God bless. read more

Game was very helpful and patient. I needed to get a wireless hotspot for my school work when I'm away from my home. He was able to look at my account and save me some money while also provide information me with the service that I came in for. While he was helping me, another young man working there was very friendly and helpful to the other customers that came in. Everyone who entered was greeted right away and helped. The store was tidy. There is another store closer to my home and one closer to my job but I will return to this one for my cellular needs. Great job AT&T Manor!! read more

Been with AT&T since 2006 (previously Cingular). In all those years I can count 2 issues I have ever had with this company....why ive been so loyal. Its time to part ways.....the YOUNG team at this store in Manor made this possible and distroyed a long relationship. It is truly heart breaking that the manager (Alan) could only come up with "I'm sorry" and let me be on my way after 2 1/2 hours of wasting my time and upsetting me beyond words (and making a huge mistake and not being able to fix it). I believe AT&T should train there staff better in handling customer issues (especially when it was no fault of the customers) and hire people that can admit there mistakes and have a resolution in a timely manner (not 3-4 days later). Unacceptable, to say the least. Need to file a complaint, call 210-821-4105, corporate office. read more

I went to them to change service and the first time I was told 156$ and I went in a few days later to do it and a different guy told me 600$ fee. So I called att and they said no fee at all. I ordered internet, 2 phones and a iPad. I waited a week before the internet guy came out. My devices never showed up, so I called and they said something went wrong and they needed to cancel and reprocess so I did that, and more days passed and nothing so I called them again and they said they never transferred my old number and apologized so I did it again. I waited 3 days and no phones, so I called and they said it was processed and I couldn't cancel it they I'd have to reject the order when it arrived. It's still processing. read more

This place is amazing Jai , Terra, and the other guy don't be mad that I forgot your name were the best people I know that helped me out. Patiently 5 hours later they all pitched in and helped me get my stuff in order. Long rough day but they stuck it out with me. These are my guys now that I will always return to to help me out.
