Workers go into hiding when they see customers entering. Very rude & unprofessional. Went in the morning was told to come back since it was only him. Went at 6:00pm two workers were hanging around talking to a friend, when he left the two workers saw me walking in looked at me & walked into the back. The one that was helping another customer told me to wait rather than calling them out to assist me. I'll be calling corporate in the morning to report this service. I just came in for a new screen protector for my phone as it is warrantied through AT&T. I was greeted by a very sweet employee who made me feel welcomed. I will be visiting this location again if I need to as I know I will be taken care of. Sometimes visits can be stressful depending on your specific needs, but the staff was excellent and put my screen protector on perfectly, which is always a struggle for me. For the most part I hate dealing with AT&T stores and honestly feel like all the sales reps are a bunch of grifters intentionally giving you the worst pricing possible on things. My Samsung phone screen broke so I went into AT&T and had the pleasure of speaking with Stephani today. Said that I'm just looking for a garbage/cheap phone to use temporarily until I get my screen fixed. She helped me out and I ended up getting a cheap garbage phone for less than $100 which is what I was looking for. Helped me set it up, switch the sim card, and sync the backup from my previous phone. In and out. no hassle. Side note: AT&T needs to step it up and fix phone screens already. The manager Michael came over to explain deals and he went over my bill with me . I am so impressed with these 2 men ; they treated me like a family member and really cared . They have the absolute worst customer service at this store! If I could give less than 1-star, I would. The "manager", Andrew Snowball, literally lied to my face. He told me, very smug, that he, "submitted a credit to my account (the week before), but he only makes the request and it's not his fault if corporate doesn't do anything with it." I called ATT and they confirmed that there was never anything submitted. It was my second day having to go to the store in a week because of mistakes they had made. I had even given the people there the benefit of the doubt that maybe they all just hadn't had their coffee the first day. But, when it was the same the second time with the same people, I realized that they all have no idea what they're talking about and no idea how to treat customers. I worked very closely with Ana, a very competent, kind and knowledgeable rep and I want to say a public thank you for making the transition back to AT&T a smooth and easy one. I also want to thank the manager, Stephanie for all her help and knowledge as well. Over the years I definitely feel like most here that phone stores and phone companies are just not a lot of fun nor are they very easy to work with. This store is perhaps the worst store on Long Island. I made reservations to pick up my iPad Pro. I pre-ordered everything and was only there to pick it up. The sales associate was so rude. He couldn't even be bothered to look up the account. The store manager was no better. I ended up going to Huntington Village and getting the iPad I needed. We came in about a half an from close time. There were two associates who were both helping customers. We were told that we would be helped shortly. There was no ask of or names and no organization of a queue. People who came in after us were seen before I asked when we were going to be seen. When I asked I was told "I didn't know you were waiting" a half an hour after the store is supposed to be closed im what sitting here for my health? He then jumps back to the customer he was working with and wastes time to avoid helping me. If I would have known this was going to be the way it was I would have either driven the extra distance to another ATT store or tried to figure out another plan. I got my new iPhones 6 from this place, 2 plus and a regular one with 15 GB of data, two weeks later I started getting text and emails from att about my usage, came down to the store again, spoke to Evan and asked how could this be? when I'm a stay home mom with my wifi all the time, hubby has wifi at work too, only my daughter at school but when she comes home it get connected automatically to our Verizon wifi so HOW on earth is this possible? he told me maybe I'm not getting good signal and I should call Verizon to double check but not to worry he'll waive the extra charges for me, okay time came $129.00 extra charges, came back spoke to him, he promised to removed half this cycle and half the next, I went home paid $300.00 leaving a balance of $105. And what's next?? FUCKING ATT disconnected my service so I was force to pay the extra $105. To have my four lines back, I'm seriously thinking of switching to Sprint to cut my bill in half like they are saying on the commercial, I couldn't believe they disconnected my service for miserable $105 when I paid them $300. Most of the Sales reps are knowledgeable to an extent. Then again, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this stuff. Matt the Assistant Store Manager should be fired. He has quite an attitude and almost no knowledge of his position. Honestly, AT&T seems to hire more under-qualified individuals each and every year. This AT&T store is HORRIBLE. I went there before Christmas to add a line and the salesman (Monte) basically lied threw his teeth. After Christmas I called to see how much my monthly bill increased and it was SO MUCH MORE MONEY than the salesman said it would be. I'm extremely annoyed. the men who work there are very nice. but i got stuck with a brunette girl named lauren that had NO idea what she was doing. she was very rude. she kept going back to the guys and kept asking questions. she couldn't even log into my account. then she asked me about switching to AT&T next which i kept saying no to and she kept insisting which was frustrating. then she asked if i wanted to keep my unlimited data which i said yes of course. when i got home i had a feeling she removed it so i called customer service and the man said she did. no wonder nothing was working. i have been trying for an hour to get my phone to work and nothing. now speaking to customer service, i must get a different plan and then have my unlimited added again. she should be fired because she clearly does not know what she is doing. read more

I'm not writing a review about this store, but customer service over the phone. Theres just no option to choose it. First I want to say if there was a way to choose 0 stars I would. I went on facebook listing numerous complaints. "customer services" lack of actual service while I'm trying to setup a family plan for my wife and I. The fact she hasnt had any internet access and they're blaming it on a bad tower and that through all this I asked a simple to waive $40 reconnect charge on my bill that was only 2 weeks past due and a 1st occurence. They made sure to charge me right away, but not to help. So I contacted them through facebook. Tosh the "social media manager" said he would help. I sent all my info to him and told him to call me the next day. He calls me that night when i'm not going to answer my phone. Leaves a voicemail stating he texted me a link to change the name on my wifes account to mine and that cant just waive $40 fee. no reason as to why. AND DIDNT EVEN MENTION THE FACT MY WIFE IS PAYING FOR DATA AND INTERNET USAGE THAT SHES NOT GETTING!! SO here i am posting to various social media sites and if I do not get all of this resolved, my next step is the better business bureau. They will be making sure that I get all that i'm asking for. read more
