If I could give zero stars, that would be my rating. On April 11th around 6pm CST, my mother and I went into the store to upgrade our phones. We had been on the phone with someone from AT&T earlier about upgrading our phones at a promotional rate, but we decided to go into the store v purchasing over the phone/online to make it easier (at least that is what we initially expected...it to be easier). However, it was the exact opposite as we walked right out. We were absolutely shocked by the extreme unprofessionalism and disrespectful customer service we received by two employees --- both spoke to us in a very condescendingly manner --- one of the two women said she had been working at the store for 5 years. That alone would've made me think she would've provided great customer service, but that was the complete opposite of what we experienced. They had told us that AT&T lied about the promotion (even though we had the conversation with AT&T customer service saved and showed them and had been told by a few representatives that the promotion was valid). I would imagine AT&T would not want their employees calling their company liars as that is not the best look for the brand. When we asked what their names were, they refused to provide us with their names and said, "We don't need to give you that." To me, that shows they know they treated us poorly and didn't want to get in trouble. I truly hope other customers aren't treated the way my mother and I were that day. So I felt inclined to write this review in hopes that something changes for the better at this location! read more

I went to the ATT Store to add lines on to my new account and got help from a great guy Jose. Helped me lower my bill, walked me thru the best deals, and best of all stayed an Hour & a Half after closing time just to help me finish all my requests! I will never go to another AT&T store I'm always going to José! 10/10 read more

Zero Stars had to pick 1 to post review. The most rudest employee I have ever met was working on Saturday August 31st. I was having an issue with my phone and figured I'd stop in since the store was there. The guy working ( he never gave me his name) was very rude and condescending. He treated me as if I was interfereing on his day. He never asked what my issue was even though I tried to show him. He did not want to hear it so I picked up my phone and left. He needs some customer service training. I will never return to this AT&T store. I've had an AT&T phone for over twenty years and this was how I was treated. The MGR sold me a new phone and I got a free tablet! Then I asked Louie "what is the net increase to my bill? He told me "Believe it or not, your monthly bill would be one dollar less than before. Remember the story "If it sounds to good?" He got me! My bill has been $174 and $194 ever since. Has nothing to do with usage. I had called ATT directly before calling store. The ATT rep said they sometimes have sales people who lie to get a sale and guessed that was probably the situation! WOW! I never got good grades in math but I "can" hear. Do not patronize these people. They are on commission and will lie to get the sale. Kind of sad because commissioned sales people are not all like this. He told me a bold faced lie. I absolutely hate going to an AT&T store.. it takes to long and the reps are not nice! I came to this store today to upgrade my sons iPhone for his birthday. And I must say, Amanda was awesome. I got what I needed in just a little of time and she saved me money.. customer service was great, and this almost never happens at a AT&T store. I went there to activate my new phone. The guy Phil was as rude and as unpleasant as a "customer service rep." Could possibly be. He cut my old sim card instead of activating my new SIM card, he cut it crooked and I spent more time removing the card and reinstalling the card then using the phone. The phone finally stopped working yesterday amd no matter what I did could not get it working had to go to the store to get it working. Jason was there and got me back up and going. Funny part is that Jason activated my new SIM card in less time than it took Phil to cut my old SIM card. Jason was great and very apologetic for his co-workers laziness. Jason is the reason I am giving a 2 star instead of a 1 star. I depend on my phone for business related matters to be missing calls texts and not being able to use my phone. I am not saying don't go here but if you do be sure to see Jason at least he shows you the respect a customer deserves. read more

STAY AWAY! Do not enter this store under any circumstances. They did the same thing to a member of my family as they did to a previous reviewer (Paul). We had a phone that wasn't working properly and were railroaded into purchasing a new phone and getting a free tablet. They said the insurance we pay for monthly wouldn't cover our current phone. Three hours later we returned the tablet and cancelled the order and of course they charged a restocking fee for the tablet. Wouldn't you know that even though we canceled the order, we received a phone in the mail a week later! Then, received they bill and there is a charge for the tablet that was returned. I called AT&T and they didn't show the tablet was returned to stock so they had to call the store. The first thing the store did was say "the restocking fee was legitimate". When the AT&T rep explained the tablet showed active the store then checked and said it had been returned. Even the AT&T representative said DO NOT EVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN! read more
