Sheena went above and beyond to help our family with our upgrades, even offering solutions when inventory was low. I've had nothing but problems for the past few years trying to just pay my bill. I was able to get to the website after they changed my login info for me one day, but only through chrome incognito. I spent AN HOUR AND A HALF on the phone with ATT customer service who was of no help. I told them I tried multiple browsers, deleted cache etc, and was even desperate enough to try the app (which I don't like using/paying because they're not secure enough). I end up having to drive 26 miles one way to this ATT store and walked in. This tall, old white man came up asked how he could help, I told him I need to pay my bill and unlock my phone because I'm switching to Verizon. Instead of him actually trying to help me he took my card told me to "not be rude" to him when he was the one who was being rude and extremely arrogant. I don't know his name since he never told me what it was nor did he have a badge on, but this guy seriously needs to find a new line of work because customer service is definitely NOT his strong point. A real customer service rep would have apologized, asked to see my phone maybe they could help. Not direct me to the website I can no longer access and try and shove me out the door. This was my first cell phone provider and I've been with them for 22 years and THIS is how they treat long time customers??? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Verizon is cheaper. It was actually in Costco but this is the closest I went to for assistance. Did they help no. They were looking over my shoulder to sign up new clients. I was contracted at $167 I am now getting billed $217 and more. I literally have no service. Internet doesn't work. Phone service doesn't work. We have called and called I was told no service it's just a fact of life but when I was with Verizon I had plenty of service so how can that be? My advice do not go AT&T. Changed service from Verizon. I was not told my Verizon phone was a problem. I even asked if i should buy a new phone but was told it was not necessary. I couldn't set up my voice mail., so i went back to ask for help 1/2 hr before closing. Rep was polite and tried several methods to set up the voicemail without success. He called tech support and it looked like the problem was solved but it was not. The store was closed by now so i said i would come back. When i returned, that rep was off. I tried to explain that i had been there before and he needed to call tech support to save her a 1/2 hr. Her response was,"if he couldnt set it up why do you think i will be able to?" The guy Cendric who stopped my family in target to sell us on a plan told us we were trading in our old devices for the newest upgrade at no charge and we ended up being charged for both devices when we still owe on our old ones (which are last years devices that were working perfectly fine) we had tmobile and after being with at&t for 2 months I'm so angry we switched. The service is terrible. The whole process cedric signed us up for has now costed us an extra $2000 for absolutely nothing to benifit from. The people who work here are scammers and tell you what you want to hear and leave out things even when you specifically ask them, they make it sound great when in reality they are charging a crap ton of money for crappy service. Very disappointed, an older gentleman had absolutely no idea what's was doing. He gave me the wrong information while trying to upgrade one of my two iPhone lines. I specifically gave him the number I wanted to upgrade and he told me I had to come up with $750.00 to pay off my iPhone 12, in actuality, it was not even half of that. Additionally, he did not even look at the incentives available to trade my existing iPhone. I've been dealing with straight bs we bought an iPad from this location to realize that he ordered the wrong one. Went back after receiving the wrong one to return the iPad and ordered the correct one, thought everything was fine and a month later we get a message saying that they never received the iPad and charged us 800 for the iPad that we physically took into THIS store untouched and brand new. Now we can't get our money back and they are just offering store credit for 600 not even the full price that they took out of the bank. And on top of that the iPad is no where to be found there is nothing in our file saying we returned it. I do not understand how these employees are still even working there. I needed a Manager, called the store to ensure one would be there and was told YES. I got to the store, no Manager. I worked with the customer service rep, Gibby, who spent about 30 minutes trying to get a feature to work on my watch that didn't even exist. It was a new watch to me and I was sold on certain features, just to realize I was sold the exact same watch. Gibby apparently didn't know what features my watch should have, neither did his counterpart when he asked for help. Gibby then told me I was pretty much shit out of luck. It was the 14th day, and the last day to do any exchanges or returns. He was NOT helpful. He wouldn't call the manager to ask how we get an extension, and just said I could drive to Tempe to look for a manager. I told him I was sent to their location by another location because there WAS a manager, and I called to confirm that. He just shrugged his shoulders. The whole experience with AT&T was ridiculous, and in my mind grounds for leaving them all together, but Gibby was the worst part of the experience and I've never felt so unvalued and disrespected as a customer. They should cut ties with that one. He has zero customer service skills. The ONLY good thing about my experience was Simone at the Gilbert and Germann location. Imagine that...she helped me without a manager. (Ya know, what Gibby, and the other location at San Tan Village said I needed). Horrible customer service. read more

This is going to be a very simple review- they do NOT carry ANY screen protectors or ANY accessories needed for phones that are not the latest model. Their way of coaxing you into spending more in being forced to upgrade. My phone is the 10. They do NOT carry ANY screen protectors, cases, etc... the employees literally told me to order them off of Amazon, or I could opt to upgrade to the newest iPhone & go on an installment plan JUST to protect my phone. (Props to the employee that told me I'm better off walking away with no phone issues since they couldn't do a simple screen protector!) Not impressed. And won't be back after I opt to switch to a carrier that isn't greedy. My installment is done, and ya'll couldn't even manage to give me the BASICS without trying to force me into feeding you more?!? Total fail. No wonder there were 0 customers aside from myself. Edit: After reading the comment/feedback from AT&T on my review- it is also very apparent WHY the customer service level is declining. It literally did not address any of my issues- the employees can't help the fact your COMPANY doesn't supply necessary accessories for more than the latest phone models. They actually deserve credit for telling me Amazon can help better serve my needs (and that no other store- after this being the 3rd stop- would be able to help, either)! It was the most insincere, generic "textbook" reply I have seen on literally every other review. Didn't address the actual problem, nor offer to even TRY and help. Do not go this AT&T store! I went in with my Tmobile bill and they promised to beat their deal. The first two months were great and the bill was as promised and then the third month it went up by $100. I called the store several times and attempted to speak to the store manager, Roland, and he would not take my calls or return my calls. Went into the store to talk about switching 5 lines over. There was a bit of a wait, which was no problem. I had an email detailing a promotion for internet customers. He walked away with my phone to talk to the manager about it. After a few minutes, Alfi came back and said it was a phishing email from ATT. which was not true. The email came from them, which I verified, and showed him the promotion on their website. He continued to mansplain phishing to me multiple times, which I kept telling him I understood what phishing was. The real reason that they didn't have the promotion was because they don't offer ATT internet in Arizona, which I finally got that information between the fourth and fifth explanations of phishing that I told him I knew what that was. Alfi was not friendly and did not really care about helping us, but just wanted to flex his cybersecurity degree. If you actually want to have helpful service, don't go here. If you aren't familiar with a promotion, just admit that. Don't accuse a customer of bringing in a phishing email without actually looking into the matter. read more

We bought our phones there a year ago. The lady lied about everything. First she talked us into doing the buy one get one free. We told her we only needed 3 phones. She said we could cancel the 4th phone once and just keep it as a back up. That was a lie. If we cancelled it we have to pay the full price. So I am stuck with a 4th phone that I have to pay a monthly fee for for the line. Next I told her that we wanted to pay the phones off so our monthly payment would be lower. She said we could do that after we got our bill so we paid off the ones that were not getting the credit. That is not true. If I pay it off I lose the credit for the other phones. Just found out that it also means I can not upgrade my phone for another year and a half or I lose all my credits. AT&T has terrible customer service. Do NOT leave this store until your purchase is shown to you as fully functioning! We bought two items from this store and were given simple instructions to get them both running. Got home and followed the instructions and can't get either to work! ALSO spent 3 hours on phone with tech support to find out the smart watch purchase is not compatible with my phone to begin with! They didn't even ask what phone I had when they sold it to me! Took it back the next day for a refund and to discuss our technical issues on the other product and the manager, Robert, simply said, "I assumed it would work" and handed us off to an associate. No apology. AND they did not refund $45 of the purchase for a restocking fee! I called ATT customer service. Got a prepaid plan last September, for 40 a month do to budget issues had to change plans to save money 8 days into a month prepaid plan and no refund for unused service. This seems a little like some one just picked my pocket. Spent all day just trying to get a credit for the month already paid. No they don't do that either.. The money is just gone and so is my at&t account.. recommend that if you want to save money stay away. Was never told I loss the money I paid because they don't give refunds or credit at any time.
