They failed to tell me that they were replacing the screen with an aftermarket, non-Apple screen. They didn't explain that there was an option, any difference between the 2 products, what an official screen would cost - nothing. I got home and immediately noticed the colors looked off and did the research to understand what they had sold me. When I called they essentially said they "figured I'd want the cheaper option." It's clearly an inferior screen with noticeably worse lighting, everything is super bright and cool. To make matters worse, I then learned the Apple Store offers the screen replacement with an official screen for the same price they charged me for the 3rd party screen. I guess shame on me for not doing the research in advance, but maybe don't assume everyone knows what the hell an aftermarket screen is. Their response was essentially "sorry", and their corporate support was a notch above useless. Buyer beware.

Two days later it's not working doing all kinds of crazy stuff and not getting 4g then nothing bc it's saying there's no SIM in it which there was. So we call and wow what a surprise we get told u can bring it ill look but I probably can't help u . You should conta t Samsung so I take it to my carrier turns out this new galaxy is actually the old s2 but looks just a lil different bc it's made for a different country and is not properly compatible with all the same technology the US has and tells me u might as well toss it. so if u add up everything the company basically got us out of the 250 for the screen and the 400 he paid before the screen cracked and he ruined it then the 250 for the great NEW galaxy that 900$ wouldn't give an exchange, No credit, not even a let me try to fix it. DONT go here they should be shut down!!!! Due to my lack of access to my account, the process took two days. Adam was just as helpful on the second day not only to me but all customers who had arrived while I was being served. Adam went over every single question I had and informed me that my plan was inadequate for my needs; so we upgraded the whole plan also. I have one small gripe with the process. I asked for a 16 Pro max and I received a 16 Pro. Now I'm adjusting to the smaller form factor. I'm not surely sure how that was miscommunicated, yet I'm overall elated with the new phone with Apple intelligence and the new plan. I hope Adam advances in his role due to his ability to communicate effectively with others and keep his composure with trying guests.

Called customer support and was told the only way to convert to postpaid was in store. So this time we called ahead to the Veterans store. They said it's possible. When we first got here, the place was very busy and we had to wait a while. That's not too big of a problem. They were nice about walk ins. When our turn came, we explained our situation and at first the person said they couldn't do it or didn't know how. At that point we literally were tempted to leave our carrier AT&T for good cuz of the discrepancy between what we were told in store versus customer support. But someone went back and asked and Ms. Carla Stamps came out and said she could help us. All of the issues were handled by her with no problem. She was generous and helpful and we are very thankful for the help. Someone should give her a raise because AT&T almost lost a customer if not for Carla.
