Lazy customer service. My husband and I were told that the wait was only 30 minutes long and we were waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF. We were watching the employees and most of them were just talking to each other and not taking care of any of the other customers. It shouldn't take this long and the worst part is that the phone service SUCKS. Most parts of the island the phone service doesn't work and can't get signal. If I could give this place less than a 1 star we would. read more

The worst experience. This the third time we are here. They screw up our bill we got over charged $40. They still haven't fixed the problem even though they promised us they will. If I could give it no stars I would, recently got a Samsung note 10, was unsatisfied with the phone and battery life as I need my phone for work all day. Went into the Mililani location to see if I could exchange the phone and the manager Ray said that I was outside of my remorse period and that I only had 14 days after the purchase to exchange the phone. Told him that I had no idea about this and it was not told to me at the time of the purchase, he said that it's stated on the receipt and I told him that when I left the store that night I purchased the phone that the sales person Jared didn't give me a receipt so how could I have known about it. He said that they can over ride the exchange but simply won't because my explanation wasn't good enough to exchange for a different phone. He also said customer care could exchange it over the phone so I called customer care and they aren't able to because I didn't purchase the phone online, went back and told him that and he said "whoever told you that is lying, I've worked here for 7 years and I know that they can do that, they're lying" He was very rude and did not try to do anything to help me at all. If I knew this would've happened I would of NEVER switched from Verizon to AT&T. read more

Worst customer service. I've been trying to fix my upgrade elibility for 4 months...the girl that I was working with told me that getting it back can take up to 4 months. So at the moment I have no phone and she tells me that I have to call customer care to fix whatever ATT did to my account. I've been to 3 other atts and they can see the issue and they've tried to help. But this ATT decides its not their problem and they cant even offer to call customer service while I'm there. I asked for a manager but the manager said they were busy...shows how much they care about a customer of 10 years. read more

I went to the Mililani store to put a glass screen protector on because my previous one broke. I already had the glass protector in my hand because I took advantage of the warranty, so I didn't have to pay for it at the store. I have seen the staff put the screen protector on my other phones in 5 minutes or less. They told me I had to wait about one hour because all the staff were with other customers. The other option was to make an appointment for another day. The store might be more efficient if they had one staff available to be cashier and do simple, quick things like put on a screen protector. Maybe the person that makes the appointments can be trained to do other things like cashier and put on screen protectors. read more

I am rating the customer service we received from Christopher Rajkowski today a big "5" as he was awesome!!! He helped to guide us on making the best deal for our family and even helped set up our phones for us as my husband and I are quite technologically illiterate!!! This saved us a lot of time otherwise we would have had to depend on our daughter to do it...thank you so very much!!! We are so VERY appreciative and grateful for his assistance! Chris was a true professional...he was so easy to talk to, patient, and knew his stuff...great customer service!!! I am only giving one star because I can't give a negative star. This rating isn't for the store itself, they really tried to assist but they are the store I went into with my issues so they are caught in the middle I guess. I have been with AT&T since my redeployment from Afghanistan. In those days they cared about the customers and really tried to work with us. To though is totally different, they are too big and making too much now so they just don't give a damn about us anymore. I really got frustrated with them and decided to take my business to another carrier. On October 17 my wife and I walked into the Mililani AT&T store to change my services. I told them I wanted to do whatever I needed to do in order to no longer have anything to do with AT&T. They called customer "don't" care in order to do what needed to be done. After trying to convince me to stay with them, they proceeded with my request. In the end, the agent explained to me the penalties of early termination, final Payments and payment options. Pretty much when I walked out of there I would be at a zero balance and be complete with AT&T. In November I received a bill from AT&T which I thought was a final bill. I noticed that I was being billed for services which should have been cancelled. I wasn't able to challenge it at the time due to my duties. So I ended up paying $684 with the intent of challenging once I was back on island. End of January 2017 I was billed again double for services that should have been cancelled in October. I went back to the Mililani store. They really tried to figure out what was going on so they called customer "don't" care to help. After being passed around to four different departments, I was finally able to talk to someone who explained that the person who handled my case ported out all of my accounts. They ported out my two cell phones, a hot spot that I paid off and cancelled and an iPad that I also paid and cancelled. Only the two cell phones were activated so AT&T went ahead and continued service of then other two and continued to bill me. Now I was told that they can close the account now and I will have to pay the termination fee. WOW!! I was told that I could send a letter to the Office of the President and maybe they can help. So I asked why not listen to the recording and see what happened. I was told they don't have access to do all that. So thanks for nothing. Thanks for the love even after all the years that I was with them. But thank God I am rid of them. read more

I'll keep it quite simple. We stood in line for the new iPhone 6, the store received only 9 of the Plus version and allowed in 17 customers in at once... Phone preferences should have been ascertained from the 1st in line thru to the 17th, by the time my eligibility was verified those BEHIND me in line received the phones they wanted, and I was left taking a phone that was my second choice. To add insult to injury, there were sales people that held phones for friends in line behind us, verified by the phones they walked out with and the incessant bragging of their clients in line BEHIND me... went to upgrade my boyfriend and i phone told the girl we didnt have a card 3 times yet she went through the wholw process wasting our time only to tell us that we need a card to do this transaction. ONE she ASSUMED we had a card. TWO she told us the $105 we ALREADY payed was NON-REFUNDABLE. i somehow always leave this store unhappy. oh and also she turned off my data service and i didnt know til AFTER we left the store. Somebody tell me what happened to customer support and knowledge. Have we become so dependent on the iPad at businesses that the first and last response for a problem is "I'm sorry I don't know what to do to help"? My daughter received a VISA gift card and tried to pay for her prepaid plan with AT&T. The kiosk refused the transaction; however, the card company has a hold from AT&T for the full amount. I asked the bank to cancel the transaction and was informed the merchant has to cancel from their end. When I informed the AT&T rep at the Mililani Town Center location, she informed me that there was nothing she could do. Did she even make a call or talk to another rep to see what could be done...NO! Just make a payment with another card or cash is the response. Why would I pay for a plan again if you are not going to try and return/ cancel the initial transaction. Very frustrated!! I now have to wait for the mainland office to open to try and resolve what I think is a rather simple issue. Debated whether switching to AT&T for the family plan would have been better for a few dollars more...this incident completely made up my mind to stay away. read more

My advice when visiting this store is to go with some knowledge of what you might want....and don't assume. tHese sales associates don't get a lot of training as sales people, and not all of them are easily forthcoming with information unless you ask...if you know to ask. They are not necessarily the best communicators and "just nice" doesn't cut it when you do not serve your customers in the best possible way when their only concern is making that sale. I am feeling cautious about dealing with Mililani ATT, and many other companies of this type. read more

I purchased two phones at this location. The employees seemed somewhat nice, however the process took four hours to complete the sale. I realized my phones alarms did not work and neither does the ringer on the Monday after I purchased the phones because I woke up late for work. I wanted to return one of the phones and then exchange the other for an iPhone 6s (like I had with T-Mobile) because the iPhone 7 initially was the worst phone I've had. It statics during phone calls and the music has static. Also, the phone freezes and I have to continuously turn it off to make it work again. After three days of having the phone I went back to the location I bought it and there was one man working and it was busy so he told me it will be a while. I decided to go to another location but they said I had to bring it back here. So When I finally had the time a few days later I was told by two workers they did not know how to return a product so I would need to come back another day. So then I went back on the 13th day and the man working returned one phone and didn't exchange the broken one because it a 2 small scratches on the back. Mind you that wasn't there when I tried to return the sale 3 days after I purchased the phone. Then he told me the best I can do to resolve my issue is call apple or the verizon customer service. So I did and I have been dealing with long phone calls almost everyday since then. Do you honestly think I want to talk to a Verizon worker during my lunches and my days off. No but unfortunately they don't care. And they have had me repeat my story to about 12 workers over the duration until I was finally helped. So I was finally sent a different phone and opened the box to follow instruction. I factory reset my current phone and went to set up the new one. Now IF VERIZON KNOWS THAT THEY DO NOT PUT A SIM CARD REMOVER IN THE BOX, HOW IN THE HELL AM I GOING TO REMOVE IT. So now I have to reset the broken phone just so I have a phone and will likely go to Verizon tomorrow and waste my last day off before I go to work. Mind you I am about to be working long hours for like 20 days straight. I will never purchase another phone with Verizon and once I'm done paying this phone I will be completely finished with VERIZON SERVICES. I tried to switch from T-Mobile because I heard Verizon has the best service on the island. But there customer service is only nice when selling you a phone not when dealing with customer issues. So overall my experience has been a headache and full of stress. read more

been with AT&T for a very long time and have 4 phones with them. recently went to here to add a line for my daughter and boy i wish Maika or Mike would have been there as he is awesome. another lady sales person talked us into switching our consumer account to a business account and it has been trouble ever since. my wireless just did not work for a whole day which is the life line of our business. we got calls from customer service and said they would fix it. took a day to to fix the problem. then came all these charges for changing accounts from consumer to business. local store said they would take care of it. customer service said that they sent us a check but none received yet. Today AT&N called and said we have to pay all the charges. i asked the local store to switch it back to my original consumer account as this business account is horrible and customer service is really bad. The representative at 1-866-288-7629 giggled and laughed as if this was funny. When i got upset she said "sir you agreed to switch it to this account" ahhhh well my sales person recommended the business plan.... after a few minutes i realized that i was wasting my time. so i left a message for the best sales rep at the Mililani store, Maika. Hopefully he can help me. Been wanting to change my service to a better carrier and i think AT&T customer service just made my decision easier. Can't wait till my contracts end soon. read more

This review concerns two visits in as many days. The first day, my friend and I wanted to purchase a new SIM card for his phone. The purchase went okay but the worker was unfamiliar with how to set up the new card and we actually had to help that person. Good salesmanship though because I was convinced to purchase a mini speaker. The next day I wanted to return the speakers because I found them cheaper at Best Buy. There was no sense of organization at all. I was signed in but then bumped back down one by the same person because there was apparently was a cutover who came in the store before me. I pointed out that I came directly to an associate and was signed in and didn't loiter around for some time until I was ready to be helped. That apparently did not matter. I asked the woman attendant if she could just handle my return but she said that her job was to be at the front door (which. She wasn't, she was in the back storeroom) and to sign people in. She did no know how to handle purchases/returns. This doesnt make sense. Everybody should be trained how to handle sales just in case the other associates are busy. This is a management issue because the person was essentially useless. read more
