    Sad that I can get better Wi-Fi at the Starbucks across the street. I actually lost my Internet connection IN the store. Doubly sad that 3G Internet access in this area is regularly out as well. Remind me why would I buy what you're selling AT&T... 'cause at this location, your goods look like crap.

    Do you ever feel? What it's like to be out casted How the negative vibe is directed specifically to you ... Ignored like a statute as I was upon entering this store for the staff should be thankful their clients are keeping them employed especially in this particular ailing economy. I entered and immediately seek to use the self payment kiosk without being greeted for a AT&T staff to acknowledged my presence as a client. Many of the staff were engrossed with their assistance on clients' issues which they have absolutely no communication skills or patience as one staff was portraying his agita publicly. With high monthly fees of two year contracts from clients paying near bankrupt to keep AT&T staff employed they undoubtedly require Emily Post's "Etiquette" and Kay West's "How To Raise a Gentleman" to wash those vile mouths!

    Going in to this AT&T store (or probably any AT&T store in New York City) is probably one of the most frustrating experiences a person can go through. You walk in and while the interior looks really nice, it's not worth what you're about to endure. The place is crowded with waiting customers and short on staff. Nobody takes your name so there is no established line-up. You have no idea when or if you will be seen. Once you do manage to sit down with someone, they work very quickly to sell you a phone or a plan but take forever to process your order and get you all set up in the system. And don't get me started on how they explain the charges. I was so confused and then my bill came and it looked nothing like what I thought I'd agreed to. Grrrrr.

    Phone customer service is horrible. Pay 150 a month to wait on hold 2 hrs. Make it impossible to transfer your number to them

    Scammers. Terrible customer service. Refused to serve me saying I don't serve people who aren't my religion and color. Stay far away.

The gentleman at the counter gave me a price quote and assured me it would only take about an hour, so I told him I'd be back the next day. ​I returned as planned and handed the phone over. Thankfully, it turned out to just be a screen issue after all! The repair itself was done incredibly quickly and efficiently. He even let me know to come back if I ran into any issues with his work, but everything has been perfect so far and I highly doubt I'll have any problems. ​The quality of work and the speed make it worth it, but the prices were definitely a bit higher than I initially expected. I ultimately decided on 4 stars because they charge an extra fee if you pay with a credit card, on top of the regular tax. Depending on what you're getting fixed, that credit card fee plus tax can easily add an extra $20+ onto your quoted price. I know a lot of restaurants are starting to do this nowadays, but I wasn't expecting it at a repair shop and wish I had known in advance so I could decide if I wanted to use a different payment method to avoid the surcharge. Fortunately I was able to do so. ​Overall, they do fantastic, fast work, and the customer service is great! Just be sure to bring cash or an alternative payment method if you want to save a few bucks on the fees!

While in the store, this location was having an event to honor first responders and fire fighters. Booths at the corner have some arts and crafts, along with some sweet baked goods as well. Back to the purpose of my visit; staff did continue to assist with providing more phone packages, but the phone I was interested in purchasing is currently out-of-stock; floor manager told me I was be contacted once new shipment comes in or they can ship it to the closest location branch to me. I'm glad I caught it because it's $20 if I go over my two gigs plus my carryover data. I barely had carryover data this past month. I typically don't go over but it's been beautiful weather. My friend is recommending I go with Mint Mobile. He pays a year in advance $36 per month and he has unlimited data. As a customer with Verizon for almost 20 years I need them to cut me some slack!
