I don't know what happened but the last 39 days has gone downhill for T-Mobile. I have an IPhone 11 and it's new so they can't blame the phone. Tried calling customer service 611 and the regular customer service number 3x today, the first time kicked me off, the second time the call dropped and the third time I was on hold over 20 minutes, the other 2 times was 10 a 16 minutes before the call just stopped without anyone picking up. Still haven't spoken to a rep! That is all.
