After a particularly bad day (up at 2:30 am due to a flood in my kitchen) my new iPhone 7 arrived. Of course I couldn't get it to work and called AT&T, they were unable to help because there was something wrong with the sim card. So off I went to the AT&T store for assistance. I was met at the door by Rigo Ortiz who must have noticed how frazzled I was. He was calm as he explained he could get my phone working with no problem. While he was helping me the manager, Joaquin came over introduced himself and asked if we needed help. I thanked him and said that Rigo was doing a great job. We chit chatted a little bit and I explained my bad day. They were both sympathetic and got me fixed up and out right away. Greeat service, friendly and efficient. Nice people, if you need a phone or any help I recommend you go to this store and ask for Rigo. They made a bad day a little easier to deal with! read more

My family and I have been with ATT for years and we have always enjoyed this store. Recently, writhing the past year we've had to speak to the manager about employees being flat our rude. One employee let the door close on my newborn daughter and I after holding the door for everyone else. Fast forward a year later we called to inquire about the iPhone Xs being in stock and the employee on the phone told me my daughter was talking to much so he couldn't here me and I need to know what I want when I call and I wasn't making sense. We have also seen the manager cut an employee off in mid sentence after we asked a question, he wouldn't eve look make eye contact with us. I give this business 3 stars because there were some employees that were extremely nice and helpful. read more

John M. sat down with me to upgrade my phone. I look younger than I am, so I am often treated with kids gloves but John was nothing but helpful and respectful. By the end of the upgrade, we were chatting and laughing like old buddies. i just needed somebody to show me how to get the sim card out of my iphone. as soon as i walked in a lady helped me right away by showing me how easy it is to get the sim card out. she also told me how to unlock my device so that i can use it internationally. good thing to know since i didnt know that info! great quick friendly service! read more

I have all my services with them and they are always trying to help their customers get the best service at a great price! I'm a new AT&T customer. Besides being displeased with the cellular service overall, the service at this particular store is horrible. I made a point to take time out of my day to write this review in regards to the customer service at this store because they do not call customers back so I was left with no choice but to voice my feedback here. I was "helped" by Nancy this week... I am using the word "help" loosely. She was NO help at all; in addition to being rude and short tempered. I called the following day to speak to the store manager about my experience at the store but was told by Judy that the manager was in a conference. I asked her to take a message to have the manager call me back... she was very rude as well! No surprise there. No call back so I called again yesterday, no one picked up the phone during their business hours. Horrible experience at this store with the staff! Never going back. read more

This store is always packed, yet the employees always seem to be standing around. Unless you need something easy like an extra charger, don't bother with this location--the staff don't really understand the different service plans and they're not very polite. Was there monday 10/10/2016 at 10am I had called att and they att told me that i had to go to a att store to upgrade phone from a i phone 7 plus 32gb to a i phone 7 plus 128gb phone Cost is 3 dollars more per month All i wanted to do is give att the phone and get a upgrade and order phone online why about 50 dollars cheaper but sales rep said could not do that and wanted me to cancel line and order phone thru him also restocking was waived by att But he still wanted to charge me the restocking fee of 45 dollars After that said goodbye and i was gone total time 20 min Got home and called att and bought i phone 7plus 128 gb and paid 54 dollars sales tax You are better of buying online and not any att store You are paying at store 10 to 11 percent tax online 6 percent No att store has phone so have to wait any way read more

This is the worst store ever... the manager Hussain has no customer service skills at all. My husband and I came in to upgrade our phones. We told Mr. Hussain we wanted 2 phones, stood and answered maybe 2 questions of ours and said he'll be back and never returned to us.. we waited for over 25min for him to return, he never came back. i'm very disappointed first the store did not opened on time. it said on line dec. 12-19 it will be open at 9:00 am. well let me tell you they opened at 10:30 am. no apologies about why they opened an hour late, w.o.w. plus it was freezing cold and you could not use the bathroom wow. i had to rush to use the bathroom at another store. let me said this other stores let you the bathroom. i know is covid-19 is among us but you need to understand that humans have to use the bathroom!!!!!!!!!!! now i got that out of system!!!!!!! now the lady who help me to transfer my information to my replacement iphone. didn't same to care not one bit about all my previous pictures that included my dear mother who passed away. that all the pictures transferred or not. i felt like i was a burden to her. i'm glad that she was not my nurse!!!!. she didn't care enough to my sure all of my very important information was transferred or missing. or if my old iphone information was eased. i had to remind her to do so!!!!!! if they would only take the time to teach us how to do some of this stuff then we won't get under there skin. it was a very rush and intense and pressure experiences. very unpleasant. it seems that she didn't have the patience to do her job. i sat there like a good child and i got no reward for giving her space doing this covid-19. all i trying to said is we are suffering in but be professional about it. they intensified training in customer service. this is very sad. just act like a responsible adult person. read more

This AT&T store is the worse store ever. Against my better judgement, I allowed one of their employees to convince me to sign up for Direct TV, so that I could receive an IPhone 7 for free. It's been 5 months and I'm still being charged for this supposed to be free phone. I'm told by customer care, it is the responsibility of the manager, at this store, to call them (customer care) to rectify the problem. However, when I go into the store, I am told that it's customer care responsibility. They have employees that pretend to be managers. For instance, an employee with the first name Rigoberto. not only does he pretend to be a manager, but he is very rude with a snappy attitude. The way I am being treated is so unfair. The Oak Park store sucks and I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my dog. read more

This store has bad management, and lacks relaying correct information to customers before purchase. I was in the process of buying an Iphone for my brother 2 days ago and had no idea what the deposit fee would be due to him not being present during the time of purchase. Not knowing that the gift cards were non refundable after my purchase I was also told that they could be used for bill payment by the manager. I went to another store and was told otherwise. I can't believe this, and I was actually going to purchase an Iphone next week with the deposit and everything, but due to this bad representation I will have nothing to do with AT&T. Now I'm sitting here with $150 valued on both gift cards and have absolutely nothing to do with them because their non refundable. It's hard to find good customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. The waiting period for customer service was not long. I want to thank Mr. Ricky for a wonderful job well done. I went into the store to upgrade my phone also I had billing issues. Mr.. Ricky went over my bill with a fine tooth brush and made sure I understood my charges also explain to me about the functions on the phone, how to work them. The customer service is awful. I am a ten year customer with five phone lines. I can not take the rudeness, unprofessional manner, the lies, and now outright steeling from us. We have never been late with a payment. They don't care about us, I don't have to give them my thousands per year. Two months ago my daughter went in for a new phone, "time for an upgrade". And the sales girl tried very hard to upsell an iPad for $50.00 but didn't share the additional phone line will be activated and additional phone and data will be added to the monthly bill, forever (not even a contracted number of months). When my daughter asked I said no her phone can do everything the iPad will do. Next month my bill reflects a new phone line (#6!!!) and an activation fee and a new monthly $58.00 charge. I have had to go to that lousy Oak Park store four times and many hours later still have the line on my acct. Of course I was told it was removed a month ago. Today I go back to the store with my new bill to show the line and charges still active. I was told "only a manger can fix this, he will call you in one hour." No call, so I drive back to the store because customer service by phone says you have to deal with the store directly, "they activated the account". The manager who called me when he came back from break while I sat inside my car said he fixed it. The manager treated me like a child, like I was wasting his time. I think they should be going to extremes to keep good customers but not the Oak Park AT&T store. They are always right and don't need to try and retain customers. I'm not going to help pay their high rent or their salaries any more. read more
