The manager and staff at this store are scammers. When you go to the store to open a new service plan, they'll quote you a discounted price, but when the bill arrives, the price will be more than double what they quoted. When you confront them, they deny everything they said earlier, and the so-called manager is incredibly rude and a complete scoundrel. read more

I had an issue with merchandise missing from an order. I was advised by customer service to call the nearest store and was given this location and number. Upon my conversation I asked to speak to a supervisor. Once the supervisor got on the phone he was rude, unprofessional, unwilling to assist in helping me with my issue of missing merchandise. He said he thought I was lieing. I was redirected to call back to customer service. I asked for his name at the store so I could have a reference when calling customer service and he refused to give it to me. He said he didn't have to and that he can choose to not divulge his personal information which I was only asking for his name. I then asked for the contact information of his district manager and he hung up on me. I am a 10 year+ AT&T customer and this is an absolute disgrace to be treated this way as a long time customer of this company. To display this type of behavior is an abomination to say the least!!! As I said to this gentleman that I would not be doing business in this store he said to me and I quote "Good! Please don't!" AT&T customers, in fact any customer no matter what should be treated by a manager with a desire to help customers find a solution to their needs. read more

And again, only the closed sign was on the door with no explanation, if or when they were returning. I ended up going to the AT&T store on Century Blvd. They were open, met all of my needs. Plus, I upgraded my phone as well. I didn't even know I wanted a new phone. And on that note, will never utilize the AT&T store on Railroad in Pittsburg. I JUST read some of the reviews. Do not recommend coming to this location at all. Worst service I've ever experienced in any place of business. The rep helping us from the start did not sound very welcoming. Informed her of what we needed and stated it couldn't be done. Yet I was a former an employee and knew very well it that it could. It ended up being she just didn't know how to do it, so she went to the back to ask for help. Once she came back out the whole time was on a personal inappropriate call. Corporate needs a look at this store's practices. How can you charge a restocking fee when you haven't even touched the item or completed the transaction. They basically tell you that you have to buy it once it's out of their stock room. Hello? What kind of business practice is that? That's horrible. It's beyond rude. Verizon and T-Mobile are way better options. If you have to stick with a terrible company like AT&T, then go to a different location because if they can't provide great customer service, then why stick around? Time to switch people. So happy my sister and I switched over to sprint! They are more helpful, super attentive and answers all your questions! I despised coming into this SPECIFIC LOCATION, because of the rude staff! Came in after being so frustrated trying to get anything done through customer service line to come into the Railroad store to an employee sitting at one of the desks with bags of lunch on her desk and her cell phone in her hand. Once I started explaining to her what the problem I was facing she then redirects me to customer service. She still continues to text whoever was on her phone placing the phone on her lap. The service was beyond terrible. I let her know she has one customer, me and she's literally using her phone and trying to redirect me so she can do nothing. The store is a mess none of the seats tucked in. Her name is Kiya and this young lady really needs to work as if she wants the job I'm so disgusted with ATT's customer service it's unbelievable. read more

Store is very uninviting. Young man seemed out of sorts, and sent us to Walmart claiming we could buy our phone cheaper. Walmart has a very poor selection, and did not have what we wanted. I'm not fond of driving all over town when I don't need to, and don't like being told something is where it isn't. We were fine buying the phone at that price - did we look poor, or did you just not want to deal with us? Now we have to figure out when we can go back and do what we had planned to do in the first place. read more

I got my service 4 months ago and it's been nothing but problems , let me rephrase that nightmares. actually we make our payment and it goes to the wrong account then they disconnect our TV and Internet so we call them they put you on hold for 45 min then they transfer us to somebody else and we're on hold for another 45 minutes we reach a manager and she doesn't know nothing. they say they will credit our account two weeks later they disconnect our TV and internet again. They put our payment again In a wrong account it horrible. They've done this four times in four months. I recommend everybody to cancel with AT&T and show them they need to get their shit together their customer service is crap no one knows what they're doing they transfer and transfer and transfer and put you on hold we been three times on hold talking to them for 3 to 4 hours it is ridiculous and then they charge you $35 to put your TV back on after it was their mistake, Then you're back on the phone trying to get that credit it's a nightmare it's ridiculous read more
