When I got home there was no note saying that they would try again tomorrow or any information on where I could pick it up. I thought that was pretty odd, because FED-X and UPS always leave a note. I find out that it's neither of the "normal" delivery companies, but a janky company named OnTrac. After they left my house they send me a text saying my order is cancelled and the store would refund me. I then proceeded to go to the Best Buy in antioch located on lone tree. where I purchased the Mac. The manger tells me there's nothing they could do. I tried to call onTrac but there is no phone number listed on their website anywhere , there is only an AI that is a waste of time. I tried to call Best Buy in antioch, but you cannot reach anyone all calls are routed to incompetent, rude, unhelpful people. Today I received a text saying that my package would delivery today, no package and I wasted my whole day waiting. I called. Then zI Terri rd another text saying that I refused the package!I called Best Buy again call routed to another unhelpful person that told me I would have to follow up with onTrac since they have my package , they told me that it was onTrac's issue and that it's not Best Buy . They then they gave me a random number to some sort of financial company.( I even read the number back to him to clarify). This is getting more and frustrating . Do not have anything delivered through Best Buy if you're not home your package will be floating around the universe! Best Buy's customer service is terrible. I wish I could give zero for my rating but 1 is the lowest. Oh btw don't do business with onTrac either their also incompetent. I'll be doing a post for them next.

When I arrived the geek squad person told me I had to make an appointment. I explained that I just wanted to drop it off. I was told that I had to make an appointment just to drop it off. ( one day lost). So I made an appointment for the next day. I was then informed that they don't do repairs there as it had to be sent out and it would take 2-3 weeks. Then he informed me that it would cost me a minimum of $85 for shipping and handling ... but it is a warranty repair! Deaf ears ( second day lost) I immediately left shaking my head. I called Amazon, where I bought it. After it was determined by HP that it was not in warranty as it was purchased through an Amazon reseller, Amazon quickly satisfied me by providing me a complete refund even after 11 months!!!! Not at Staples in Concord, tho: Michelle, the rest of the Concord crew, and mgr Dayna make this Staples an oasis of easy in a hard world. I needed flyers for a tenant organization finished - I did what I could on my own, but needed an expert to get my project over the finish line. Michelle was super patient and kind when I told her I was paying for everything myself and generously created an order I could afford. The flyers look awesome, and I left Staples with a huge smile and the knowledge that there are a whole lot of good people still in the world, humans who share their power rather than steal yours. This review is for the printing center!…read more I used the Printing Center to make some business cards, which in reality were cards going to be used for a best friends Celebration of Life token bags. I did the design myself on my phone. They got them done quickly and notified me right away. When I picked them up, I noticed that the printing was offset. There were two employees at the counter, one looked like a manager. I told them what happened, they jumped on it right away and was so friendly about it. It wasn't their fault, more of a computer printer error. Needless to say, they helped me re-upload my images, they insured the quality themselves on their computer, and showed me a sample before printing. They came out beautifully. I left with the new cards and nothing was a hassle. These ladies were the best!! They were so helpful and they maintained a very helpful and positive attitude. Apparently, it was just the screen although Best Buy did leave it open once they diagnose it, it may cost more than the 200. original estimate. AT and T where I bought the iPhone didn't even have techs to fix it. Best Buy was booked for the next two days and had to wait for the Apple tech and not the Geek Squad. So I remembered a place I went to last time in Brentwood's little shopping mall. This place fixed it in 20 minutes! Did it for almost 1/3 of the other estimate. I fixed two phones and looked brand new. They were so great that I bought the covers too to give a small business some business during Covid times where most businesses are struggling I am sure. It saved me a couple of thousand dollars from buying a new iPhone which I was dreading or at least 600.( total estimate from Best Buy for 2 cells)! So I am happy, I paid 1/3 of the Best Buy estimate. It made me a bit nervous going to a small place as opposed to a big box store, but they did a great job! Plus I could observe them fixing it whereas the big box store takes it away to fix and you don't know if info can be compromised! So I liked this much better! Very nice place and friendly staff! Afterwards, I went to check other reviews and was surprised. They did say it was different ownership than before because I mentioned I went there before and they were different people from what I remember. So maybe go by the newer reviews. But also always go by your own gut feeling when you go to a store- I took the chance compared to the other places I went to( mainly because of the price and convenience and that he fixed it in front of me), andI am happy with the outcome!
