If you go here...prepare to get scammed!!!!! Long story short, my wife needed a phone cause hers wasn't working and after calling around they were the only location close by who had the one she wanted. I go in and the guy is super helpful. Explain I don't want insurance (we use AppleCare), cheapest line possible (to get the deal on the phone) and to move the phone and the number to her current line. Everything looks good. Fast forward 2 months and our bill is astronomical. Turns out he didn't just sign us up for the most expensive line, he also took the liberty to sign us up for every extra possible at maximum charge. $120 a month for a line that we were told would cost us like $10 and wasn't even used. After dropping my phone , and it switching back from sos/no sim/then reception every few hours I took it to this location and they switched me to E-sim in less than a minute. John was super helpful and I kid you not I was in and out the door within 2 minutes. 10/10 experience. read more

No air conditioner, then after one of waiting and trying to upgrade my iPhone, the first of two payments (paying off the old phone) went through but the second did not (paying tax on the new iPhone due to the $1000 credit). I recently decided to switch from Sprint to AT&T over the Memorial Day weekend and I received the worst customer service ever from an online representative. After being on the phone over 1.5 hours, I was informed that the order had been canceled due to a verification process. I never received any type of notification, I only found out when I decided to check the status of my order. I was with AT&T for more than 10 years and cancelled service. I have been trying to get my refund and have been unable. I have a bill showing they owe me a refund, but they have given me the runaround for several months. I have gone to two different retail locations and they tell me it is being mailed. I have called over 4 times and each time it is a minimum of an hour long conversation with no resolution. Today I called again and was transferred 3 times and disconnected and I called again. Then I was transferred 4 different times. The 3rd person I talked to told me I had received the check and cashed it and when I told him I had not and to tell me when and what account it was deposited to is when he then changed his story and said it was credited to my credit card. I checked and it had not been and I told him he lied and then he transferred me. The last person said she would refund me and send another check and send me email verification. I said I had not gotten the email and she confirmed the email and said I would be getting it and I did not. AT&T is the worst company. I have put in a complaint to the BBB. Hopefully they can get this resolved for me. read more

The people in this store really amazed me. I walked in and the first person was extremely friendly. I was told the technician would assist me in changing my numbers. The techs name was Blake.Blake is smart, friendly, and fast. I walked in during my 30 minute lunch and he was able to take care of my business within a few minutes. The store is filled with state of the art [technologically advanced items]. I had a blast in the store. I was like a child at a store. Choose from HTC, IPhone, etc. But I advise you on choosing the HTC Inspire!!! [But that is another review]. Blake is so knowledgeable in telephone technology. I had no option but to give one star when they deserve none. This place is a joke to buy any kind of service. These people are so uneducated on how to explain how their plans work. They signed me up for a hot spot plan when hot pot was never mentioned to me and tried to tell me that was the only unlimited plan there was until a lightbulb when off and then came the "oh you mean that plan" after I repeatedly told them what promotion they had in April. Whoever Sean is at this location is extremely rude with no food phone etiquette at all. He answered like he didn't want to be there and even when I explained I was a new customer his tone didn't switch. He will drive a lot of people away that happen to call this particular location. No complaints- they were busy but we were greeted when we walked in and they took our name. We waited about 5 minutes and Blair was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no upselling and pushing on service. We upgraded the service to both our phones, got cases and were out in less than 30 minutes! Excellent customer service, they were customers of all ages there as well as salespeople to assist. A good experience and I would go there again. read more

My wife's iPhone was old and barely working, so time for a new phone. We researched her current standing with AT&T and confirm she's eligible for an upgrade. We then go online to AT&T's website and verify it's $199 to upgrade her to an iPhone 6. We also research her data usage, available storage left on her current phone, etc.. Now we're all set to just walk in the store, purchase the phone she decided on, move her data over, and be done. We arrive at the store, put our name in the system and wait 30 minutes for our turn. No problem, we use the time to decide to get an iPhone 6+ instead of a 6. It's finally our turn. Bait and switch starts immediately. We're told that If we use the upgrade my wife has earned our monthly bill has to increase dramatically because they will remove what they claim is a 'discount' on our bill. Why? There was certainly no 'discount' applied when we signed up. AT&T salesgirl says that's how it works now, use the loyalty upgrade with our existing plan and we pay a whole lot more in the long run than if we just pay full retail price for the new phone now. We learn, according to the salesgirl, that our loyalty upgrade earned over the years is not only useless but is actually a penalty. I'm shocked. I've never seen a loyalty upgrade be used as a penalty before. So I ask if we can see our choices with prices so we can make an informed decision. Sure she says. Then without ever looking anything up or showing us any documentation of any type she jots a few numbers on a piece of paper. Exactly like a car salesman on a four square sheet. Basically, she appears to be writing down whatever numbers she feels it will take to steer us to the sale she is pushing and we just have to trust her. It was so well rehearsed it was easy to see she does this all day long. Just like a car salesman. We should have left at that point, but my wife needed a new phone. With no real information we can trust we are coerced to pay almost $900 for the iPhone because the salesgirl claims it will cost hundreds of dollars more in the long run to use our $199 upgrade for the exact same phone. And we can't prove it won't because we have nothing but a few scribbled numbers to go by. At this point I just want to buy the phone and get out of there. But she's not through with us yet. She starts convincing my wife it is not even worth buying the phone unless we get the 64 Gig version. You've got understand that my wife sends text, surfs Facebook, and snaps a few pictures. No way in the world does she need a 64 Gig phone. I try to explain this to both of them. But now the salesgirl has my wife confused and unsure of everything we decided before we left our house. Again, just like a car dealer. Bottom line, this salesgirl gets nearly $900 cash out of us on the spot when all we went in for was a $200 upgrade we had earned by being loyal customers for 4 years. To top it all off, she then tells us their Wi-Fi is down (really, at AT&T?) and she can't even transfer my wife's data to her new phone. We have to do that ourselves at home. It appears that now that she's gotten all of the cash possible out of us it's time for her to move on to the next sucker. And there are plenty more suckers all lined up waiting to be fleeced. Our experience at this Preston Road store was as sleazy as the shadiest car dealer I've ever dealt with in the last 30 years. My advice is to stay far, far away. read more

Justin Carter at this store is the best. My best friend owned a galaxy e-pad that stopped working and Justin diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed the problem at this store. I was so pleased to see his expertise help my best friend out at no charge. Most excellent customer service. So I read horrible reviews on Google about this place but went anyways because it's close. I don't normally write these but had to because of how easy the trip was. I was immediately helped, given up to date news on products and services and walked out with a new phone in 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely helpful and great to deal with. Not a great store: I've had numerous issues with service and have had to come in 2 times and call 5 times to get my account cleared up. It has never happened. I left a call back and of course that never happened. My account has had far too many issues and I have both wireless and uverse, both, are still not correct. read more

I was "helped" by the manager Jamal with the worst customer service. Came in for a new sim. He told me that it would be $5, I asked him if there could be an exception and he said no. I said ok then, and he went on to tell me that he the other stores that were authorized retailers charges $20. I told him no they don't, i literally just came from there across the street. He kept on trying to lie, so I told him he shouldn't try to lie to customers. Not wanting to further do business with a liar, I said I'd just be over there until someone else can help me. He said he had to set me up in the queue and needed to sign me up. He asked me for my name and number, after saying my number he said "you said it too fast, what is it again." Repeated it. He then said that same thing, "you said it too fast" blaming it on the customer. I then said maybe you're typing to slow. Then tells me if I'm going to be disrespectful I can go somewhere else and kicks me out of the store. How he has the audacity to say that to me, after he blatantly lied and blamed it on the customer i have no idea.
