Great service! My husband and I had some issues with our phones and service and all the associates there were eager to help us! Rabih was excellent! He stayed after his shift ended just to ensure all of our issues were resolved before he left. Jack and radi were also extremely knowledgeable and helped us resolve all of our service issues. When we were inquiring about a new internet and tv service they printed out a detailed quote so we had all of the information in front of us. Never felt pressure from them and they all gave their honest opinions unlike most stores who just tell you anything to get you signed up. My husband also had A LOT of trouble with calling ATT customer service regarding the new iPhone, to the point where he was on the phone for over 3 1/2 hours and got absolutely no where. Because of our great service days prior my husband decided to go back into the store and see if they could help. He was in there for not even 10 mins, Rabih found the issue, fixed it and ordered him the new iPhone with no problems! Came into the AT&T store on Sunday (07/19/2026) around 2:00 PM because I was thinking about switching from T-Mobile. Unfortunately, the customer service completely changed my mind. The employee (a white guy working there) seemed like he couldn't care less why I was there. He barely answered any of my questions, stayed sitting in his chair the entire time just rocking back and forth, and showed zero interest in helping me. When I left, I even said, "Thank you," and he didn't respond or make any effort to keep my business. If this is the customer service I can expect, I'll happily stick with my T-Mobile people. read more

My experience started off well. I walked into the store with my son wanting to upgrade my family's phones. Met with TJ Montgomery. Nice guy walked me through the pricing an promotions. Once I decided to pull the trigger on these 4 new iPhones is where the nightmare started. At first TJ tried to find the phones locally. So after a few days I stopped in and ask if he had found them. He explained they had to order them and that would take about 5 days. I said great. Order them and let me know a status. Well he never called back and so I called to ask three days later. He tells me he can not order them until I sign up for the account. OK. He could have told me that 3 days ago. So I run to the store and sign up and get the account. Again promised 5 days. Waiting for a call or update and I heard nothing. Finally call in again. He was not working. Wasted another day and called the next day. Still no progress on the order. I asked why and he did not know there status already? He never made an effort to even check the status until I called him. He told me he was working all weekend this weekend and he expected the phones by Monday, or Tuesday. He promised to provide updates. I expected a call or at the very least of response to my email I sent to him. Nothing. Call in this morning and discovered the phone were not even fufilled because they have not been able to port the phone numbers from my existing phone. Why this is required for the phones to be shipped I have no clue. However they had the correct pin number when I place they order but, but must have made a mistake. So my order sat waiting for someone to correct it. Again I have called TJ several time for the status and yet this issue was not brought up until over a week later. Then I gave him the number and he never completed the update. I only found that out because I called again today and talked to a different employee at this location and he imputed the correct pin numbers to port the phone numbers over. So it been three weeks. The phones were a Christmas gift for the family and I still have nothing. Who knows what will happen next. If they do not have the phone is stock. Walk away and do not trust TJ Montgomery. Not once has he apologize for his carelessness. Not once has he follow up with me despite promising to do so. BUYER BEWARE HERE!!!!! read more

This is by far the slowest AT&T store I have ever been to. There is only one person working and he is overly entertaining his current customer. People have been sitting waiting for over 40 min and some have left. I honestly believe he is continuing to create irrelevant conversations to drag it out with the current customer hoping people will leave. Give me a great reason to switch to a different carrier. read more

Stopped to have them check my iPad, it was running slow and just like I figured , the last update screwed me Long story short they talked me into updating my phone so I could get the new iPad at a "great price". They misled me to think it was the newest iPad and it wasn't. After many charges one including a fifty dollar start up fee they didn't tell me about I was on my way. Six weeks later I get a text from AT&T telling me they are charging me over $200 for the old phone they did not receive. Several phone calls later back and forth to them and AT&T it was discovered they still had it and had dropped the ball and never returned it. Absolutely horrible. This is not a corporate AT&T store. I ordered two phones and upgraded an existing plan. The sales associate ordered the wrong phone and when I returned to the store to bring it to the managers attention - he assured me he would handle it when the incorrect order arrived. When I returned for the second time with the incorrect order the manager who had assured he would handle my problem sent me to the Canton store on Ford Rd. When I got to the Canton location they wanted to send me back to Plymouth because the originating store is supposed to handle their own returns. Long story short - Plymouth has horrible customer service and Canton has their act together. read more

Worst store I have ever been in. First they lie, charge you way more then they quote you, then they send your phone back and try to charge you for it. They have promised my refund since June. Walked in was acknowledged. Customer that was being helped left. Employee started talking to another coworker and customer. I stood there for 20 min making eye contact numerous times without them saying they would be right with me. Nothing. Walked out, said nothing as I was leaving. Went to this store for help. The young woman took my phone , sat down and started working on the phone. She didn't say a word to me. After 15 minutes she said "I can't help you". I came back to work and my boss was able to fix my problem. read more

Stay away from this store. It is not a corporate store, but an independent franchise. Upon arrival, no one working there was visible. No one came into the selling floor for 4 minutes. I purposely opened & closed the entry door 3 times to "ring the bell". Still no one. Finally a young man named Radi, walked out from the back room. My request was simple. He made it complicated in order to repair my phone. Said it would cost some money, & just grabbed a random price from his head for replacement parts. I've never had worse customer service in my life. Ordered BOGO iPhone 7 back in Sept 2017, but only one phone in stock. I still don't have free phone after SIX MONTHS. Store Manager is not honest (told me he called & texted me when he didn't). They'll sell you the moon & not deliver. Run away. read more
