Ugh... This store and customer service is -1 in my books. Manger has no manners, when I say that I mean I get a "Yo what's going on over here" rather then a professional way of greeting. They have no real training and don't seem to know there store number, how to call their own headquarters or how to tell their customers the correct info. Overall very rude people that work here and if you read the reviews you'll see it's an overall issue with AT&T. So I'm done giving them my business after 10 or so years. On Thursday late afternoon January 21 2021 I walked into the Pavilion Port orange Florida AT&T (Corporate) store and was immediately 'greeted' with NOT ...... good afternoon, how can we help you...but with: DO YOU HAVE A MASK??? ....:and not in a very nice tone at all... I complied but it got worse... I was a bonafide buyer that just wanted some guidance on whether to purchase an 11Pro, 12 pro or 12 pro max Young man was not pleasant ......bad attitude..... I was there at 930 am today to buy a new phone . I was the only customer In the store. The rep who waited on me was rude,could have care less if he sold a phone or not. He did say he was out of the particular phone I wanted . Offered $35 for my trade In and his attitude was awful. I have bought 3 phones at this store . Never Again. I went to the store on Beville Rd in Daytona got 350 for the same phone. Got my IPhone 13 set up and Was on my way . What a shame AT&T has people like him in their stores . Shame on him . read more

Wow have things changed at this store. This used to be the premier store, with lots of helpful knowledgeable employees. No more! Walked in, waited 5 minutes for the person to add me to the waitlist. Continues to wait. I finally asked after about 25 minutes what the wait time is at that point. He then couldn't find my name and was going to add me to the bottom of the list. Literally 10 people came behind me. Super pissed. This store has a bunch of disorganized unprofessional people now. Stay away!! read more

I am a retired and disabled senior citizen and suffer from severe arthritis and PTSD. I was for years Administrator for Family Services and after 70 long years of living and dealing with all sorts of people, these are the rudest employees I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. About 1 year ago they came to the yard of the neighbor's yard behind me and in the process they tore our yard up. When confronted he said his name was Jose and he was the supervisor and would make sure repairs would be taken care of and to just call the office and they would come out and schedule a repair to our yard. Yeah, right!!! After a week of calling and leaving messages I never managed to speak to a human being and no one in the past year has ever called back! And so today my next door neighbor who uses their services apparently had them come out and this time they decided to walk through the side of my property, when told I did not want them on my land they said ok, that they would honor my request. I went inside and 5 minutes later they were on my property again. I went outside to again tell them to stay off my property, that instead of parking in the front they should go around the block and use the easement behind the house. Well, this guy decided to be rude, obnoxious and disrespectful trying to tell me where my property line is! I have owned my home for 10 years and have had the property surveyed, therefore I think I certainly know more than this disrespectful employee who has never been here. Too lazy to drive around and use the proper easement and too stupid to listen to reason. I had a heavy and nasty arguement with this guy. The cynic told me to call the office knowing full well AT&T doesn't give a hoot and WILL NOT RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS. When he was done, sarcastically he told me to call the cops as he walked off, knowing he would be gone by the time they would arrive. That's the type of service you can expect from AT&T. This why its important to vote against monopolies such as AT&T. They certainly have no interest to stand by their word. Greediness is a hell of a thing, but so is karma. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have had NOTHING but PROBLEMS WITH AT&T from DAY ONE!!!!! to start off. This specific store seems to not know how to hire people who are educated. We visited this location after seeing the special that was going on when we switched to this service provider. The special was a trade your phone in and get $700 iPhone 11 "free" (obviously not free bc you still have to pay some but The man helping us told me that wasn't an actual thing going on and he hadn't heard about it??? Even though it was on the website and I called customer service to confirm it was a promo going on in stores as well. After that he continued to give us an estimate of the bills. Which first of all. He didn't ask us what plan we wanted. How many lines. Or anything of the sort. He then gave us a FAT price over $300 for 2 lines. One new phone and the phone I had at the time that was payed for. Second of all while he was helping us, another guest walked in and asked if he could help him find SIM cards. The man then said "we don't sell SIM cards here" The customer seemed confused and said okay and left And the employee then proceeded to laugh and tell us that they do and he didn't feel like helping him LOL (which I bet he would say that never happened) I don't remember this mans name because it was not a common name. (We then left and went to a different store Got our phone plan with 2 new phone and 3 lines for UNDER $300 the store on nova road next to Pizza Hut across from the ross. ) I had to deal with him a second time when att customer service instructed me to go to a store to receive help with something This man approached me to help and basically told me he had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't help me before even letting me finish explaining the details the customer service representative informed me to tell him. I wish that I could give them less than zero but I don't guess that is possible on this website. I was sent to the store by the 611 operator to resolve an issue that I've been having with AT&T since June. As soon as I arrived at the store for my meeting with the manager she greeted me with rudeness. During this exchange we had to call 611 because of her inability to hunt my account number. This confused the 611 operator also. I feel like from the very beginning she was looking for a reason to throw me out of the store. During all of our exchanges 611 was listening and recording. She was even rude to the 611 operator. When I inform the 611 operator that one of her employees was waving a menu in her face the entire time she was trying to talk she got mad and threw me at the store. Claiming that I was the one who was rude and causing a disturbance. I've never been so glad that I was on the phone with 611 AT&T and it was on a recorded line. Today I filed a formal complaint with AT&T through their dispute resolution naming their manager as one of the issues. I so hope that they listen to the phone call of the person they have representing them and I'm sure then they will realize they can't bring that unprofessional person into a dispute resolution I would never recommend this place or that manager for anything other than to be fired. Update !!! I won!! Got my $500 back! When the office of the president AT&T heard the phone call it was all over but the crying. Manager is up for review because that is not how they want business to be handled !!! read more

Lord have mercy this store is utterly horrible! When you walk in you have to sign in with a rep and wait your turn. No problem and totally understandable. It's usually chaotic but even when it's not jam packed the wait can be unbearable. I came in to do an exchange of a pair of Activ LG Bluetooth Headphones that is still under warranty for another 3 mths(1 year). The place was pretty dead but most reps were still busy with the types of customers that had a 1000 questions lol. No worries,I wasn't in a rush nor was I going to rush anyone else doing their job. I'm a very patient person in general and at times to a fault. Anywho,30mins go by and I've been standing by the manager while she was on the phone with 2 different family members talking about the bad day she was having at workg. She made 2 separate phone calls about the exact same conversation! Lol Her conversation was about petty things by most people's standards.If it would've been an emergency or something serious I would have given her more space. She knew what I was in there for because she asked me before she got on the phone.I was in ear shot because we were both located by the headphones/register lol. So finally a rep came over to help me out and they told me I couldn't do a color exchange even though they were the same model(same model 3 different colors)!Honestly I just grabbed another pair off the wall,I didn't really care about the color nor did I even think about it. However I still found it kinda odd that I couldn't exchange to whatever one I wanted just because of the color?!? This is my 4th pair of the same model/color that I've exchanged within less then a years time.I've never had to deal with such a rude manager in my life. I mean to blatantly make petty personal phone calls while a customer was waiting for 30 mins to do an quick exchange is completely ridiculous! There were also 2 other customers behind me as well who had been waiting almost just as long. Ok so let's get back to the Activ LG Bluetooth Headphones. I bought these because they are meant for Active people and that I am! Stay clear of these if you are as well. They skip easily when turning your head to either side since the buttons have no lock feature. All 4 pairs have done this but after the 1st pair I obviously knew this was going to be an issue! One of the ear buds will die out in a month or so guaranteed! The retractors will also give out out in about that time as well. I'm a long distance runner and let's just say you'll be constantly readjusting them. One trick I learned was to put them on your head and put a skully on over top and you're good to go other then being able to flip through songs as easily when they are on your neck. I believe these are sold exclusively at AT&T and they look sweet but man they are not worth $129!! Long story short,I can say this store has been a just as much as a pain to deal with as not. They really need to find a way to get the customers in/out who do not need anything more the a quick purchase or exchange.Maybe one available rep works full time just to handle quick transactions and then if the customer has questions they can sign in?! Idk I'm just saying,if there's a will there's a way!! Most of the reps are cool and respectful but the system in place is what ruins it all. Not too mention,you can't have reps let alone managers acting like that!! Get it together AT&T and hey why not have an actual number in which you will pick up to answer???! They don't take care of their customers. Baited with supposed deals and promises and then left with poor service and overcharged time and time again. By far the nicest at&t store from New Smyrna to Daytona. Everyone is super nice and I never have to wait long. Last time I was there I was helped by Mac. He was super personable and hooked me up with a brand new iPhone 7. Unfortunately my daughter dropped my old one in the toilet but Mac made everything super easy and stress free! AT&T is horrible. They will not answer their store phone. This is why they don't give out business cards when you go to the store. Having made an over $900 purchase (this was pure addition to existing accounts) within four hours of the purchase of the SIM card, I receive an iPad notice that I have used 75% of my cellular data and to contact AT&T to purchase more. I am professionally educated in telecom and I did not use the iPad in a way that would pull a fraction of that data. I attempted to call my sales person. They not only did not answer the phone, the at&t voice routing system just disconnected after attempting to reach them after 10 minutes. The automated system tried to tell me nicely use the web portal or drive to the store! I tried again, 10 more minutes wasted. So I then try to go through customer service, again too bad. AT&T should just save us both time and money and have their IVR straightforwardly say "Screw you, we have your money and we are planning to rape you since any issues on our company's part will just appear on your bill." No carrier is perfect, but I plan to move my telecom devices from our self owned telecom consulting business back to sprint. AT&T may have given our firm a better price point in theory. But anything they saved us on the rate is being consumed in issues with their company. This isn't the first issue I've had with them, just the one that will make me change carriers. read more

I went into this store today looking to change from my cable to AT&T uverse. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. Mac was my rep today and he sat down and answered all of my questions in a respectful and patient manner. A little while into our discussion the manager Blake came over as well. They both say with my husband and I to help us get the best bang for our buck. They both have is their information and asked us to follow up to make sure everything gets installed properly! I don't know why this store has poor reviews, when our entire experience was pleasant and I walked out with exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you Mac and Blake. read more

We went to AT&T because they were offering an unlimited plan for 4 lines with Direct TV. At the time Verizon was not offering an unlimited plan. I was reluctant to change because I had been with Verizon about 14 years without any problems, but unlimited was what we wanted. :( We signed up and the very next day I got a text message that AT&T made a mistake. They were no longer offering that specific plan with Direct TV (even though we had a contract at this point) so I went back down to the store...after they apologized they offered another plan for more money and more channels or something like that, so I agreed. I was told that for my inconvenience they would send me a $50 gift card. Never received the gift card. After several billing issues I had to go back down to the store to get them straightened out, which they did. (Again, AT&T's mistake) Again I was offered another $50 gift card. Again, NEVER received the gift card. After billing was straightened out things went fine I paid my bill every month on time as any good loyal customer does. THEN, my son went on a cruise and was offered: AT&T Free Msg plan to talk and text all you want and use your data plan in over 100 countries for $10/day, only paying for the days you use abroad. WE WERE CHARGED $400. FOR 3 DAYS USED. I called AT&T to discuss and was told they could see where THEY made the mistake but they were legitimate charges so I would still have to pay!!! How can the charges be legitimate when they did not apply the $10/per day that we got? It ended up costing $400!!!? I was told they would call me back. They did not call. I called again went through the whole story and they said they would contact me. They did not call or contact me. 26 Days later I finally got my answer from their "Loyalty" department. They were not going to remove the charges even though I was told by 4 separate AT&T customer care reps that they could see it was AT&T's mistake/fault but they could not remove the charges because they are legitimate charges(?)
