I was greeted by a young lady as soon as i entered. I explained my issue. She understood and immediately went to work on this. She took her time to try and figure things out. The why and how this issue exists. We tried a bunch of things from reset to calling customer support. She did everything she could. We sat for over an hour. I had to leave and swap some sim cards to check if that was put into the wrong phone. (Other sim cards at home). This did not work either so as we discussed, i had to return to the store. Again, the sales person sat with me and finally figured something out. After over another hour plus, she finally got it all done. We got a phone and a tablet to both finally work correctly. I feel that this sales person went above and beyond for me, to get this done and done right. She really tried hard to help me and it was very much appreciated by me. I wish there was something that i could do for her. She had revived my faith in the "Authorized Dealer" stores. Thank you for that. I will be back and recommend this location to anyone in this area. These guys care.

Knowing I was on a tight schedule, I called the store the day before to confirm my order would be ready and again first thing in the morning before heading out, just to be sure. On my second call, the person said they didn't my order. Didn't ask for a number, just "it's not here, we don't have it." After providing my order number and confirmation, they finally located it and assured me it was ready. However, when I arrived, the employee couldn't find my prints--because they hadn't even been printed. To make matters worse, she gave me attitude about the entire situation. I won't be returning to this store--or any Staples--because I've had far better experiences with printing at Office Depot.
