My husband and I came in last week to return two phones after purchasing new upgrades from the Poway store. The only person in the store was the one employee, Francisco. The TV was blaring the world cup soccer game in Spanish. Ok, it's exciting. No change was made to the volume. We explained we needed to turn in our old phones. Francisco asked, "Do you know the info on them?" Kind of a broad question, but that meant he needed the model and gigabytes of the phones. We had no idea what the gigs were off the top of our head; that's not something often known, in my opinion. My husband asked if he could look that information up on his account. Francisco said he couldn't. My husband said in return something to the effect of being surprised that info wouldn't show on his account, to which Francisco said, "Trust me, you don't know the system!" Whoa, guy. My husband was able to figure out on his own what gigs the old phones were, because when upgrading, the previous employee in Poway said the new phones would be double the current storage. Ok. Francisco continued with major attitude saying, "I need you to be sure on the gigabytes because if it's wrong, I'll get in trouble and I'm not trying to get in trouble." My husband said, "I guess we should have just gone to the Poway store to return these." Francisco then said, "Yeah I guess you could have!" It was after that rude, under his breath, condescending and completely unprofessional comment, I decided to write this review. I have never in my adult life been treated so rudely by an employee at any business. It was very clear we were interrupting his TV watching time and he didn't want to have to do anything to assist us. Perhaps Francisco shouldn't work in customer service if he's going to blatantly speak to customers that way. All we were trying to do was turn in phones. read more

I would not come here. They are not knowledgeable and flat out wrong about at&t services. Had to spend hours undoing the damage that was done to my account here. Would definitely not recommend this store! read more

I really appreciate their care & concern for my needs. I ended up buying a new phone later on in the week because I really liked them and their knowledge. I would recommend this store to anyone. We went in to upgrade our phones. I'm usually hesitant, because I don't want to have to go through all kinds of up-sale stuff, but Keyla was excellent. Took care of us, upgraded our phones, transferred everything and explained our phones trade in value. Very friendly and able take care of several customers at once. The Worst! No one is ever there. First time I called at 10:30a, store info says they open at 10a...no answer. Called again later in the day and made an appointment with Kaylee for the next day at 2p, told her I was coming in to purchase an iPhone 12. She said no problem. The next day I show up at 2p and there is a sign on the door "be back in 45m". Are you kidding me, what happened to my appointment time!? I called at about 3p and Kaylee answered. I asked to speak with a manager and she asks why. I said it's personal, she then in an awkward voice states that she is the manager...really!?? I said I had an appointment with you at 2p and you did not honor that. She then gives me her excuses that she had to take her lunch. I asked her why she made an appointment with me then, you knew I was coming in at 2p why did you decide to take your lunch then? I got more excuses. OMG, and you're a manager LOL!! I asked to speak with another manager. She then states that Daniel is never there and that's the problem. Well doesn't seem like you are ever there also Ms Kaylee. There was also 2 other potential customers that got turned away by her be-back sign. I asked for Daniels info or the owner's info as I believe they would want to know that their store is losing business due to a lack of staffing. She states that everyone already knows and that she cannot give me anyones info. I said no problem I will just make a formal complaint with ATT. Well it's very obvious that Kaylee is not interested in your business. Better to go else where. I hope the owners of this place are keeping a close eye on this "manager" LOL because she does not have the businesses best interest at heart. I didn't even get an apology only excuses! I got here at 3:30ish ... they close at 4... it's now 4:17 so the guy legit asked if he could lock the door ‍(which is illegal when costumers are still inside). He locked it. But did his best trying to helps us 4 costumers quickly. I'm guessing the computer had problems..? read more

I was looking for an Iphone last Friday so I decided to stop at the at&t store in Ramona. The manager Chris came over and I said I needed some questions answered. Chris said how can I help you. I had many questions and Chris answered all of them. I decided on the IPhone 6s. This was the one that was perfect for me. Chris did an excellent job with all my questions and doing business at this store was a very good experience. I would recommend this store to all. Ask for Chris the manager, he is great. The guy that came to install my WiFi was really great! I was not home at the time of installation so I was a little nervous about my fiancé being alone. However your installation guy was so very friendly and kind. We just moved into a new apartment and he made my fiancé feel like she just moved into the best apartment ever, even tho it is a more basic two bedroom, he made her feel special and for that I can't thank you guys enough. And he set up the WiFi correctly, so that's good. I asked my fiancé to get his card so I could give him a good review because of how happy he made her. I experienced very good, bordering on excellent customer service from Michael at this AT&T location. I needed an upgrade in both an iPhone and service plan. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is his habit of yawning repeatedly while talking. I know he was probably unaware of how annoying this can be, so I'll give him a partial pass since he exhibited good people skills otherwise. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!! We upgraded a phone on our plan using the "NextGen" option in November 2015 with the sales associate Ryan.... The transaction itself went smooth, but then shortly after we began receiving emails from AT&T that our device was not returned and we would be charged approximately $140.00. We contacted Ryan at the store and were assured this charge would be reversed as the phone was surrendered at the store. Fast forward to mid January 2016, I went to make my monthly payment and low and behold on my bill was the $140.00 "Non-returned" device charge. (The irony here is that in order to complete the transaction you had to surrender the phone in person to the store, and you new device would be mailed to your home in about 3-5 business days.) I again contacted the associate at the store and was AGAIN assured the charge would be removed, and that his manager would follow up with me to ensure it was resolved. I never spoke with or heard from the "store manager" and after 7 frustrating calls to AT&T customer service (3 of which we attempted to reach and speak with the store manager in Ramona with no luck.) Today 3/10/16 I was FINALLY able to get the charge reversed by a corporate supervisor!! I was told by Ryan that the "runner position" responsible for picking up and returning the devices had been restaffed multiple times which resulted in a 5 month delay of getting the charge removed off my bill. In all reality I was informed by customer care the serial # of the phone returned was not in fact the serial number on the device we originally purchased.... We still don't know what happened to the device we traded in! If you do business here be leary, and keep your receipts! read more

Severely understaffed just needed to make a payment waited over half an hour with other people. While the single employee helped a very confused and indecisive customer. He was helpful and thorough but shouldn't have had to do this alone on a busy Saturday. ... make that over 40 min still waiting. Please hire some help for this guy! read more
