This place was HORRIFIC! I walked in and was instantly, and aggressively, smashed with some kind of stink. I'm not sure what it was but it didn't smell like food nor like body odor but something I can't put my finger on but it was very noticeable. The place was dank, dreary and VERY hot, on a somewhat cool day in Ramona. It was 70° this day. I was looking for a USB C charger and 2 to USB C to USB C charger cables. They had exactly what I was looking for but I saw prices on nothing and there were 4 people ahead of me so I just started looking around. I saw one guy doing stuff around the place and, from what I could tell, he was assisting someone. After waiting about 10 minutes, with no one addressing me in any way I decided to take off. The store had no store front signage and they only way I could find it was by actually looking through the glass windows inside to see the product. The place wasn't the best looking inside either. It wasn't really messy or dirty, from what I saw anyway, but just old and the stink didn't help with that. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Was on my computer and wanted to know how to get to the Verizon online messages because my new'ish phone stopped working and I wanted to see my texts. "Jen" (I was told it was Jen, that may be a lie too) told me that you can only do that on a phone. That turned out to be a lie, because I soon found the page on my own. I added a screenshot of it. I asked for the manager. They claimed they did not know of any manager. I guess they just walked in the store and grabbed a shirt and started selling phones without ever meeting a manager. I called back and started my call-recording app and when a different guy answers I tell him I'm recording the call. I was having some warranty issues and insurance issues that was becoming very frustrating for me. Went into the store I was asked a few questions and Nick took over. He had gotten me through the difficult process of dealing with telephone questioning of large corporate trained customer service with many questions. Highly recommend Go Wireless Ramona Wow! These guys are amazing! I dealt mostly with Nick and sometimes Cody. These guys Took care of everything I needed the moment I walked into the door. They were extremely helpful, new all the specials and deals that were going on for the holidays and really help me purchase by six new phones and an iPad. They also help me switch to the business account which I was eligible for and had no idea, and ultimately will help me get more bang for my buck. SIM card on my iPhone failed. Took the phone in and was helped by Nick. He got me going again with a new SIM and in the process talked me into trying Verizon's new internet service. I have local broadband due to my remote location. I pay $80.00 per month for "up to" 20 mb, though I rarely achieve more than 10-15. I plugged the white cube in and have been enjoying 330-360 mp. I went into GoWireless Ramona to inquire about connectivity problems with one of my cellular phones. Miguel checked to make sure the software was updated (it was), but informed me that I had a 4G card in a 3G phone, which may be the reason for the particular connectivity problems I've been having. I told him I don't want a phone with a lot of bells and whistles - I use the phone as a phone, to text, check email, and GPS. I was both impressed and grateful that Miguel did not try to sell me something I don't need. It bothers me when salespeople try to up-sell me and convince me that I need something other than what I just specifically said I want. I will be asking for Miguel's help next time I upgrade a phone. The wife and I decided to upgrade our phones to the new s20ultra. Though 5g is close to being here, in October we will be ready. The staff welcomed us and took care of everything in less than an hour. On the following weekend, we took our daughter and her son in, they did some business and again stellar service and finally, this week we took my mother in and she upgraded her 2001 flip phone to a S9plus. My brother signed a contract with this store (he's on my account) and I have consistently been getting charged way more than the amount on the contract. I called Verizon and they said I had to go to the store we signed the contract at. My brother has gone up twice now and both times was told they would fix the mistake but haven't. My brother has been talking with Nick daily and still nothing has been fixed. At this point I will be seeking legal advice as we have a binding contract and are being charged more than the contract. I am going to start out this post with do NOT go to this store. I will now explain my experience with them. I orginally got a phone on March 22 and was told about about their current promotions incorrectly by the staff. I went back in on March 29th to traded in my cellphone to get the correct deal and they messed up my account so I was without my cellphone number for 12 days and did not have a phone for 4 days before I finally had to use a temporary number so I could have a working cellphone. Now I have traded in my cellphone for their promotion on the 8th and they still have not processed it. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had at a store. Also if they don't honor the promotion I was now promised by trading in my phone I am stuck with this current phone because all of this has taken longer than the 14 days to process that I can return it in. read more

They completely screwed me over of $600. I was a customer for 9 years without any issues but after today, I am officially done with them. I went in 2 weeks ago and requested to purchase the Google pixel 4a and pay it off right then and there ($350). They offered to give me a galaxy s21 for a cheaper price of $200 after trading in my old phone and it would be completely paid off. I mentioned that I was planning to switch over from my husband's plan to my own plan since he had issues with Verizon and was planning to switch to a different carrier soon. They failed to mention that after switching to my own plan I would have to pay the remaining $600. They said they couldn't help me and I couldn't switch to the Google Pixel and they couldn't credit my old phone if I did want to purchase a new one. They obviously do not train their employees so they end up having no idea what they are getting their customers into. Oscar Guerrero basically signed me up for an $800 phone (2 year contract) without my consent. He also informed me that I could use my old z3 charger for my galaxy s21 which was not the case. I went in a week later and another employee was shocked that he gave me that information. She sold me the correct compatible charger that only took an hour to charge my phone as opposed to 11 hours. The employees wear their masks below their noses and mouths. Please hire qualified individuals who take their jobs seriously and don't create nightmares for their customers! I will be filing a complaint immediately. Thank goodness for another carrier who bought over my contract from these heartless crooks. read more

We went in to upgrade a phone, and the associate accidentally bought the phone out and cost us $500. However, he immediately called his managers and had the paperwork filed to have it fixed. We left with close to $150 in accessories he gave us for his mess up. However, we decided to keep the phone bought out. We went back, and Nick was a tremendous help. He gave us a few more accessories because of all of the inconvenience cause by the initial mistake.
