ZERO STARS Horrible service. Actually the person who refused to say his name, said he is the store Manager of 8 years. Refused to help and asked me to leave. I switched to another provider after 40 years of being with ATT . I have a credit Balance on my account. I must request a refund. However, ATT is not able to ID me, or send me a text since acct is not active. They asked me to go into a store to have a person look at my ID to identify me. I went in today 12/2/2025 at 11:30 am. This person refused to help and said they are a private store, Even though The logo on the building is ATT. ATT should do their own survey of these stores that use their logo. read more

I came in today to have my son's phone repaired, and if I could give 0 stars, I would. There was no acknowledgment from the staff at all. They saw us walk in but didn't say a single word. We waited for about 15 minutes, and still nothing. The only interaction was them glancing at us while continuing to talk to another customer. I don't mind waiting, but at the very least, please acknowledge customers when they arrive. A simple "We'll be with you shortly" would go a long way. Having a sign-in sheet or some system to let people know their place in line would also make the experience more respectful and organized. read more

I'm very disappointed with this location. It doesn't appear to be an official AT&T corporate store. I came in today to check whether I could transfer my service from Verizon Wireless to an AT&T prepaid plan, and was told this was not possible. That information is false. At the official corporate AT&T store in Citrus Heights, they were able to transfer my phone to prepaid without any issues. It seems like this location pressures customers into buying more expensive plans they don't need or won't use. The experience felt misleading and not transparent. I strongly recommend visiting the Citrus Heights corporate location instead, where the process was handled honestly! read more

Amir was great! I went in to get a new phone, and was talking to different sales man. he was alright but not very friendly. he said the 16 would be $24/ month so i was going to get it . i asked what colors there were and he said "there over there just go look" but they were in fact not where he said to look. Amir intervened and asked the worker why he was not telling me about the new promotion for the 16 plus for $10/ month. a better phone for a lower rate. i started talking to amir and he was sooo friendly . He went over all the color options with me ,the different plans, trade in value of my current phone. He even got my phone plan lowed by $50/ month EVEN with a brand new phone. Amir is great and deserves a raise !! 5 stars for amir and 1 star for the other dude. you don't buy phones very often so when you do it should be a good experience read more

The rating is NO Stars...The customer service is freaking horrible, First of all my wife had call to check the order of her new, which had been 3 weeks, we had placed the order on 12/23/25. The person that answer our call at this franshise store (not a corporate store) told her we would call once it arrives. We had found out by a customer representative at corporate that the phone was delivered and it sat there until 1/7/26 then returned . So we had call on 1/14/26 not knowing this information to check the status again. The individuals working on 1/14/26 was not helpful at all and very unprofessional, we actually got hung up on. That was not acceptable so,we went to the store to find out who hung up on me. I confronted the person (Marcus) no employee ID or last name. He actually lied to me when I had ask can I talk to the person who hung up on me. His response was "the person left already" and "I said its been only 5 minutes". His response again, " he only works in the morning" Found out it was actually this guy Marcus. His customer service skill sucks very poor standards and should not be representing AT&T. Trash customer service purchased a phone which had to be shipped to me. I was told when I recieved the phone bring into this store to have my phone transfer completed. When I returned I male (not the female who I initially purchased with.) Told me I had to go to the Apple store for transfer that "they do not do transfers from Android to Apple" despite already being told they do. He then proceeded to say " I can't do it I dont have time and have to help other customers" . There were NO customers in the store just he and another staff member. He refused to do the transfer and set up of my new phone. I then called another store and was told any store can do the transfer. I did not need to go to Apple. It appears after having made a sale on me they have no interest in setting up phones or customer service. Steer clear of this place. I wish I could give this store zero stars. I did an upgrade to a newer device. A store representative called me at 730 pm to tell me the phone was ready to pick up. I asked what time they opened and he said 9am and they would be open all day. I arrived at the store at 10:00 am and the doors were locked and all lights were out. After an hour of phone calls to customer service they said that there were "staffing issues" and I could come get the phone the next day. I drove 30 minutes to get to the store and then they asked me to do the same thing the next day. There is no note on the door and no one called to let me know they were closed even though they told me to pick it up. I am cancelling the upgrade and would not ever arrange a pick up here again. read more

My husband and I went in to swap our mobile and internet lines from Xfinity to AT&T. Shaq & Amir were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions ranging from price ranges to differences between phone models. They helped my husband figure out which iPhone would be best for him and his video games. Xfinity made it very difficult to transfer our information, but they were both patient and made sure we walked out completely set up. The entire visit felt very chill and comfortable. Got there at 9 am today and Josh was extremely rude and disrespectful to us the entire time we were in the store. Did not greet us as we walked in and upon trying to ask him how his days been and be nice, he met us with coldness and disrespect and completely disregarded any means of trying to make polite conversation with us. We instead did our business with his trainee who was nicer and more professional than he was. Needs to change his attitude and learn that even if it's early in the morning it doesn't give you a right to be rude to your customers. There were numerous customers that yelled at him, storming in and out, irrationally, and he was able to help three customers at a time quite efficiently, while waiting for a store employee who had apparently clocked in to work to appear on the store floor. If you can avoid this store, do so at all costs. I learned the best thing is to go to a corporate store--it was made clear to me this morning by an employee that this location is a 3rd party vendor and that its employees are minimum wage people doing this while they pursue other life ambitions. I purchased a phone here with no problem the evening prior, though I directly witnessed an altercation between a customer and a manager. During the phone purchase was sold the wrong headphones by the rep who pulled the equipment for me. When I went in the next morning to exchange for the right headphones, the employee who helped me told me I should have checked it before I left and that he could not exchange it. I told him that telling a customer that its their fault when they were sold an incompatible piece of equipment was poor customer service. Eventually I agreed to an exchange for the right headphone for a higher cost and I did ask if he could eat the difference for my trouble, to which he refused and subsequently said "he no longer felt comfortable" selling me anything and told me I'd have to go to a corporate store. The guy was obviously upset and now being vindictive. During the course of the conversation, he also mentioned he was wrapping up nursing school and that this was just a minimum wage gig to get him through it. I too wish I would have read the reviews before coming to this store as others have mentioned. I purchased a phone and added a line to my account and was told my bill would be $150. I drove back to the store once I received my order estimate email because it said I would owe $430 on my next bill and $350 for my recurring bill. I was again PROMISED by Amir that the email was wrong and it would be $150. I then received my bill for the month and it was $350! I drove back to the store and Amir again said no, that is wrong it should be $150 and he would take care of it with his manager and call me when it was resolved. Amir never called me back. I called the store twice more to get a hold of him to no avail. I finally spoke to a manager, Alfonso who was rude and not helpful saying he can't help me and I have to call customer service! I would never have agreed to the plan if it was going to be so expensive. They need to be shut down for giving out false information to make sells. Unbelievable!!! Unbelievable!!! AT&T screwing people over Bought two iPhone X's at this store 3 days ago with BOGO promotion. Came home, opened the package and noticed that screen was detached from the frame in the left bottom corner. Next morning green line showed up on the side of the screen and in few hours later half of my screen changed in red color with red pixel line. After work went to AT&T store to exchange my phone, but they told me that they can't exchange it or except return even if I had 14 days return policy. Instead of taking care of me they sent me to Apple store so they can deal with this. I went to Apple Store and they told me that they can't exchange it, but only repair it under warranty. I DO NOT WANT THIS PHONE TO BE REPAIRED! I want full replacement or cancel my contract! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO LIE CUSTOMERS THAT YOU CAN'T REPLACE MY PHONE. It's easy for you sell broken phones at your store and send people to Apple so they can save you money and headache. i have 14 days policy to exchange or return my phone without any charges. Recently bought an iPhone X from AT&T online, and was having battery issues. I go into the store looking for help and seeing what my options are. I walk in there is one worker, and that one worker is sitting listening to music and on her phone. I then tell her what I've been experiencing, right after I explain she tells me that everyone has been coming in with the same issue and it isn't an "AT&T issue" and I needed to go to apple. Not a "I'm sorry let me see if I can reach out to apple." or a "I'm sorry maybe we can look into your warranty."
