They lie about their promotions. They tell you it's one price and then when you call in they say oh I'm sorry you don't qualify for that promotion. But we can upgrade you to a better promotion that costs you a lot more. Don't believe they're commercials. read more

I can't say with 100% that I would recommend this particular store, because it's hit or miss that you will get exceptional customer service during each visit. Hence my previous 1 star review. But I can say with all honesty that I received excellent customer service from the representative named Jose. If I could ask to be seen personally by him each time, then I'd visit this store regularly for all my phone needs. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the phones, features and accessories that would be best for me. He helped me find the best phone and accessories for my needs, he didn't rush me or make me feel like I was wasting his time. He went above what I expected and as a person of color, I really appreciated that because normally this is not the case with how we're typically treated in most businesses. So a huge thank you to Jose and the manager who hired him. May he be the example of how other employees should present themselves to each customer each time. The store's reviews would skyrocket if that was the case. read more

Terrible service. I was there yesterday to get a new phone because mine was not charging and the lady was immediately telling me that they might not have time for me. Later she told me to download an app despite me telling her my device was not charging and I had not access to my phone. Later on she told me I could only buy a phone with cash because I could not download the app and told me to buy a phone at Best Buy. read more

This store is not the one to choose. What other stores have helped me with for years, this store says they can't. They aren't helpful, they aren't solution oriented, they just don't seem to want to help. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Madison and Hazel. We came into the store and waited for a significant amount of time without a greeting. It seems that when you're an existing customer, nobody is interested in your needs. I came in there to help a friend with his phone to see if we could activate it for TMobile service. The rep kept telling me that it wasn't going to work even though I got a carrier indicator of TMobile on his phone with my sim. He seemed very arrogant and disinterested in helping us. No eye contact or courtesy. Very dismissive as well. He basically wanted us to buy a new phone or leave. I'm hoping the management cares enough to read this and will give the employees some proper training in customer service. As soon as our contract ends we are gone! read more

So I walk in and patiently waited 25 mins to be helped. Two individuals walked in after me and none greeted, yet the last person who walked in was immediately greeted and helped first. Not once did 2/3 workers acknowledge I was waiting first. The 3rd worker came from the back to help the man after me. So I asked to make a payment Alejandro states its $5 charge for payment and then finally offers help. Your customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Basic customer Service 101; acknowledge customers AND ask your customers "how can I help you?" Or "I'll be with you in one moment," or "I'll be with you next", any of the following would be acceptable. Do not have a customer wait for 25 minutes and tell them you're gonna charge them an extra fee to make a payment. If you had inquired about my reason for coming in to begin with, I could've made a decision whether or not to stay and wait 25 minutes!!!!!! You all should be fired!!!! This location is by far one of the worst I have ever been to the lady was rude and disrespectful. When I told her I've never had this problem at any other T-Mobile. She laughed at me, and as I was walking out, she started talking about me to another associate While they both laughed. All I needed to do was get a new screen protector on my phone and she wouldn't check to see if I had the insurance on it even though I know I do and just told me that she can't help me. read more

I just left this store after having a snotty attitude clerk tell me that a supposed benefit on my new phone was worthless. When I purchased the phone from t mobile, they up-sold me a protection plan partly because it also provided free screen protectors. The clerk with a surly attitude told me their policy was that I had to purchase one first. I asked to see the terms in writing. He said they don't have it in writing and demanded that I show him where it said that it was free. Not free and terrible customer support. read more

We went in to switch 2 lines from MetroPCS to T-Mobile. Big mistake. The sales rep said he could switch the phone lines from a Samsung to an Apple phone with no problem. But after 4 painful hours he was unable to do it. He took no responsibility and just blamed metro the whole time. Why would you sell a thousand-dollar phone and say you could do it with no problem, just to give up and leave us hanging. Now my wife has to go to the metro store and Apple shop just to get it sorted out. Very unhappy. read more

Since the merge between Sprint & T-Mobile, I can tell that the employees at other locations are still pretty novice when it comes to understand the "new" system. NOT HERE! Everyone I spoke to seemed to be very knowledgeable. Even though their computer systems were kinda lagging (guessing due to the merge?), it was a GREAT experience here. Special shout out to KAMERON! Extremely helpful! I recommend to anyone that comes to this location, see if you can have him help you out! 10/10 read more

Sorry I can't rate them less than one star. Andrew the manager was especially unhelpful. Didn't help any customers despite me waiting 45 minutes for service. Also they refused to let me take a leak in their bathroom so I had to leave and come back later. If you want people who care and provide good service go someplace else. read more

Worst t mobile I've ever been to. no internet after recharging my Prepaid account, it was supposed to be a problem with the Sim card, they kept on being trying to say it was a problem with my phone. In the end it proved to be the Sim card that needed to be replaced and updated and it was t mobile's service that was the problem. I came to this store three times repeatedly and wasted my whole afternoon. The staff is very impatient with the service and the waiting time is very long each time, do not recommend this store. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I have been a long time 10+ year Sprint customer that unfortunately has to transition to shitty ass T-mobile service. I tried to give this company a chance but going into this branch and speaking directly with Alejandro further convinced me why I should switch to Verizon. No effect, lazy and could not even look into the issues I had or offer a long time sprint customer some good customer service and offers. He literally told me as a sprint customer I have better plans than T-mobile... so what's the perk of staying!? Horrible experience! All I wanted is to see what type of free upgrades I had and different plan options and I guess I had none having the same old phone for 2+ years yet no free upgrade? He was very vague.
