Great customer service at this store only. here is my families story. I was convinced by an ATT phone operator to transfer over my provider from T Mobile to ATT. I was provided with a great deal on monthly charges and 4 new apple phones. I informed the operator of my budget on what i could afford. he added up the number and gave me a great price with discount and monthly charges. when i received the phones in the mail we took the phones to the ATT store in redlands and spoke to ASHLEY. That is when I was informed that the payment plan and monthly payment that I was given was incorrect. Ashley provided me with the number and I called the corp. office and they stated that the plan that I had with the previous operator was current and in their system. However, when Ashley opened up my account on her tablet.. 1st it did not have all our phones on the same account. 2nd the monthly agreement that I was given on the phone was not there. I asked Ashley to talk to the operator that was currently on the phone and WOW!!!. she had my back, she questioned how can they provide a promotion that was not current in the system. She went as far as going over the charges with the operator that showed it dose not add up. she then stated that when I receive a bill will they honor the agreement that was made by phone and not charge me more. APPARENTLY they could not. So I returned to my services at T Mobile. what a traumatic event. If ASHLEY did not provide me with great customer service I would have been enraged. Regardless if I was going to stay with ATT or not she made sure that I was taken care of and for that I give ATT STORE 4 stars for Ashley's customer service. I only give 4 because the customer service on the phone sucks (lies, manipulation). My family were all disappointed when I had to return their phones. My daughter cried and I still got charged for the tax on the phone that we never got to use. but thanks Ashley for your great customer service . You are AWESOME!!! read more

We thought we were only going in for new phones. However we spent almost 2 1/2 hours in the store. Kathryn was awesome and very patient with us. She found several different ways to save us money and offered services we didn't know existed. We feel we got tremendous value and service. She could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable. While I am sure there are many good people working in the store I would seek Kathyrn out for assistance anytime. read more

It has been 2 years since I bought a new phone. I have been with AT&T for a long time and have had several carriers try to entice me to switch however it always comes down to customer service. Walked in today on a tight schedule needed to get in and out and we knew what we wanted. Jill helped us and not once did she try to talk us into some other product or service just got the job done quick and easy. Would be a 5 star but we got hit with a $40 charge at the end that will be on our bill for an upgrade? All in all, it was the most pleasant time I have had in a phone store ever! Originally I went to Verizon since I have my cellphone service with them but they don't service the area I live for home service ; ( I was told at&t and dish were my options. Went to this at&t store and was welcomed right away, was told I would be waiting for 20min wich turned to less than 5min wait ... salesman was helpful and even do it took sometime to set everything up e erythi g went smooth. Reason why Im giving 4 not 5 stars is because while there I notice the managers attitude toward client s and staff in my opinion not helpful or friendly, glad it was not him helping us... read more

I am another customer of the store in Redlands who was defrauded into services that I did not want by the staff. I noticed that Jason had added security services to my phone contract and when I asked him why he said I would get the service "for free" because it was part of a bundle. Based on the monthly bill price he quoted me, it did appear that the service would not cost me anything additional. However, when I received the billing in the mail, the price he quoted me was much different than the actual price. When I attempted to cancel the security service before it was even installed, Jason called me frantically daily encouraging me to "just give it a try" and telling me I could cancel at any time with no charge if I changed my mind. I took him at his word and allowed it to be installed. Having technical difficulty daily trying to get it to work, I attempted to call the store to cancel and either no one answered or I was hung up on. I went into the store and waited over an hour to speak to the manager who refused to talk to me. In frustration, I went all the way to the corporate office where I was told that I would have to pay a $ 600 cancellation fee to cancel the service because the service had been installed. That was 6 months ago and TO THIS DAY I continue to have problems with the service and the customer service at ATT is horrible. I would not recommend ATT for anything and would encourage anyone doing business in this store to be extremely cautious and verify what the staff in this store tells you as it may not be true. read more

Please everyone beware of this location. Salesperson was Tyrique not sure if I'm spelling that 100 percent correct but he is new and from what his coworkers told us after having to go in and ask why our first bill was almost 100 more then what he told us initially , apparently he is new and not well trained . The manager Mohammed at this location is terrible as well. We walked in on 07/18/2018 to switch from Tmobile huge mistake to go with ATT. Service was not that great either we had them for 6 days . We were told by tyrique that our bill including 4 lines , taxes, unlimited talk text and web would be 225 but first bill would be 120 more due to activation fees for four phones. Our first bill was almost 500. We walked in yesterday to ask what's going on and we were told oops the salesperson who helped us was new and our normal bill would be 280 instead of 225. We asked if we could cancel and they said yes but we had to pay 45 a phone for restocking fee . I asked why we have to pay that if we're canceling due to wrong Information and the manager Mohammad said that's the policy . Please whatever you do don't go here and rethink ATT. I've switched to Verizon and cannot be happier . The manager and people who work here are awful, very unprofessional and not respectful of people . read more

So we switched over from Verizon because att offered a deal with direct tv subscribers. Let me start off that the day we got our phones was a complete nightmare here! 6 hours and still walked away with loose ends! James the "manager" who is simply far under qualified to have even taken that role a complete LIAR!!!!! His staff a complete joke!!! I believe this is the new McDonald's because no one here holds any knowledge whatsoever of their job titles! 10 days later we are still trying to trade in our phone to get our credit for switching and no Jame "the manager" is stating we don't qualify now... he still hasn't got my bill straightened out and now is telling me I have to just pay the term fee on my own. Probably one of the worst customer service I have ever been around! I hope att really reads this and makes some changes! I should've just stayed with Verizon and paid the extra money cause att didn't save me any money. Just have crappier cell service for 2 years. I had a great experience here yesterday with Brannon and Diana. They had a new phone for me and my service up and running in less than 40 minutes. They were very helpful with showing me which phone might be best for me (and i love it!, they ported my number over from my old carrier and even put my screen protector on for me lol. Ordered cell thru ATT web site and chose In Store pickup option. Auto generated email stated wait an hour before picking up at store. After 3 hours no email from the store so I called them. Service rep said come on down your phone is ready. Got to store and was asked to sign in. Told male service rep my cell paid for, etc and just there to pick up and he still said "It'll be an hour still". He was dismissive of what I told him. While I was there at least 2 of the service reps just milling about so I could see that there is no real organization in managing the employees beyond selling over-priced accessories. Wound up cancelling my order due to poor service. read more

I've been going to this store for several years as an AT&T customer. However, my last two occasions demonstrated to me that their customer service ethic has received a real boost. I'm sorry I didn't note the staff members names, but the employee who set up/transferred my service to my new iPhone really was awesome. She answered all my questions and handled the transaction professionally and quickly. Can't say enough as to how efficient and pleasant she was during the transaction. The second occasion was when I wanted to swap out a sim card in order to use an old, deactivated phone due to the newer phone being water damaged. This was a team effort as several of their staff helped diagnose the problem and quickly get the new (old) phone set up and they answered all my questions (which I'm sure were dumb questions to them). I would really like to thank all of the staff members who pitched in and helped me out. Good job! read more

The worst service ever!! And management is just as bad!! My boyfriend went in and put his name on the wait list to which he was given a 45min. wait time. After 45min we checked to see where he was on the list only to be told that he had been called already, but that he's next on the list. An hour later the same customer service rep said that they don't have a wait time any longer and that they are just calling people as they see them. The manager (who came out in 4" heels as if she came to work straight from a club) didn't come out to help the reps with the dozens of people waiting in the store, but to argue a customer's point of why he "failed" to bring his phone in for servicing earlier than today. This store & the employees aren't even on a remedial level. It's way worse. read more

I've been to this store several times and my experiences have been, on average, good. My latest trip to the store, unfortunately, was terrible. I wanted to switch a tablet line to a cellular phone line and at the recommendation of an AT&T Customer Service Representative with whom I had spoken on the phone, I went into the store to be "quickly" assisted. When I first arrived at the store, an employee said that she was unsure if they could help me in switching my tablet line to a cellular phone line but that she would go and check with her manager. Once she returned she replied that it was in fact "illegal" for them to switch a tablet line to a mobile line because it was "fraud". I stepped out of the store and called AT&T Customer Service who said they hadn't heard of that policy but could help me if I got a SIM card from the store. I waited an hour to get a SIM card. While the in-store employee assisted me, I asked why they couldn't switch the tablet line for me and she responded, defensively, that it was against their policy. I went outside the store and called AT&T Customer Service to activate the SIM card and switch the tablet line. The Customer Service Representative, yet again, was very nice and helpful but commented that her system was slow and that it would be easier and quicker for me to do it in the store. At that point, I told her I was I actually outside of the store and of my previous experiences asking the in-store consultants to assist me. The Customer Service Representative responded that the store employees simply didn't want to do their job and there was nothing preventing them from helping me. She then asked if I could go back into the store and if someone said they could not help me, to give them the phone. I went back into the store and was greeted by a third in-store representative and when she said she couldn't help me, I handed her the phone. The in-store representative put the call on speaker phone. The Customer Service Representative asked what was preventing the store employees from doing their jobs and assisting me, and the in-store employee replied it was some (ICCID?) policy and they could not do anything. The Customer Service representative challenged the in-store employee to find the policy, and the in-store employee defiantly accepted. After waiting around for 5 minutes for the in-store employee to find the policy, the Customer Representative said she would go ahead and assist me as we wait for the in-store employee to "find a policy we all know doesn't exist". The Customer Service Representative activated my new SIM card and switched the tablet line to a mobile phone line while the in-store employee never found the policy the entire store is so keen on having to follow. This store has permanently lost my business. read more

This is the worst corporate At&t store I have visited so far. Service used to be good here but now that has all changed. They are all about selling you products and then when it comes to fix or handle issues...good luck with that. Calling 611 can help you better than visiting this store for anything. As someone else stated...stay away from Tony, who is all about making money but worst in handling customer service issues. They have a great manager named Robert who will usually take care of you if you ask for him but if he is off or busy...good luck with that...I purchased two iPhone 6 plus phones with At&t and got by the $50 screen protector with both of them...one is fine but other keeps coming off....went there this morning to get it fixed or replaced...spoke to two associates including manager Leah which offered no help when the screen protectors were installed by them just two days ago...both said we can't do anything and can't reinstall because it will have issues again and you have to contact manufacturer...when I raised more concerns about the quality....then she made me wait almost 30 minutes to check if another one came in and forgot about me...finally the response was no we don't have them and you would have to come back later...there has to be a better response and follow up than that. There has to be some accountability to re train this staff and some coaching with the associates...all the reviews reflect bad service for this store...thank you but I will drive another city to go to a different store to take care of something now. read more

These people are deceitful. The manager James is only in it for the commission. He told us what our bill would be after we "bundled" with att and digital life and wrote it down on paper. Well needless to say our bill was 2x what we were paying before. All att has to say is that we're in a contract now for these things and to cancel would be $700. I will NEVER buy a thing from this store nor will I upgrade with att. I am going with another carrier. We have been a customer since before Cingular. Deceitful liars. read more

Bought a phone off eBay to replace my brother in laws broken one. Went into this att store to get it activated. I sign in and am called quick. I get helped and ask for a new sim card. The worker doesn't even bother to check my sim card size. He walks to the back and a few mins later hands me a sim card and says good day. I go outside and try to put my sim card in and it's the wrong size. I go back in and I'll be damned if I get back in queue again. I talk to the manager named. He says yes I remember you (no sh1t I was here 15 seconds ago). I show him the wrong sim card and he proceeds to get me a correct sized one. I get it and he activates it. I go to my car and use my cell phone to call the phone I just activated in the store and my phones states sim invalid! So they activated my bro in laws phone and deactivated my phone. I didn't bother going back in I went to another att store across town. read more

Approximately six months ago I went in to do a two year renawal and get some new phones. The young lady was very nice and accomodating. She said that currently they were giving a FREE notebook to all customers that did renewals. I said I didn't need or use one but she said it was FREE so I should take it. I asked why it had a seperate phone number and she said it was in case I used data it would show under the appropriate number. Recently I was going to increase my data plan and as I was searching my online account I noticed a $10.00 monthly charge on the FREE notebook number. I was not told there would be a recurring charge so it was not a very pleasant surprise. I called ATT customer service and was told they would remove the line from my account for a $134.00 early termination fee. So I am payiny $240.00 for a FREE notebook that I never wanted and don't use. I went to the ATT Store and once again NOBODY CARES. This is sleazy and borderline criminal and ATT should be ashamed. I will not be renewing with them ever again. BEWARE of FREE stuff. read more

Katheryn completely ripped us off, or maybe ATT trains that way as this could be another rich company stealing from the poor! Said our phones would be free during some deal they were promoting in February of 2016 if we added two lines. Said we only had to pay for taxes on phones that day also said promotion comes with direct T.V. and would only be $20 more. Said it was not under contract, basically a deal that you could not beat. Then we get our bill which has consistently been OVER 300! Went in to speak to Katheryn and was told that we had protection plan, starz, cinemax, showtime and hbo added on to plan when we never asked for these things. Also WE ARE UNDER TWO YEAR CONTRACT! After Katheryn told me that I have to call direct T.V. even though I was in their offices with accounts that are connected to ATT I found that after taking off all the extra charges our bill still comes to $80 over what was quoted, wanna know why: THEY CHARGED US FOR THE NEW PHONES WHEN WE ONLY AGREED TO TAKE THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS FREE! read more

We had a terrible experience here for a few reasons. We went in to have my husbands contacts switched over to a new phone from verizon. The first person to talk to us (which took a while) took our name asked what we were there for and told us to download the app and someone would help us. There was no one in front of us in line we waited 15 minuets before my husband went up to one of the workers to ask for help he told him he can't connect to their WiFi he needed a password and that someone would help him soon. Finally after another 10 minuets someone came and helped us she told us that all we had to do was download the app at home and we could transfer everything over if we did it at the store using a hotpot it would take 45 minuets. It took 3 people and 30 minuets for someone to tell us to download the app and follow the instructions from home. I pray we don't have to come back here again it was a waist of time. read more

Not only is this place shady but, AT&T as a whole is shady. Every time I come, we spend MUCH more than we planned to. The sales people act like your best friend and you walk out thinking you got a good deal. They will tell you all this confusing plans and contracts until you just give up thinking about it and just say yes. Here's how my last visit went: walked in wanting an iPhone 6 to replace an iPhone 4s. 2 hours later, we walk out with 2 iPhone 6s's, a tablet, and a promise that the second phone and the tablet are free. A week later, we get a bill twice as much as it previously was, with all these extra payments for the tablet and BOTH phones. We complained and they said it was California sales taxes. Sure, a tablet has a sale tax of 100 dollars for the next 6 months. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because AT&T 4G coverage is decent. I don't know how it compare to others and I won't find out for at least another 2 years. . . or is it a 1 year contract. It might actually be 3 years, I don't know anymore. read more

Okay Justine and AT&T, you really fooled both my mom and I. You said her old account in my deceased father's name (with 2 lines) was closed AND her new account's monthly bill would be lowered....you forgot to mention that you neither closed her account (charges still accruing) NOR lowered her monthly bill because you added an iPad for $50/mo that she cannot get taken off her account...And yes, the old lines are still not cancelled! We have gone into your store two more times and my mom has been on the phone with the mothership AT&T for more than 20 hours!!! and this recurring charge is STILL not removed. You haven't even managed to spell her last name correctly even though she has tried to get this corrected every store visit AND during all those hours she's spent in the phone! Absolutely THE worst service. Beyond terrible. Once again AT&T you have surpassed all the other terrible experiences with your company and your local stores or corporate personnel care one bit. We will go to your store the day before Thanksgiving one more time to have this corrected... Something tells me it won't be the last time! read more

I've been going to this store and a customer since 2006 and was very well please with their service until this salesperson named Chay. Few months back, I came to this store to open up another DL home account, I told him that I will need to cancel my old account in a few months but I will need a new one and he said that he can help me. Everything was set up right. He said that comeback here and I will do the cancellation for you on your old account once you are ready. Guess what? I did came back and told me that I have to call a number on Monday and he cannot do it for me. I did what he told me but I kept on being redirected to the web site and on the site I kept on being redirected to the cancellation phone number. So I texted him and asked for help, he said he was on vacation for 1 week and will have someone do it for me. I waited for 1 week and he texted me back that he will be off for another week and he already have someone working on my account, he even asked for my information. 2 weeks has passed and still nothing. Finally I was able to to talk to someone while on the phone for 45 minutes and was able to help me. Lesson learned. They can be as polite and helpful as possible in order to convince you on their sales & services and will even offer you additional assistance, once you took the bait, you wont be able to get hold of them if you need help at all. This store has a good reputation for me and my family and people like this shouldn't be working here if you want to keep your store with good reputation. read more

one of the worst people i ever met or deal with i bought a lumia 920 after canceling five lines from t mobile because i love nokia and transfer all five numbers to at &t lost almost $1000.00to cancel and paid almost $ 1000 to buy 3 iphone 5 and s3 and lumia 920 the deal was when customer buy lumia 920 they will get wireless charging plate free which they did not offered me the next day i went back and placed the order on 11/18/2012 after calling and visiting the store at least 4 times still i have not recevied the producet that was ordered. manager their i believe chay and the assistant manager raymond are not helpfull when i call to check they tell me to come in to find out like other people have no job god bless this store read more

came to this store for assistance because the 611 phone support instructed me. i was having a problem with a warrantee replacement device. here i spoke with a young woman who gave me a paper with instructions to go to the "DEVICE SUPPORT CENTER" (DSC) in Rancho Cucamonga. i was told to drive there for "technical support" since the girl here said she worked for SALES COMMISSION and was not going to waste her time helping me with my phone that i had purchased at this store for over $800. the girl gave me a paper to take to the DSC, gave me BAD DIRECTIONS (told me go south on archibald when it's north, etc) and i drove 30 miles one way to be told THEY DO NOT SERVICE my phone MODEL, which it actually stated on the page she gave me. the girl who sent me had made some notes including her name on the page. the DSC MANAGER called the Redlands store and spoke with the manager and asked the manager to ask this girl why she sent a customer all the way to Rancho Cucamonga, over 30 miles away, when it was even on her info on the page she handed out that the DSC does not service that phone. the Redlands manager spoke with the girl and came back saying THE GIRL CLAIMED SHE NEVER SENT ANYONE THERE THAT DAY. wow. that girl so *LIED*. she had identified herself because she had written her name on the paper. the DSC MANAGER was shocked and totally appalled with the Redlands AT&T store girl's BLATANT DISHONESTY. what a SERIOUS COMPLETE LACK OF INTEGRITY at the Redlands store. i called 611 on the way home and they (AT&T) apologized for the unacceptable behavior and promised a $30 credit for wasted gas and time, and now, 2 months later, they "do not see" that notation and REFUSE to honor that credit. read more
