Seek out Isrrael because he has to be one of the nicest, most helpful people I have come across in customer service, or any other service, in a very long time. I had gone to the store in Beaumont to upgrade my Samsung because it was time and my screen had cracked. The service out there was not helpful at all. After spending about 15 minutes with them, all they could say was that they didn't have any of the 21s in stock. They could have saved me time and said that from the beginning. They didn't offer to check other stores, just that they could order it and get it in November. I proceeded to call the store in Yucaipa and at Citrus Plaza to be told they didn't have them either. I finally called the Victra store and was lucky enough to get Izzy. He let me know they did not have that phone in syock, but recommended the 20 for a few reasons and they had it in stock. He out it on hold for me and we headed down. He was super helpful getting it all set up; they were issues going from 4G to 5G, but I didn't have to deal with it. He made sure to tell me about the different offers I could get and helped me get the lowest increase to my bill. Not only did I get a new Samsung 20 FE 5G, but I got a Galaxy Tab A7 as well. To make it an even better experience, he was able to help my husband out. He's been looking for the 1Phone 13 Max Pro with no success. Izzy called around, did some other searching, and my husband walked out with that new phone and an iPad for $4 more a month! Omar was a super help in getting him all set up and his stuff transferred. These two gentlemen made a what started as a stressful experience, not so. Izzy is assistant manager, but acts much like an owner in the time and patience he put into what he does. Just amazing!

    I am writing to formally complain about the service I received at thisr Redlands, CA (Alabama…read moreStreet) franchise. I have previously had good experiences with UbreakiFix franchise locations, but my recent experience at this new location I tried has left my phone damaged beyond repair and cost me $250. I dropped off my phone to have a cracked screen fixed on my birthday. I noted that the two employees working did not speak English or Spanish fluently, making communication difficult, but I assumed it was a standard repair. Two weeks later, the screen began flickering, and I noticed the bottom external screws were not fully installed. I could not answer my phone or see the new screen they supposedly put in, I returned to the store, and the staff in very broken Endlish informed me the issue was now the battery and offered to replace it-so I agreed - Afterall this is supposed to be a great repair service brand. However, I later discovered they did not replace the battery. When I took my phone to another repair company, they discovered that three internal screws were missing entirely and my battery had been pried lose and not replaced,. I did not do this. Only this location of this franchise did, I gave this location two opportunities to properly repair my phone and communicate clearly, but both attempts failed. Furthermore, during my visits, I witnessed multiple other customers complaining in both English and Spanish about faulty repairs. I myself have not been able to conduct my work and it is affecting my job. Given that my phone is now permanently damaged due to the poor workmanship at this location and false information about work performed, I want to request a full refund of the $250 I paid. However, The staff can't communicate in English or Spanish the two languages I speak -- so it makes it impossible to request from them directly. I hope that the National Team at UBrekIfix see this and can get me a ok a prompt response regarding how this will be resolved. This location needs to be renamed YouBreak WeBreakSomemore!

I was doing 4 things at a time and was distracted while trying to establish service. I should've followed my gut and left. I filed formal complaints with California Public Utilities Commission and Verizon Customer Service. In short, I was supposed to only finance $200 and I ended up financing $1,610.00 because of the way Dimone finagled the account set-up. On Monday, 3/4/2024. I will send a demand letter to Verizon Legal Department to request remedies and cures for the unethical and fraudulent conduct of Wireless Plus, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, that caused personal injury to myself and my business line that was ported into Verizon as a new transfer account. I've already spent a little bit more than 5 hours trying to fix my account issues. On 2/28/24 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, I was in a Loma Linda Verizon authorized retailer store to trade-in an old phone and start new business service. The representative, Dimone promised $1000.00 credit for an iPhone 15 Pro for new service and trading in my old phone. The wireless gateway was supposed to be free. I was promised a $70 bill and 2 days later I reviewed the bill to find no promotions were applied and my bill was $190.00. Dimone also added a protection plan that was not asked for. He also put the store's address as my billing address and entered a bogus contact number. On 3/1/2024, I visited a Sherman Oaks corporate location to get some clarity on my bill and to return the devices associated with my new account. I was told I need to handle the return at the Loma Linda authorized retailer store. I was also advised on the frequent complaints about unethical and fraudulent transactions at authorized retailer stores.
