This place is horrible they have any phones you want! So you need to preorder everything! The staff is horrible so mean rude and boring! The place is not clean or organized ever! The prices expensive not priced corrected they should give us discounts for everything! read more

I want to start by saying I've worked in retail and in other positions with AT&T, so I'm very familiar with the standards expected of their employees. I also understand this is an authorized retailer and not a corporate store; however, if you're going to represent a company's name, there should still be the same level of integrity and customer focus. Unfortunately, my experience today did not reflect that. I ended up leaving without my issue being resolved due to how the store was being managed. There were three customers, including myself, waiting just to be helped. Two employees were actively assisting customers, which I completely respect--those customers deserve their time and attention. However, the third employee was outside squeegeeing windows while customers were sitting inside waiting for service. That was surprising and frustrating to see. In a situation like that, customer service should take priority. read more

I went to upgrade my iPhone to a 16 Pro Max. Ashley was helping me when I arrived. The store had a few customers not too busy. Ashley had my phone ready and started to do my transfer to the new phone. She looked at my account and gave some great recommendations to save some money! if i could leave 0 stars i would. I walked in at 6:42 PM to upgrade my phone and they already seemed annoyed i was walking in at that time. They gave me a hard time. I had to contact customer service and wait over 30 minutes to get authorized by that time it was 7:20 pm and the gentleman who was helping me told me he would not be able to do the transfer today because they close at 8 PM and he wouldn't be able to assist me. so unprofessional and for some reason he had an attitude the whole entire time look like he hated his life. i would not go to this location unless you want to leave pissed off. read more

If you are going to run a store then you need to know your busy hours. It's a Saturday morning and they have 3 employees on with 12 people waiting for service. You cannot even buy a phone cable and get out in a couple minutes. This is why ATT is losing business. The manager of this store needs to be fired. read more

Does not get fishier than this...Went into this store to get a replacement phone which we ended up having to do do online. While there, one their reps tried to talk us into adding a line (eSIM) to our plan as he stated that would lower our bill (!!). We became a bit suspicious and told him we did not want to do that. He tried and tried to talk us into it but we walked out. 2 weeks later our bill came in, $50 higher. Upon review we found that this sleazy rep did add a line to our plan without our consent . Had to call AT&T and report this, they apologized, removed the line and issued a credit. It does not get shadier than this! I will never get anything in this store EVER again. read more

Hello! I had the WORST experience at this specific AT&T location than I have ever had with any other location or phone service provider EVER. The manager at this location is completely helpless and does NOT value his customers. My phone had stopped working completely while I was at work so on my lunch break I went to this store to trade my phone in and get a replacement. Upon doing this replacement, getting the phone went super smoothly, MULTIPLE workers in the store were trying to sell me the new iPhone 16 Pro Max which is what I had came in for. They did NOT have me set my phone up in store, so after I arrived home (completely across town) I started to complete the setup process. The phone went half way through setting up and completely stopped working. I went all the way back (45 minutes) to the store with NO phone. When I arrived back at the store, I showed the workers and manager what was going on. I spent hours there and they did not know how to fix it and would NOT replace it or restore service back onto my old phone so that I could have a working phone that I am paying $1600 dollars for. They told me that I would HAVE to go to the Apple store and have them fix the phone, which didn't make sense to me because I bought the phone from AT&T not Apple so AT&T should have to fix the phone, not send me across town multiple times with no way to get in contact with anyone. Once I arrived at the Apple store, I had to wait 2 hours for anyone to help, they reset the phone completely and recommended I go back to the AT&T store and exchange the phone because they gave me a brand new phone that obviously had defects straight out of the box. When I returned back to the AT&T store AGAIN, I told them that Apple had reset the phone and recommended that I come and get a different one since it came out of the box defective. Since I had bought the phone the day before they had to do the exchange because it was still in warranty but were very weird about it even after every single worker in the store saw what the phone was doing. The manager wasn't actively in the store this day, so we were helped by someone else. This worker (who was very nice) had to relay what was going on back and forth with his manager over the phone. For them to give me a problem-free phone I was going to have to pay a $55 restocking fee. A fee that I didn't feel was reasonable after all of the trouble that they had put me through. I went 1 1/2 days (even though I went to the store the minute my phone stopped working) without a phone that I pay them for EVERY month. The manager would not budge and would not waive the restocking fee for me SIMPLY because he did not want the $55 restocking fee to come out of his personal check (which I know because the worker told me that this is what happens) even though his store location sent me home with a broken phone. Pretty BAD customer service if you ask me. I am making this review so that people know if you want to deal with smart and helpful people that I do NOT recommend going to this location. If you are in this area I am pretty sure that there is another AT&T store about 5-10 minutes away which I would 100% recommend going to instead. :) read more

I wish I could give zero stars because my experience turned out to be horrible. The night I bought the new phone, things seemed fine. But I later found out they weren't. (The store is located at 935 Durbin Pavilion Drive, St. Johns, Florida 32259.) The night I bought the phone about five months ago, someone from the store added a second line without me knowing (which I discovered on the first bill). When I called the AT&T customer service line, the person who answered said some stores "do that all the time" and "most people don't notice it for months." She deleted the second line immediately and refunded the money I paid. This month, I noticed a $26.63 charge on my bill for "home tech protection." I called the AT&T customer service line and they said I had been charged that each month since I bought the new phone five months ago. I didn't notice it originally because all of my AT&T services are on the same bill. When I asked how that got added, he said it was added by a person at the AT&T store when I bought the new phone. When I told him I didn't agree to it, he said things like this happen a lot at the stores. Fortunately, I am receiving full credit for all the months I was billed for the home tech protection. It's not a lot of money, but customers shouldn't have to worry about being ripped off at the AT&T stores. read more

Drive the extra 10 minutes to a Corporate AT&T Store!!! My iPhone 13 pro is in perfect condition wouldn't charge properly. I did some trouble shooting on my own for multiple days so finally it was time for help. Final straw was when the lit screen froze. I arrived at their store at 10am with my concerns. A man did a hard reset on my phone, boasted about this being the best part of his job and promptly opened the store doors to escort me out. Issues with iPhone continued, so I called the Corporate Store whom quickly gave me a game plan to get the issue resolved. Turns out it was a software issue and it crashed after replacing the battery. After working with Assurion in person, AT&T is sending me a new phone at no cost. This Auth dealer dismissed my concerns and delayed resolution to my issue. read more

STRONG DO NOT RECOMMEND. Visit 9039 Southside Blvd instead. In late October I purchased 4 phones as upgrades. One of these phones was shipped because it was not in stock in the store. The rep told me to bring in all 4 phones for trade in when ready. I turned in 3 on 11/4 and was given receipts but not given a receipt for the one turned in on 11/5. I was promised that I would get a receipt electronically the next day. Two weeks later and I visited the store and spent 2 hours spent there waiting for my phone or a receipt. I was told the phone was in a shipping package that could not be opened without a manager and was promised a call back by the manager. Yesterday, same story. I do not expect the issue to be resolved, am out the return value of $820 and still have to pay on the phone every month. read more

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience at this store. A mistake was made where someone gave my preordered iPhone 12 Pro to another customer who didn't order the Pro but the regular iPhone 12 instead. We were able to have the phone taken off our account and the store refunded the tax they charged my credit card when the other customer took possession of the phone. I was able to order a phone directly from Corporate AT&T and it is being delivered directly to my home. We'll have to go the a store that is farther away from my home now. read more
