I called the Corporate Headquarters today to cancel an iPad on my account because I no longer have the device. After 38 minutes going through so much red tape to finally get a living person to speak with, I did get one lady that did not speak English very well and I had so much trouble understanding her. She finally got what I was calling about and did delete that devise from my account. Then she tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I do not need. I said no to it all, but she continued on trying. I have never received such sorry service like this in my life; AT&T is not the organization I knew in years past. You have to go through a whole bunch of sites, all the while talking with a machine who doesn't understand what you are calling for. If you lucky enough to finally get a breathing person, they speak English incorrectly or they make hard to understand. This treatment I received today may influence the way I continue my phone service, well see how things are in the future. Went in yesterday cause my cell phone wasn't connected to cellular after I had dropped my phone. Roxie provided great customer service and support. She was kind, friendly and informative. I am so glad she helped get my phone up and running. I wasn't there too long, either. And, didn't get charged for her service. Went into the store to upgrade some of our phones. The representative who helped us decided to take it upon himself to add phone insurance and the "next up" plan for each phone line without mentioning it to us. If he would have asked we would have declined because we receive phone insurance through our credit card. I was able to get the insurance removed but have to wait 14 days from upgrade to have "next up" removed. read more

I have had the displeasure of having to use this particular store for years. On my last visit I was trying to add a line for a family member and the person "helping" me could not have been ruder and acted more put out at my request. Out of frustration I then said I might as well switch to Verizon and she said, "good", I was shocked. After using AT&T for over 20 years since their days as Cingular I am now a happy Verizon customer. No more overages, helpful customer service and people who seem happy to help. Thanks to the lady who finally pushed me over the edge and motivated me to go through unlocking all my phones and switching to Verizon yesterday! She not only helped me get a new phone, she also clearly explained to me that I could save money by upgrading my phone plan and bundle the home internet. I am a happy customer and pleased with the service upgrades on my phone and at home. Staff is helping to a point. Not really fully answering questions. Felt like the lady just wanted to make the sale.

Reading the reviews. Not much has changed. They are rude and racists. We approached the store and they met us outside. The gal started to invite me in but when they asked if the black man next to me needed help and I responded we are together, they replied it is a 1 to 1 ratio. There were only about 5 representatives in the store and no customers. I was there to pick up an order and the lady asked me if I received the email to pick up. I said I didn't receive any emails only in the app where my preset was placed 2 hours ago. I checked my spam and she said' "it says right there to not pick it up until you refer an email. You should read your email." She went back in and they locked the door. I called with the store opened and told the guy I was leaving at 3pm and I needed to pick up the order before departing. (10 am). He said he'd go pull the order and it should be processed in mins or so. And of course it's been 2 hours. I chatted with a rep online and she called the store and they replied it will be ready at 3pm!!!! Maybe an assumption...but ummman hour after I leave!!! I truly hate ATT. Their customer service is the worst and it's only getting worse. They are no longer about the loyal customers. They don't get a crap!!! read more

I was in dire need of an iPhone 13 max and available for an upgrade. I have been a customer for years and when I went to this location, I was greeted by someone which was nice. But when I had a simple question, I asked three employees standing around a simple question and immediately they acted very rude to me and acted like they owned the place. They gave me a rude demeanor with a simple question especially one employee named zerick or Erick, I couldn't read his name tag correctly. He even answered the phone and rolled his eyes with a customer. He was rude and I don't recommend going to him if you need help. Erick or zerick, very poor hospitality skills and you need to be fired or moved to a different profession. read more

I can hardly believe how ineffective and confounding AT&T is! I have spent 4.5 hours across 4 days on the phone with them trying to get service for my 90 year old mother who is sick and has a heart condition. She really needs a working phone for her safety. I still do not know when this issue will be resolved. I get a different answer every time I call, but then nothing happens. Not sure what's up with the bad reviews. We had excellent, friendly service here this week. Michael helped us and he was FANTASTIC. Very personable, gave us options and make suggestions that fit our needs/budget. We were in an out of there in less than an hour. He didn't try to sell us anything fancy or out of our price range. Only complaint is that this location needs more cell phone covers. They didn't have many for us to choose from. I would come back here for any of my cell phone needs. read more

Every time Iv been here the service or lack of service has been ridiculous. After waiting for 30 mins an employee asked if I was Ernest? I told her no. She then goes, oh sorry I can't help you because, I picked the wrong person and walked off as if that was my fault she can't work her system and then asked me to continue waiting.. Seriously?? And there was only two people in line me and Ernest either way the service has always been nonexistent at this particular store!!!! I had placed an order online with AT&T to trade in my phone for a new iPhone 11 and received an error message that they no longer had the color I wanted in stock. I called the store that I was going to pick it up from to see if they had the same model with the same storage in another color and spoke with Becky, who was very friendly and courteous over the phone. She offered to give me her work cell to let her know when I could make it in to the store, since I got off work an hour before they closed. I was able to make it in around 8:20 PM and was greeted by Becky in a friendly manner. We went over my best options to either trade in my phone or pay off my phone. Needless to say, I was the last person in the store until almost 10 PM, but Becky and her manager Thea (spelling?) were nothing short of amazing with customer service! Utterly amazed at the poor customer service we got today. And it occurred WHILE were getting the service installed. Needless to say, with an disbelieving laugh, I sent the technician walking. A first guy came out to the house to test signal strength. Low No problem. It happens. So the next guy comes out to confirm this. Yes, it's low. He runs a second wire across the back yard. (Oh...the first AT&T folks came here about four years ago, installed their obtrusive box in our yard and left the line exposed.) So this guy informs me that I'll need to call Customer Service and have the first guy come out again. Why is it my job to call the first guy? He's closed out "the ticket," he says. That sounds like so not my problem, I think. He ignores my confused look and hands me a card. "This time -- and this is my suggestion," he says, "ask him for an INID." That's an added thing that'll boost the signal up to the level the sales guy had promised us when we agreed to get their service. I tell him that since choosing AT&T was a borderline decision in the first place, and given all I've heard about AT&T Customer Service, that I won't bother doing his job for him and that we'll stick with the service we have. This is the time a caring employee would have jumped in, said that he understood and done whatever it took to keep me from jumping ship before I've even set foot on the freaking ship. But no. He just shrugged and told me, "Okay," as if he heard that sort of thing from time to time. Shameful. If this is the sort of customer service we were looking at, not going with them is a pretty simple decision. And that exposed cable in the back yard? Our star technician said that someone would be by in the next TEN days to bury it. I'm not holding out hope. read more

I walked in and got told I was checked in right away. I watched multiple customers get helped before me and after waiting about an hr I asked when I would be helped. I immediately got helped and my bill was lowered $25 a month and got unlimited data. So grateful! Thankful for the dragging experience that turned into a good one. Great job team. read more

It's hit or miss here, depending upon the person who helps you. Some are excellent and knowledgeable. They tend to move on to better jobs. Some are not so excellent and not so knowledgeable. They, alas, tend to hang around. Some people are forever up selling you. Others will give you just what you need and not try to load you down. Wait times are highly variable. Sometimes even a long line will move quickly. And others you will be stuck for an hour while some unfortunate tries to make sense of ATT service plans. Which is basically impossible. On the whole well stocked and on the whole friendly. I've found most employees well intentioned. There is always one who reminds you why you were so unhappy when ATT bought Cingular. No getting around. Lousy company, but sometimes this store makes it bearable. read more
