this review is based off of one employee and NOT the entire staff. an employee named lily came by…read moreand fixed the entire situation in under 5 mins for us so shout out lily. came in with the new iphone 17e from the deal they offer. phone just randomly stopped working , whatever. we proceed to tell the tech about what and how it happened and the situations leading up to the phone not working. older gentleman tells me that t mobile wouldn't be able to do anything about it and that apple would have to cover the replacement (not a problem for me). what became a problem was that after i tell the employee the phone flat out WONT TURN ON EVEN WHILE DEAD, he proceeds to look up word for word "how to reset and iphone 17e" into google . then proceeds to pass us off to another employee after saying, " let me go speak with my manager for a second." thankfully another wonderful employee fixed our situation in just under 5 mins and all is well, but for anyone that is actually reading this. STAY AWAY FROM THE OLDER GENTLEMAN.

The cut in for the sidewalk is narrower than ADA law and the parking spot itself is only just within ADA laws. Then going in, let's say seeing an older person in a wheelchair is a bullseye for the tactless sales pitch. I've visited this store 2 times and both times I felt as if I had been suckered. Last visit I stopped in to get a tablet. The Galaxy tab 9a I got was not at all what I was expecting in both storage and RAM. The storage I could live with using Sim cards but the RAM, had they told me how little RAM there was I would not have gotten it. They were busy so maybe they were just wanting to rush the crippled old fart out the door or maybe they just didn't care. My next visit (and will be the last one.) I went in to replace a damaged phone. I still owed money on the phone but assumed there would be enough on the trade to cover that cost. They wouldn't even discuss the trade and said my bill will only be a little bit higher for a couple months. (I don't believe it.) The woman was helpful with getting the smart switch going but then tried to push a new otter box and screen saver for an exorbitant price. The otter box alone was almost 30 bucks higher. Then there was a push for a new smart watch, and I was wearing a lot better and more expensive smart watch at the time. Believe it or not someone in a wheelchair can be an athlete and yes I am and complete on a national level. Then there was an issue I've been trying to address for a while of a mistry phone number on my account. She wouldn't cancel it and at my last visit they wouldn't cancel it either. I've been going to this store for the convenience of location, now if I keep T Mobile I'll be going to a different location
