We are senior citizens and were treated as if we didn't exist. Despite being customers for many years, we felt talked down to and ignored. Two employees were in the store when we entered. A "manager" and a employee who was helping another customer. The "manager" said he would get "one of my employees to help you" when we told him all we wanted was to switch sim cards to the new phone my wife purchased. The "manager" went off to sort boxes on his desk because there were no other customers in the store to help at that time. He could have helped us himself, but he chose housekeeping. We waited as the "manager" did his important housekeeping chores, totally ignoring us while the employee finished with his customer. We told him what we needed and he proceeded to ask where we bought the phone and how much we paid. My wife asked if she could transfer her pictures to her new phone and the employee said no she could not, which was a total lie, as we did it at home. This store needs someone from the corporate office to clean house. We visited the store on Wednesday, July 21st at about 1:30. read more

Seriously! They have two people working, they take 30 minutes to an hour with each person and then one of them disappeared into the back office for 20 Plus minutes. What is wrong with this place. For a customer who spends $350 Plus a month for my AT&T bill, this is insane. I pay you more then I pay for electricity, water or gas and I can't get service. Time to consider changing my provider for sure. Horrible service, long wait, people backed up that have other things to do. Unacceptable. Go with Verizon!!! read more

I want to be clear that this review and rating is for this store, it's employees and racially it's manager. I've been with AT&T since Cingular days and they've been pretty good. Long story short, we went in to add our 2 oldest sons, the assistant manager helped us ( Asian lady) and talked us into getting a free phone since we added 2 lines. We said 64 GB wasn't enough so she said the phone was still free and we'll just pay $5/ month for the additional GB's. It turns out there was no such special but thank God we had the receipt that stated the special we were promised. After 5 months and we were still being charged for the phone monthly the only answer we were getting from the manager was that he needed to talk to the regional manager. Another 2 months went by and nothing from the manager . When we went in the manager even refused to come out and talk to us. The most incompetent manager in any business that I have ever run across. In the end my wife found a phone number to AT&T that resolves those kind of problems and we paid for the extra gigs in one installment. Now my son needs a new phone and I told him there is no way we can trust that the special they are telling him about at this store is legit. We'll just have to go through our online account and see what specials they actually have. If this store tries to sell you on a deal be weary and double check with AT&T that that special actually is being offered otherwise you may end up paying for that phone out of your pocket even with proof of the special you were given. read more

I don't know why there are negative reviews for this AT&T Store. I've been here 4 times since they opened and each time the customer service and technical/product/service knowledge have been superb. Each time they have recommended money saving options. My last transaction with Gabe and Giavana was outstanding. I highly recommend this store. read more

Not to be trusted. No follow-up. Long story short. We moved four lines from Sprint to AT&T and were thrown in all the promotions (including tablets). Upon signing and paying we were given an Account Level Summary that clearly stated that our bill would be $203.46 (first bill pro-rated at $211.59) per month. The first bill came in and was a whopping $420.61. After some back and forth with one the Managers we settled on $293.01 (still $82 higher) but even that hasn't been adjusted yet and it is still very vague as to when this will be adjusted. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. A classic bait and switch, worthy of a day in Small Claims Court... Very sad. read more

Is there a zero rating? Never go here and don't buy services from this store! I went to this store to get my daughter an iPhone and was completely mislead into signing up for DirecTV . I was told I would receive a $200 gift card and only received $100. When I returned to the store 8 times over the course of 4 months because they wouldn't return my phone call, I was finally told I wasn't going to receive anything. The manager wouldn't even come out of the back room and discuss it with me face to face. I was told by the sales lady that I was going to get wireless DirecTv receivers. When the DirecTv installation tech arrived he informed me that i would have to pay an additional $120. I saved him about 4 hours of work and I had to pay extra - insane! The DirecTv installation tech seemed like he was working for a completely different company than AT&T and pretty much everything that they told me I would get from the AT&T store was incorrect. My DirecTv service is horrible. it constantly freezes. My bill has been different than i expected based on what they told me every month. Don't go to this store. They do not understand the services they are selling and they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign up. read more

Came in to get a new phone charger the other day. I was "greeted" by Noah who took 10 minutes to even come to my aid because he was busy gossiping with another employee. When he saw me, he laughed, motioned at my body and I saw him mouth "fat and disgusting" to the person he was talking to. He came over to me, was the most unhelpful as I asked him about whether or not they put screen protectors on or not. He rolled his eyes and said "I mean we do but it's super easy to do it yourself". I wouldn't be asking if I wanted to do it myself. I got fed up and asked why he was so rude, and he said he doesn't like fat women. I was SHOCKED and asked for a manager, to which he said was not available and they wouldn't believe me anyways because he was a top sales associate. I cannot believe how disgusting you allow your store to run and the fact that you hire disgusting fatphobic people like this. I just moved to the area and I will be taking all my business to any other store now that this has become an unsafe space for me. read more

By far the worst att store around. The customer service team acts like they want to help you but then lies just to get you out of the store. I went in to talk to the manager because I wasn't receiving my bogo credits. I was told by one employee the manger was sick and then by another employee the manager on vacation. They then told me that they will email the manager with my issue and I should expect a resolution in a couple days. It's been three weeks without a response. I'm not sure how you run a store without a manger. read more

I would have given -1 Stars if that was an option. This store is TERRIBLE!!!! I worked for an ATT authorized retailer for 5 years and always heard how awful the corporate locations were, but I wanted to make my own judgement and it was just as awful as I had heard from customers! The sales rep left me on the floor alone for over an hour while he "talked" with his manager about my "situation". I was there to trade in my old phone and upgrade to a new one, which I am fully aware is not a difficult thing to do. I honestly felt like the moment I informed the repair my previous ATT experience, he didn't care at all what I was trying to do. He even went as far as to say "You don't have friends that could help you with this?" Wow!! What a waste of time and to make matters worse once I got home my phone was no longer working because he changed my SIM card. I will NEVER be returning to this location and would NEVER recommend this place!! Go to the location on Pico, they will actually assist you and at the least act like you are somewhat important and that your business matters. I feel sorry for the people who work here because acting in the completely unprofessional manner that was shown to me will not only drive business away, but cause more then necessary escalations. Oh and the reps name was Cameron or Calvin or something like that, and his supposed manager never made an appearance, even after it was requested and refused to give any contact info. I would like to give this location a negative 10 stars!!! I purchased a brand new Iphone10 and in 3 days the display went bad, it wasn't dropped it just failed! I brought it back in the store where I purchased it and showed the sales associate the phone, He said "its a failed pixel and we can not replace your phone here at the store, even though they have a 2 week return policy, he said "because its damaged you HAVE TO bring it back to the Apple store and they will REPLACE the phone", so needless to say I was beyond upset, I asked for a manager but there was not one there at the time! Because if you've ever tried to go to an apple store its a 4 hour ordeal and trying to get an appointment in the same week is utterly impossible!! So, a couple days later I returned to talk to a manager, she was professional, but was absolutely no help and told me the same thing, that I would have to go to the apple store to get my phone REPLACED, again I was livid but to no avail! So, today I went to the Apple Store in Palm Desert on El Paseo Dr. and told the check in guy what the problem was he said we will see you in an hour and a half to two hours so I said ok, they texted me and i was there on time. Upon talking to the technician he informed me that they would NOT REPLACE my 2 week old Iphone 10 but they would replace the display only, I asked for a manager and they would not replace it no mater what, so thats that, I purchased a $1000.00 dollar phone which failed in 3 day and they corporate giants don't have the integrity to stand behind there product! I'm a business man and I stand behind my products and services for 5 years, no questions asked! So thanks a lot Apple and ATT for taking advantage of a hard working consumer! read more

My Husband and i went into this AT&T location yesterday to just see if they really would buy out contracts from other Carriers. We walked out with 2 new Samsung Galaxy 7 (waterproof), a tablet, a watch, a waterproof wireless speaker. amazing cases and home Internet with 600 GB instead of the 350 GB our old provider gave us. in the end we will be paying 30 bucks a month cheaper than right now and we have more top of the line devices for our Business. EVERYONE at this location was amazing and helpful and informative. Nikki was our Representative and she is beyond amazing! patient, kind, funny, and super helpful! we had our 2 kids with us and she brought out paper and highlighters to keep them entertained. let us put Cartoons on. I needed to call the store later on and they once again went above and beyond to answer my questions. Today i decided to change the color of my case. man what a headache this was for Nikki and my new amazing Representative Scott. I'm not an easy customer and AT&T rules wasn't making this easy for them to do a simple exchange, but these two Nikki and Scott never gave up to make sure i got exactly what i wanted. i recommend this location to everyone i highly recommend asking for Nikki and Scott, but if they aren't there EVERYONE at this store is super helpful and awesome. read more

Javecia did a wonderful job reviewing our current (confusing) plans and found a shared data/text/call plan that gave the 5 of us all UNLIMITED service and also added mobile hot spots for $40 less per month! I had been a customer of ATT for over 20 years. Went to upgrade an iPhone and had been sent a 'sprint' (per the IMEI #, didn't know they could do that) phone by the insurance company a year earlier when they replaced a broken phone. ATT asst manager suggested I must of changed phones with someone and I had to contact the insurance company which I did. Asurion insurance confirmed I had the correct phone they sent me and would make a note on my file. Went back to store. Still wouldn't upgrade and told me I had to speak to Apple! Called Apple they told me it was 'carrier released' and there should not be a problem with ATT. I went BACK to the store (third day and 9 hours of my time) told them to contact both Apple AND asurion to confirm. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. ATT's insurance is who sent me the phone they would not upgrade yet they refused to assist on fixing the problem. AND it is a corporate store it a franchise!! I even spent an hour on the phone with the rentention department! Needless to say I have cancelled ALL ATT service and phones (5) and have joined Verizon which has been great! read more

By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. At&t representative completely gave me false information about an upgrade on my account and screwed me. I realized the mistake - thankfully only a few days later and spoke with at&t customer service on the phone. They assured me to go back to the point of sale to have it reversed and get a refund. No one could help me except the manager and she apparently leaves everyday at 4 pm, so I had to leave work early in order to get there. Yvette - the store manager is rude, condescending, has absolutely no people skills, couldn't even look at me when she was speaking to me & never took her eyes off her ipad. She told me she could take back the new phone but she could not refund me my money. I asked why not and her answer was simply "because I just can't". I asked to speak to someone above her and she told me there wasn't anyone. I was so nice and explained my whole horrible ordeal to her and she didn't even listen to me, called me a thief and a liar as well. After i left I called customer service again and they informed me again - that i should have been issued a full refund. I do not know why this manager thought she could make her own call - when it was clearly stated in my account notes. She should be fired, I left the store in tears and she told me she called security on me because I was acting irrational, when I did not even raise my voice. I literally left in tears and no issues resolved at all. I cannot believe I have been a loyal customer to at&t for over 10 years and I was treated so disrespectful in front of other customers as well. Now i have to leave work again to try this whole process at a different store. read more

We went to this store at 10:45 on a Wednesday and were greeted by an employee who told us it would be a 45 minute wait to be helped because they only had one person to help us and three customers were ahead of us. She told us to come back after 11:30 and there would be more employees and less of a wait. We came back at 12:00 to try to get help with an error on our bill. They told us they would be right with us as soon as one of the employees finished with the customers they were helping. At 1:10 after we asked if they were ever going to help they finally got to us. After showing them our bill and explaining the problem they told us they could not help us because the error on our bill was created by someone we went to at a "non-corporate" store. We would have to go back to that store to get it corrected. What kind of business cannot fix account problems at any of their stores? How would anyone even identify a "non-corporate" store since they all say ATT on the building? We have been to this store twice and last time we waited so long we had to leave. I am done with ATT if this is the service you can expect. We will be going with a different provider. I highly recommend that no one does business at this store. We purchased the phone, I-pad and plan from this store a year ago and they were not able to resolve this problem. If you are looking for a wireless provider that will provide service after your purchase go to someone other than ATT and certainly do not go to this store. read more
