I hate to give mediocre ratings but coming to this store is always a minimum of a one-hour ordeal. I came in to upgrade 2 phone lines and spent around 90 mins to do it. Throughout that entire time the rep kept trying to upsell me on everything from Apple watches to chargers, cases, and additional lines even after I told him I already had one unused line. I also asked him if he could waive the activation fees considering I've been a 10 year customer and he said I'd have to call AT&T and ask...uhhhh...aren't YOU AT&T? Overall I was underwhelmed by the level of service. I left having spent over $600 and he didn't seem to care, he was interrupted by other reps at least 5 times so he could help them with their customers needs and he would just leave me sitting there while he essentially trained staff. Now this wasn't an isolated incident, it happened during my whole 90 minute visit. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated and annoyed. read more

I have had the privilege of being helped by Two of AT&T's best employees Sam and Scotty. They have the best energy, vibes, and patience. I can't. say. ENOUGH ! about my visit to this store :) I'm a bit of a diva so finding a sales person that can hear me out BEFORE dismissing me (especially when I already feel like throwing this effing phone at the FIRST person I see) is usually the biggest challenge. There was a girl there named Selena who was super patient with me, and was willing to reason with me even tho I was a little over the top. So helpful, and even made a few suggestions I never thought I would consider, given that I'd be spending more money, but she's right. I DO spend like...2/3 of my life on my phone and computer, so I shouldn't feel guilty about leveling up. It's more of an investment when you think of how we use it for family, AND work. read more

We went to the Upland store yesterday and we stood in the doorway without anyone so much as even acknowledging our presence! I was a walk in yesterday and was immediately greeted by Mark. It was my lucky day. I had purchased a new I phone from Costco and was needing my photos transferred from my old Samsung to my new phone. Mark said no problem and started working on getting it done. My Samsung was quite old and he worked on it quite a while to make it happen. After transferring some one thousand photos he spent more time with me answering all my questions about my new phone and actually walking me through it. Thank you Mark you made me very happy. I have never been so put down by a store manager. They failed to cancel the service of my dead father after I brought them in the death certificate and 3 months later I'm still getting bills that show they went to collections. I went in there again and spoke with the manager and she was nothing rude to me. She walked up to me like a smartass and said " is it ok if I speak now?" And I told her that she doesn't need to speak to me that way that if she has something to say to me just say it. She said " If I say what I want to say then you will have a bigger problem with me" I feel like just because I am a white male and she is an African American female, I was being discriminated against. I have never met a business manager that is so rude.. Verizon has better customer service by far. I'm going to speak with my attorney and see about going after her job and filing a lawsuit against ATT for discrimination. I had a witness with me plus I recorded the conversation. read more

This is my second AT&T store I've been too for the same issue I've been having. Horrible customer service. Overall, the entire company has horrible customer service. Whether you call or go into the store. They would love to sell you products, but definitely not help you solve issues. Cell service and directv are great products, but no customer service at all. They charged me for a phone I sent back and no one could fix it right at this store, it took several visits a ton of attitude ( Rochelle, Roxanne something like that) and a lack of returning call or messages( Denise, Asst Mgr) with an update and a very lazy store manager I am talking about you Scott It literally took me completely losing my shit and getting kicked out of here and going to Chino store to get it fixed after just one visit( Carlos at Chino is AMAZING) He needs to training the management team at San Dimas for sure. They are not all bad I have been going here for 10 years mark is fantastic as is Jonathan The managers suck end of the day ATT screwed up and issued a larger credit than they were supposed to ( $ 410) I was only expecting 203. I cant be too mad But I am sure I am not welcome back in the San Dima store. DID YOU KNOW they have 4 F word limit ? after that you are gone. Would LOVE to chat with someone at Cerritos or Dave Kuhlman directly about this location Att has so many issue with customer service it really sad. I haven't had good experiences at this location in the past so I was hesitant on walking in the door. But I needed an issue fixed with my phone. I was 2nd on the list when I walked in. As I was waiting a 'scraggly' looking lady walked in and immediately started describing her problem to an employee who was signing people in. She didnt want to be signed in, she just wanted her phone fixed. At first I wasn't happy that her questions were being answered while I was STILL waiting, but he maintained his composure and eventually got her name and added her to the list. I recently visited this store to upgrade to new iPhone 12. Right away, the store manager greeted us outside with a friendly demeanor to advise us there would be a bit of a wait due to all store agents assisting other customers and store is adhering to social distancing rules. We agreed to wait outside. Once inside, the store agent, Josh was able to help us. Josh was very patient and well informed on the device we were interested in buying. Josh did a great job assisting us, he was very professional and kind. I appreciated the friendliness of the store manager and the agents, all were very professional and courteous and happy to help us with our questions. I went to store try to use my business existing phone line to upgrade the new phone device. However, the sales name "Joshua C" trapped me to create two new phone number that never explained to me. After I went home and found out on the receipt had two new numbers that I never permission to creat. Then I went back to store and he apology that he cannot cancal the two line for me because he tied the new device phone in one of the new line and he only able to cancel one line for me. Therefore I told him I would like to change phone number, so he change for me said it's free. Before I left the store, I asked "Joshua C" one more time that my bill will only show one new phone number (which I never permited in the beginning, but had to force to accpet it) on my bill. He said yes, only one new number will be showed on the bill. However I just look the new monthly statement now and it's show 3 new lines in my bill with huge amount of charged. "Joshua C" is very dishonest sales and I will never let him do my service again!!! read more

July 25 they ported her phone number away to another carrier. I (her son in-law) could not reach her thinking the worst I rushed to her home.... she was ok but her phone was dead called service, only to hear the number i entered was no longer part of ATT :( then 6hrs later we got assurances that she would have her phone working by August 2nd(this was soo not acceptable) she is 90 years old and may need emergency services. August 2nd came and went :( new expedited promises of connecting her with a temporary number to that appointment was move up and done on Saturday 3rd August . With again the promises of her original number on the 9th Friday. Got home from work to read her face book post about her phone not working still :( so I tried to call her yes I can't call her on either number. Att service gets a 1 star. read more
