This store is honestly horrible. I do not recommend coming to this store for numerous reasons. I came into this store wanting to trade in my iPhone XR for the iPhone 12 Pro on may 13. They told us we have a month to trade in our old phone in case we needed time to transfer data and other files from the old phone. Knowing that I was told I had a month I decided to go into at&t on June 3rd (3 weeks later) to turn it in and was told they may not accept it due to covid regulations. The promo for trade in is only 2 weeks but due to covid they extended it's to a month. However the scumbag of an employee named Leo told us we have a month and did not disclose that it was actually only 2 weeks. Secondly the same employee Leo had lied to us about the screen protectors. We were thinking of purchasing a screen protector and had said that they are life time warranty. We wanted to make sure that this was true and he stated that we are able to replace the screen protector as long as we have the receipt and can come into the store with no charge on us, we can come in and it will all be covered. He lied. I came into the store on June 3rd and was told I needed to pay $8 shipping fee. It was not free and he is a liar. When I did come in to replace my screen protector they were out of stock. So I called today june 8 to ask if they have any in stock and spoke to the employee RJ and had specifically told him I have an iPhone 12 Pro and wanted to check if you have any in stock in your store before I drive over there and waste my time if there isn't any. He said yes I have some in stock just come by today. I came by today and he did not have any and wasted my time when he told me he did. THIS STORE IS A PIECE OF SHIT. read more

I was a walk-in at the San Dimas store and was greeted at the door by a lovely lady. Mask rules were in place and I was immediately invited to sit at one of the tables. They were quite busy but still made sure to let me know when I would be seen. I'd like to give a BIG shout out to Mark who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my issues. He has over 20 years of experience and it shows. Mark even fixed some problems I was having with my iPhone that were unrelated to my visit. Allow me to start by saying, Customer Service is a difficult job, especially when it comes to capacity rules with Covid. People are already angry. However, the system they have at this store is functional. Walked in to buy my daughter a new cell phone. They put my name on the list and informed me of the wait. Great! We had twenty minutes to run errands and head back. A monitor inside the store, mounted to the ceiling, reveals where you are on the list. It flashes back and forth between customers with appointments and walk ins. Brilliant, but people don't read and aren't very observant. We worked with Jaime and Bryan G and they were so great. Informative and patient. Walked me through everything and I ended up saving money on a hot spot. I've been to many stores and the workers aren't as willing to help, but Bryan and Jaime were really professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and even applied the gear for my daughters new iPhone 12. They spoke highly of the company and were all together high spirited people. I went to a few places and the employees were just not helpful or nice, mostly teenagers that didn't care about their job. That does determine my decision when I get the proper help and direction towards a good phone and plan. Our account has 2 active lines and 1 reserve line because we're waiting for the IPhone 7 Plus. The account is in my husband's name and I am an authorized user. I needed a hotspot device, but they said my husband needs to be there. What is the point of having me as an authorized user if they don't allow me to do anything. I called the customer service (611) and ordered it without my husband and they are allowing me to add the hotspot device and add a different plan for it. This is ridiculous!!! read more

Today I had a horrible issue with my newly purchased iPhone 11 Pro Max and the store where I bought it from could not assist me, and they did not have the color I wanted. I was sent to the San Dimas location on arrival I was greeted by the store manger Scotty he was already aware of my situation which made the process extremely pleasant. Scotty was so friendly he had out of this world customer service service it was so amazing ! He quickly solved the issue at hand. I was having a bad day considering I use my cell for all work purposes. He quickly got me up and running again. I highly recommend this store location. Very friendly clean and professional. Wait times are always long. People are mostly nice but they have no sense of people's time. There really should be more people working inside. There is usually always 1-2 people working in back when there are 3-5 customers waiting. Customer service should be their first priority. Been with ATT for more than 20 yrs. So I've been a long time customer with unlimited data and text for $75 a month. Well My mom and sister were added to my account. I was told that my plan would remain the same and that my mom and sis were billed separate. WELL My plan was changed to only 10 KB for all 3 of US!! So we were lied to!! So my mom goes to the store today to tell them to fix it and the manager "Christopher" said he couldn't and said no to returning the phones. Guess what Christopher called corporate and got what I wanted. Don't come to this store while Christopher is the manager here!!!! He had the nerve to say he couldnt return the phones. The worse customer service EVER!! From the poor sales person who initially sold my mother a phone she did not want and then told her she would have to pay a $40.00 Restocking charge!! While she was still in the store! I told my elderly mother to go to the store and pick out her phone and add it to my account. The sales guy called me and I gave him all my information. So he clearly knew I was adding my mother to my account. He kept trying to sell her Uverse and she kept telling him it was her daughters account!! And she did not need cable !!! He rang up a phone she did not want. She told him she did not want that phone. He told her she would have to pay a $40.00 restocking charge!!! How underhanded is that!!! I tried to reach the store by phone - NOPE. I tried the next day. I did reach someone who told me Eliza the manager was out but would return in an hour. Ok have her call me - NOPE Called the following day and was able to speak to the store Manager Eliza. . Eliza made excuses for not returning my phone call the previous day ( you know so busy... ) But of course she knows MY FRUSTRAION!! Nothing more infuriating when the entity causing your frustration feels it too!! We made arrangements for my mother to return to the store the next day @ 2. She would have the assistant manager help her as she speaks Spanish. Her manager would be in at 12pm and wanted to make the appt for 12:30pm. I asked her to make the appointment when it was best for the person who would be helping my mother. I did not want her to come in as the assistant manger would just be getting there. I wanted to make sure she was not rushed in helping my mother. My mother went in at 2:30 and everyone has amnesia. Eliza's excuse was her appointment was at 2 not 2:30!!!!! But again she felt my frustration!! The person who was assigned to help her was not Spanish speaking nor had a clue as to what had transpired!!! (by the way she never asked about the sales guy that sold my mother the phone - mmm maybe he could have been retrained... maybe....) Upselling and ripping off old people seems to be what they consider customer service. I did get a hold of the regional manager and she was helpful. But why put your customers through such an ordeal!!! Ridiculous way to treat someone who has been a customer since 2001! I came here a few hours ago to get a new SIM card for a replacement iPhone that I had bought second-handed. I walked into the store, made eyes with a sales associate, looked where his eyes darted, found a sign-in sheet, and I was prompted to get in queue so they can help me. It was a fast queue. I got in at 4:45 and was helped by 4:53. I explained my situation to the sales associate (I believe his name was Joe--a helpful fellow, he was), and he proceeded to help me. I had to make a call home to verify I was an account owner and all was said and done within 5 minutes. In and out service. Much appreciated. Terrible service. Came into store and there was 3 AT&T employees with 2 customers. Was told to wait and 10 minutes later a guy walks in late to his appointment. Waited 10 more minutes then a 4th worker came out to tell me to come back in 20 minutes or make an appointment. Well this info should have been given to me when I walked in not 20 min later. Also how does 4 employees with 3 customers mean I need to wait a total of 40 minutes to get helped. Go to a different location before coming here. They are only concerned about their breaks and taking their time instead of helping customers that own 14 AT&T phone lines which should make me a valued customer. Guess not. read more

Joseph - Jonathon - and Michael - all outstanding customer service. Since the mob scene of the iPhone 6 launch on Sept 19 - almost all AT&T stores have been swamped. Once I got inside to place my order (yes I waited in a line and tried the pre-order but both sold out quickly) - all three were very helpful in taking my order as well as explaining the difference between the NEXT and installment agreement plan. Also they extended the trade in for my iPhone 5 since the ship dates were running 28-35 days out. I observed many people being rude as they had to wait in line - but J-J- and M all kept their cool and were very helpful once my number came up. They are the main reason I am staying with AT & T - they beat out VZ customer service all the time. Sometimes the smaller stores have great people working for them. Give them a try. I have always hated going to this place! Takes forever and there is no sense of urgency whatsoever. Today was no different. There were three other customers waiting, including myself. Not one employee acknowledged our presence for quite a while. So I walked up to one of the employees and asked if if they were taking names or something and eventually, they did! Terrible customer service, which I find appalling considering how much I pay to be an ATT customer! The reason they even have two stars is because of Samantha!
