I had a new Z-Fold phone where the left half of the screen went solid green. They arranged for a replacement after significant paperwork. It took a week for the new phone to arrive. And IT went belly up in two days! But I went to the internet first, instead of Verizon, where I was advised by some helpful poster to RESET everything and AVOID 'enhanced' settings. Did so and problems disappeared and have not returned. AI is highly overrated! Be VERY careful allowing the phone to 'think' for you. All the fancy 'adaptive' options are VERY unreliable. AND most of the staff in the stores are just not up to the challenge. BUT WORSE, Verizon 5G is just not there! And neither are ANY of the other vendors, except in densely populated areas! They SELL 5G service but it just isn't there! They SELL 5G 'home internet' but it isn't there! Their nearest 5G service is not close enough to reach with the phone or the 'home internet router'! Lots of 4 and 3G, even 2G! No 5G! In my area, ALL 5G is T-Mobile and concentrated around the local interstate highway! NO VERIZON 5G, even though they SELL it.
