Please do not ever purchase any electronics here! If you have apple products, go directly to the Apple Store! AT&T does not follow their warranty coverage that is stated on their website "any device is replaceable within 14 days of purchase as long as there's no physical damage". My phone had manufacturing errors which was confirmed by apple upon running tests and they replaced it no issue. However, apple guided me to resolve the issue with the att corporate store (this location) but AT&T policy was not followed at this location nor another location so please do not purchase items here! The store manager doesn't care and will argue with you his made up statements just so he doesn't lose commission. read more

Liars liars liars. Please don't come here. All the reviews that say " oh please call and ask for Kristen" - omg, she's the biggest scoundrel of them all. If she can't make a commission off of you, she throws you away like a piece of trash. I was sick and she says "you look fine to me". She went on and on about some weird home internet thing and we came in for phones! Had she not wasted our time on that, we could've completed the sale! I didn't want internet! I just had new internet installed! The manager Ed did not advocate for us or for her misinformation. She told us come to the store and we can fix things or if not cancel ( I ended up doing a phone sale and AT&T billed me for 2 ghost lines for December and January and I had just walked into the store the end of January). So the Kristen had a huge chip on her shoulder because I completed the sale on the phone ( thus losing commission) and her sarcastic comments. She goes in the back to Ed as soon as we get there, comes out and says we can either be on the phone 3 hours to fix this or you can go home and cancel this on your own. BYE. We're like, we came here for you to tell us that????!!! Then the prices were the same as on the internet and she promised she'd give me a deal. I called Ed over and told him about the situation , he just kept repeating " I don't know, I don't what was said ". She literally said " YOU shouldn't have called on the phone to do the sale because all the reps on the phone are UNEDUCATED ". OMG! Isn't that like, insulting your team member. I get it, you lost your commission but geez. Then she walks away to Ed all pissy and starts talking about us behind our back. Unreal - I've been an AT&T customer for a long time and the way I've been treated absolutely disgusts me. Went in to get a better rate - I was assured multiple times by an employee that the rate she gave me was less expensive than my current plan. Only to find out that it's more expensive - that was just the start of the lies from AT&T. (She also told me the phone would have to be activated at the store - then changed her mind and said I could do it at home... but still had the phone shipped to the store. Also told me deliveries are before noon - it arrived after 1:30). A Manager named Jeff called me the next day and he assured me he would call me to make things right after he looked into this - he insisted that he would call me back by the time the phone was delivered to store. Of course, he didn't. Called AT&T to cancel. They told me I had to go to the store and do that. They couldn't even figure out how to do that. So now, *I* have to ship back a phone I want to cancel that *they* decided to send to their store to begin with. When I left the store, I asked that store manager Jeff please call me - it's been a couple of days now and I haven't heard a thing. Isn't there any accountability? This is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I'm not a guy that ever writes reviews, this is my first one, I feel even if I can save even one persons time, it'll be worth it. Very upset I had to even chose ONE star to be able to leave a comment. STAY AWAY!!! Scammers, liars, rude, unprofessional!! I had to come back & forth 5-7 times in a matter of 2 weeks for no reason at all. Every time I was helped by a different associate, they were ALL bad. I was assured to have a $65 plus tax plan with a first month payment of "no more than $120". Bill comes in at $290 first month & $210 PER MONTH for ONE line! When I went to cancel in the 14 day grace period, because of that, along with the service being pretty bad itself. They told me to "come back when a manager is here" or "call customer care, they should be able to help" When I called customer care, they would tell me to go back into this store. It got pushed back to the 14th day, THE VERY LAST DAY until I insisted I wouldn't leave until I got my refund & even stayed 10 minutes AFTER closing time (yes, I was forced to be that customer) before they finally gave in & gave me my refund after lying saying they can't refund me without a manger in the building or else they would have to delete my phone number that I've had for 10 years+ & to, quote-unquote "come back tomorrow bro". Keep in mind, tomorrow would be too late for me & I would be locked in!! THIS PLACE & ALL ASSOCIATES HERE SHOULD NOT BE SERVING PEOPLE!! DISGRACE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Absolutely awful customer service. We made an appointment and we arrived early. We were simply checked in upon arrival and had to sit and wait. It hit our appointment time and nothing. Then a couple walked in and were taken before us. We waited a half hour after our scheduled appointment time and were not seen. We ended up leaving and asking for the managers name. The employee was rude and unapologetic and just seemed uninterested. Awful experience. read more

I am baffled. I just bought new phones from there this week and ordered screen protectors online. I went into the store because I was told customer service would put the screen protector on for me and the girl, Natalia, was beyond rude and unhelpful. Since I didn't buy the protector from them they wouldn't not put it on. Mind you it was 1:30 on a Saturday, so it was busy, but is that a reason for poor customer service? I was looking to change cell phone carriers. I had a couple of people suggest AT&T. For personal reasons, I disliked AT&T but I thought I would give them a chance. I was impressed at the way they handled the customer service when you walk in the door. They have someone there that takes your name and puts you on the waiting list. We went on a Monday afternoon and they were busy with a 30 minute wait. But it was worth the wait after our experience there. Sarah took great care of us the whole time. My switching over from one carrier to another and getting everything off my old phone when I didn't have it backed up properly wasn't the easiest and smoothest transfer. But Sarah went above and beyond and was very patient and reassuring that everything would be done correctly. She wanted to make sure that we left there with the reassurance that everything was fine with my new phone, that we were happy and that we felt we received the best service that she could provide. If you visit AT&T on Hall road, I would recommend asking for Sarah to assist you. She's very detailed in everything from explaining things to you and assisting with your problems or concerns. Thank you Sarah! You're the best! Five stars for Sarah. 4 only because of the 30 minute wait to be helped. read more

They need a quick register. If someone comes in wanting to buy a phone case or return ear buds, they are signed into the cue and people are seen on a first come first serve basis. This makes simple transactions lengthy and difficult. I had to wait an hour to return a phone case which took 3 minutes. When I was a Verizon customer, they had specialists and wait lists for different concerns which cut down on wait times. Take note, AT&T! read more

After spending over an hour on the phone with AT&T customer support, we were forced to go to the store for a resolution to our issue. Employee Amin was the only employee we dealt with. Despite explaining that we had been speaking with customer service for over an hour and were growing increasingly frustrated, Amin, still made us wait. However, he ended up being the one to help us, so I'm not sure why we had to wait for him when he was just standing by the door. We explained our issue to Amin and he assured us that he could rectify the situation. Unfortunately he did not completely resolve our problem, even though he said our issue was resolved when we left the store for the first time. We were attempting to have a Samsung Galaxy LTE watch activated and paired to an existing cell line. Amin did get the watch activated. What he failed to do was correctly pair the device so that all calls/texts went through the original line like it should. We took his word that the process was complete and correct, so we left the store assuming we would be satisfied. However, after testing the product on our own, we quickly realized that it was not done correctly. So, we went back to the store. We were again greeted by Amin, who seemed confused and annoyed that we had returned. After explaining that the devices were still not synced/paired properly, he said that he did what he could and that we would have to call AT&T customer support. We did not feel like this should be our responsibility, especially after all that we had been through earlier that morning with customer support. We asked if he could call on our behalf so that we would not have to wait on hold and so that we would get a more accurate and prompt response and solution. After all, isn't that what an AT&T representative is for? To assist paying customers? Amin told us that he calls the same customer support line that we would be calling so there was no difference whether he called and assisted us or if we called on our own. Amin really made us feel like he had no interest in taking time to help us any further, even though he was the one who originally failed to resolve the issue to begin with. We then asked to just cancel all service and we were going to switch to a carrier with better customer care and support. His response was that we would still have to call customer support to do that. Amin was extremely rude, uncaring and unhelpful. He has no business being employed in the position that he is in. We are still strongly considering cancelling and switching carriers, even while still under contract and incurring early termination penalties, just so that we won't have to deal with store representatives like Amin again. An additional note, when trying to have a problem resolved, the last thing we want to hear about is purchasing additional services and how great they are from AT&T. read more

I called this location to ask if they had any iPhone 8's in and the one person I spoke to Stan said they did. I then spoke with a girlfriend of mine and she mentioned that some phone stores were not transferring information over to new phones so I decided to call back and ask they could do that, and I also asked again to double check if they had iPhone 8's in and the lady I spoke with said they did. When I called back the next day again to see if they could tell me what phones they did have in stock Stan asked me if I had called twice the day before and I said yes, and the he told me very abruptly that they had lots of phones in stock and that they were a very busy store. So I told him I would be canceling my appointment and going to another store. This is not how to treat a customer! I don't care how busy you are. You are a customer based industry and should be treating customers better than this. Yes customers can be a pain in the but at times, but you should still treat them with respect! read more
