This is a retail store that focuses on upselling customers. The technical skills of the staff are virtually nonexistent. Case in point: I brought in an unlocked flip phone with an eSIM and was seeking to transfer her pre-existing AT&T service to the flip phone. I was told to wait a few months and to come back when that type phone was in stock. Wrong answer. I went in a second time and was told that the phone was not compatible with AT&T and to bring in a phone that is compatible. Upon researching further, the phone recommendations of that staff person were incorrect. Knowing that the phone in was indeed compatible with AT&T, I went in a third time and stood my ground. Finally, the staff person admitted that yes, service can be transferred to the flip phone, but he didn't know how to do it. He recommended that I go to the AT&T store in Middletown. Sure enough, I went, and got service activated on the phone with no problem. Although everyone was "nice" that does not make up for the ignorance and bald faced lying that took place over 3 visits. Shame on you AT&T for staffing your corporate stores with poorly trained people who only know how to sell. read more

A few days ago, I came in for a new iPhone 16 and was helped by an employee that goes by Smurf. He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful employee I've ever had the privilege of interacting with. I never leave reviews, but this Smurf guy was so helpful I just had to share my experience. The day after I bought my phone, my camera lens protector broke, and when I came in for a replacement, he was extremely helpful and had me in and out of the store in no time. Any time I visit again, I'm gonna be sitting and waiting for him to finish with other customers so I can get his services again. Thanks Smurf! read more

What a pleasure to find a young man willing to help with a smile on his face. Ethan G was very helpful with all three of us.He also even while helping us continued to greet others as they entered the store. The absolute worst customer service. I was not acknowledged when walking in and noticed that there were 3 other people standing around. One worker was helping a customer at a table and the second worker went into the back for what was about 20 minutes. Once the second worker came back out, she also did not acknowledge a single customer in the store. She then just stood by the table with the other worker and said she was going to observe them. I walked out and will not be back to this store. read more

Laziest group of people I have ever seen. I have been there trying to get a number migrated to them from their prepaid service and was told one thing from one company and another from them. Would not go see them if you paid me. read more

I've been to this location several times over the last six months and I have nothing but great customer service. I've had several issues (none that were because of AT&T) and they were all resolved quickly. Each time I enter the store the staff is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. read more

Horrible experience! My husband went there last night (11/1/17) to purchase a new phone. They refused to sale him a phone. He was trying to buy a new phone to replace his current broken phone. He was buying the phone at retail price and did not want to change the current plan. He did not want to finance the phone to the bill. They refused to sale him a phone unless he financed 1.00 (obviously to make him change his plan). Once he informed them that he was not financing the phone they asked him to leave the store and told him that he could buy his phone at the apple store or best buy. This is the same ATT store that we have used for years. Over the past few years the store service (by the sales representatives) has worsened. The sales representatives are clearly driven by making commission and incentives, oppose to helping long-time loyal customers. Today I called ATT customer service and they do report that is no reason why they did not sale my husband a phone at retail price last night. read more

The staff member last night, was very rude and obnoxious. My phone was damaged and the salesperson(use that term loosely) kept telling me that I willfully destroyed my phone. I left with a migraine and will never go back. read more
