When I called Best Buy to complain about the fact that their site literally takes me to a product with a different sky # when I click on "Buy Again" - i got a "oh - you can't click on that, it doesn't work". This is massively misleading and appears to be done with intent. The product itself is great, but the premise under which we made the purpose feels like a complete scam.
