I went to this AT&T location in Shirley around 5:00 PM on a weekday, so it was a bit busy and I waited about 20 minutes without an appointment--definitely recommend avoiding peak hours if you're in a rush! That was my bad for not realizing the time of day. That said, once I was helped, I had a great experience. A super helpful associate named Karim assisted me (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly!). My phone screen had broken, and I had no idea how to transfer all my data to a new phone. Karim took care of everything for me in about 10-15 minutes. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, didn't charge anything for the help, and even gave me detailed info about new Samsung and Google Pixel phones in case the one I bought as a quick replacement didn't work out. The store itself was very clean, and all the Samsung and Google Pixel display models were working, which I appreciated. I do wish there were more case options for non-iPhone models and that they were displayed higher up like the iPhone cases--you currently have to bend down to see them. Overall, a great experience. This review is for the AT&T location on NY Avenue in Huntington. The salespeople will tell you anything to get you to sign up. Promised rebate of $249 activation fee, never received. After several trips to the store, we were assured it would be on the next bill. Still haven't gotten it after 6 months of billing. Assured bill would be $180 a month with fees and taxes. Bill is always $225 a month (with discounts and two phones on the bill we don't even own). Last night we got an email, the new bill would be over $300 a month for the two new Sim cards we ordered yesterday. We never ordered SIM cards. This place is very disreputable! read more

Figured I'd give this location a try after reading several negative reviews however I should've listened to my first instinct. I arrived at 8:35pm on Tuesday October 25th an was told to come back after 10am the following day because the computers would be shut down by a quarter to 9 my upgrade was not a very lengthy or dificult process however I was met with less than helpful customer service upon entry to this location and this is after having spent $1,130.16 in services over the last 45 days!!!! I have been a customer of a t and t for 10 years. Got a new I phone 13 went to this corporate store to have service transferrred. To new phone. Salesman I think Mgr wanted to know if I was going to purchase case screen saver Spent an hour with me which included time he took flirting with young female assistant while I was waiting. At end he was not up to task And told me I would have to go to apple and come back I went to apple and they completed in 15 minutes. No problem Att staff untrained and unprofessional Would not return. Thinking of switching to T mobile I am a 75 yo senior citizen and it was 90 plus degrees. This location is terrible! They are dishonest and will lie to you. The "used car like salesmen" swindled me into a deal by saying his manager would give me a 100 dollar credit on my next bill. Well, 2 billing cycles later and still no credit. I went into the store and the woman manager was dismissive and rude. Told me she would do it. Two months later still nothing. read more

Do not go to this store. You will get ripped off. I initially went in late Aug 2021 to add my son to my account and get him a new phone. I was helped by a representative named Saif. I was told about this great deal they would get me if I added FirstNet to my account. So I signed up. It was certainly false pretenses. I started getting 2 bills every month and was told that it would take a few cycles to normalize. We'll, in Nov I was still receiving 2 bills. Making it $40+ each month extra. I went back to the store and I again spoke to Saif. And, again I was told that it would take 2 or 3 billing cycles to normalize. Fast forward to Mar 2020. I am still getting 2 bills. Still paying an extra $40+ every month. I then called AT&T and they told me the $40 bill was not necessary and removed it. I called the store to ask for a refund and spoke with the manager, Karim. Went in and told the two gentlemen that the charger wasn't staying in my phone. One of the men just walk away. The other guy tells me I should switch over to wireless charging, get a new phone or buy a charging port. Never looked at my phone to see if someone was stuck in it (lint, fuzz, etc). If I could give zero stars I would. I just had a baby and wanted to upgrade my phone to get better pictures. Apparently you can't hold the phones because they are bolted to the wall so people don't steal them (great area I see). Anyway, the salesman ismael paredes said let's look up your account to see what you're eligible for for a trade in. I said fine but I'm not buying a phone that I can't physically hold and see the camera quality. He said I could go to Best Buy and check out the phones and come back- He looked up my account with my phone # and phone and told me if I purchased the iPhone 13 pro or max that day, I would get $1000 credit for my trade in but it was the last day of the $1000 promo motion and it went down to $800 the next day. I asked what if I don't like the phone and he said it's just a $55 restocking fee. I decided to go ahead and order the phone since $1000 off was a really good deal and I would only end up paying $7 a month for the new phone. I received the new phone in the mail several days later and went to the store to have an employee help me to transfer my data. He said my phone was eligible for $800. I said no that's not what the last sales guy told me. This guy said there was nothing he could do and I would have to come back and speak with ismael. I said I have a newborn and it's hard for me to get out right now and I don't want to come back for something that I was told I would receive. He gave me the original sale guy card. I called and he said he would get back to me. Didn't. I called and left 2 more messages over the next 3 days. No call backs finally Called the store and spoke with the manager Corrine who was an absolute joke. So rude and didn't even care at all. So the original employee lied to make the sale or made a mistake and the manager wouldn't even look into it to correct. She said she would 'talk to him' and she offered for me to return my phone to 'fix the problem' and they tried to joke saying 'well it's only an extra $3 a month' okay then you pay it. A bunch of scam artists and atnt should look into this location because they're complete liars and scam artists. I'm so pissed off because I was in no rush and would not have walked out of the store with a phone that day if it wasn't for the $1000 credit he said I would get. I even told the manager to look up their cameras, but apparently they don't have audio. How convenient. Oh and the original sales guy finallly called me back and 'doesn't recall' telling me that. Rudy was very helpful in figuring out what was going on with my Apple Watch since I got it 2 weeks ago. The SIM card wasn't hooked up and after going through so many people at at&t and on the phone with customer service this guy needs a raise for figuring out something so simple.
