    I am doing my best to provide more positive reviews, but this location, which I have frequented…read morenumerous times over the past few years, seems to be going to downhill with respect to customer service and honesty. In early September I took my daughter in and added a new iPhone to my account for her. It was her first Apple product ever and I took a long time working with her and getting it set up for usage. Unfortunately, 9 days later the phone was completely destroyed due to an unfortunate accident. Thankfully I have full insurance coverage on all of my Verizon iPhones and iWatches, but have never had to use it before now and wasn't certain as to how to handle this situation. Our sales representative had provide us with his name (which I prefer not to mention herein) and cell phone number. I called him for help and he directed me to the site for me to file a claim. Before I started the claim, he told me that if the entire phone needed replaced we would have to pay $99.00 replacement fee, if only the screen needed replaced it would be free, and then I specifically asked him if she would be getting a new iPhone or a refurbished one. His response was very reassuring when he stated that since the iPhone was a 14 and new, they would definitely send us a brand new iPhone. After battling Asurion to get the claim approved, which they first denied (a mistake later admitted to by an Asurion representative) and making sure I followed all of their directions, my daughter received a refurbished iPhone 14, not a new one. Any emails I sent to the sales representative attempting to discuss this fact now began to go unanswered or responded to in any way. While everyone in the store is friendly, appear very helpful, promised complete transparency, and make all kind of promises to make you feel comfortable about your new purchase, they are providing customers with incorrect information. If they are not certain about a question presented to them, they should refer you to someone who can provide you with an honest and accurate answer. Also, when they attempt to sell you the Asurion insurance on your device, all of the facts should be presented up front and with complete accuracy because it's not cheap and neither are the devices. After speaking with an actual Apple Senior Advisor, he explained the actual comparison as to how Asurion provides you with replacement phones in detail and how Apple Care provides you with a replacement. Please do your homework prior to purchasing any insurance becuase the difference is considerably different with respect to replacement device quality. My bottom line: I can no longer recommend this particular store after my experience with incorrect information. Also, I highly recommend that you compare Asurion device replacement methods compared to your own device manufacturers insurance replacement methods. I can't speak for anyone besides Apple, but the differences are much different and you may find that your actual manufacturer will be providing you with a much higher quality replacement device that Asurion.

They do not seem to have the technical skills that we are used to getting at Verizon. My husband went in with one problem and left with many more!!! Not only was his phone affected, but mine as well! It was worth traveling the extra 8 miles to a " real" Verizon ( Chad at the 312/Moultrie Rd.) solved all our problems in 5 minutes
