Everyone at this location was dishonest--from the manager, Jared, who stayed hidden in the back, to the sales associates on the floor providing misleading information. It's disappointing and unacceptable that this AT&T store operates this way. If you want to know where the lower phone bills are ATT, this location might help. This is the brand new AT&T store which honestly should score three stars because they were friendly but just as expensive as expected, offering small discounts on our Verizon bill but nothing that made it worth switching, and we didn't end up getting anything special here. But why I give the extra star is the beautiful design, because it was the first time I saw one of these beautiful neon lit locations, the brand new kind, and it was very impressive and it was hard not to give four stars just for the gorgeous visual appeal. read more

The two girls who are working this store this morning are flat out lazy. We went to have my husband's phone looked at bc his phone keeps dropping calls. One of them said we needed to go to Apple. That would have been a waste of time bc when I tried to schedule an appointment wit Apple, it said dropped calls need to be handled by the carrier. We went to another ATT store and the representative at the Lakepoint location helped us by resetting the eSIM and said to come back if it still isn't working. The girls at the Stafford location are useless and need to be fired. They even ignored us as we left and were just looking at their phones. I have come in this store twice for help with my phone and both times I have been turned away after initially being told I could be helped. The service at this location (Sugarland) was extraordinary. Came in with a really frustrating problem with my new I-Pad Pro sign-in for AT&T data service. Took a little time, but they resolved the problem, PLUS these guys put their heads together and found me a monthly plan that cut my cost in half! I'm a wireless salesman for premium wireless we sale AT&T T-Mobile and Verizon phones. I use AT&T for my network. Yesterday I ordered a phone with a request. I asked for no protection (protect advantage 1) It was still placed on my AT&T account and I haven't even received the phone I ordered yet I would like to cancel this whole order. I have a consumer account with benefits. My account can't get to normal customer service because it automatically reroutes to global business department. But they can't help me because again it's not business it's a consumer account with benefits so I can't ever use customer service support. I can't cancel on the app I've tried everything in my wireless experience. I would like a full refund and the restocking fee waive because is is the reason I asked for you guys not to put anything extra on my plan. I really wish I never got with AT&T everytime I get a new phone you guys add stuff even though I said no. Integrity should be first in phone sales so I encourage everyone to go to premium wireless in Walmart for their att phone purchases you get the same deal but we don't get paid commission to abuse our customers I mean we don't get commission for plans just the phone purchase it self so we'll always keep your plans the same.
