After checking in, you're greeted by one of their employees who will try to sell you everything under the sun, regardless of just wanting to pick up an online order. I placed my online order so that I wouldn't have to go through the whole process of upgrading my son's phone in store and to save time because I am extremely busy. Unfortunately, that's not the case in this situation.. I understand that their employees may work off of commission because they really really try to get you to buy every product AT&T has to offer. After three hours in the store, I went home, extremely frustrated and had to cancel services that I did not even know the employee signed me up for.

The store manager Clifford kept saying he would take care of the issue, but every time I called or went into the store he always had an excuse. I have tried over and over to resolve the issue and nothing was ever done. They not an actual AT&T store, just an authorized place to sell AT&T products! DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! They didn't even charge me for the "new battery" .I was at work so I couldn't pick it up , had mom pick it up for me , later on that night I went to FaceTime someone and neither of my cameras worked, my phone died that night and never turned back on all the way . Apple and then black ,all night long over and over, I was actually scared it was gonna explode, I kept it in a box completely away from me . Went in as soon as they opened the next day to figure out the problem . Now I haven't had a phone for going on 3 days at this point . They take a couple hours to fix it and as soon as I pick it up they ask me to check the cameras (which had no prior issues) . As soon as I open my camera, it shows me that "fake parts" have been put into my phone . I go to settings and boom another notification about a fake battery in my phone . My back glass broke 2 days after I had finally gotten it back and with a case I bought there that a worker had recommended, mind you I hadn't even dropped my phone AT ALL ! Now couple months later both of my cameras are blacked out not working , Like I get it , it's not too expensive but advertise that you use fake parts or reps . Shitty shitty work ALL the way around ! Like shut her down fr or DO BETTER . No wonder someone was cussing you guys out the first day I went in there, should've taken that red flag and ran w it but we live and we learn . Every few minutes his mood shifted and he could not hide it nor did he even try. If we did not agree with him or like his suggestion or when we answered no thank you, he got very, very upset. The store does not give out receipts anymore and are overcharging customers. This is a very shady store RIGHT NOW. All of the old employees are no longer there. It's ran by 2 Iranians for the past couple of Months. We bought a new phone and paid bills and they claim they could not provide any type receipt for any of our transactions. It is something very weird going on in this store and CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO STEP UP AND TAKE OVER. I do not trust these new people. Sam told us they are the corporate office along with the store in Antioch, CA on Lone Tree Way. So the same person must own these 2 stores, and they are truly up to NO GOOD. An Investigation needs to take place immediately on both stores. He also kept adding prices on our total without telling us in advance and when we questioned him why and what the extra charges were and why was the total so high, he start literally throwing items in the air, visibly huffing and puffing extremely hard and loud and cursing and giving us evil looks. He changed our pin and we weren't aware until I got home and tried to log in the metro app. Therefore, he didn't inform us that he changed our pin.
