I called the store after getting nowhere with customer service because of broken English and thought that I'd reach out to vendors in my new state and neighborhood for assistance. Before I could even ask a question I was spoken over twice that they couldn't help me with ANYTHING unless I came into the store. I tried to ask a question and without even hearing me out let me know their store was waaay to busy for a phone question. Left wondering why they have a business phone in the first place, after being hung up on I tried to call back and received voice mail. Doesn't costumer service extend to ALL areas?? Are they THAT busy to not even allow me to ask any questions at all? Maybe go to a less busy store or at least one that has the common decency to treat a customer with some respect!! Wow. SMH

At the store on Litchfield &Bell in AZ, I'm explaining my problem to the sales rep who is texting the entire time. I called her out and she refused to help walking towards the end of the store. She would not give me her name or her boss' name either. I called customer service again... cycle of bad service!

    I went into the store on March 24th regarding an issue with my phone. The manager was there and he…read morerefused to help me and was rude to me. This was the second time this has happened. After he refused to help me he did say "have a good day" and went to the back out of sight and then I left. The first time this happened was about 5 to 6 months ago. In his mind, I just need a new phone and that's it but I actually do not need a new phone. Last year I went in on a different day and the employee helped me out and took care of the problem. This most recent time after the manager refused to provide customer service to me I took the phone to another Cricket location and I got excellent customer service and she also took care of the issue. The manager at this store claimed that I come in there every week but that is not true, not even close. I average coming there once every 2 to 3 months. Although the manager would say that I need a new phone over and over again because he thinks that I have very little space left, I actually have over 50% available space on my phone. After all this happened I contacted one of the main locations in Phoenix on March 27th. I informed the manager there about the situation and asked her to pass on the message to the owner of the store and/or corporate. I received a call from corporate on April 2nd and had a good conversation with her explaining what happened. My understanding was that the owner from this store would be calling me to discuss the situation but he has not done so. I work retail myself and if I refused to provide customer service to a customer I would no longer be there. Everyone else at Cricket has been great and very helpful. I will be going to a different location in the future if I need assistance.
