Was able to get my phone screen replaced, but it's annoying how long it took. It was pretty quick getting my phone in for repair and I was told about a 2 hr ETA from the repair tech. At the 2 hr mark, I called the store for an update, and was told that not only had the phone already been ready, but now I had to wait another hour as the phone repair tech left and none of the other employees could assist. read more

Took my daughter in to get an iPhone 14 Pro Max and Meng was great! He was efficient, fast and very detailed in the purchase process. She knew exactly what she wanted and the color so it was a straight shot. Super easy and smooth transaction. I didn't want to spend hours in the store so it worked out really well. They were having a sale on accessories so we got her a privacy screen as well but she wanted a case from Target mobile. I figured I might as well upgrade mine as we both still had the 11's, and my process was even simpler than hers. I also got a privacy screen and bought my case there as well, clear with a magnetic background to show the gold on the phone. He made the process completely easy and I couldn't be happier that we were in and out of there in under 45 minutes which for me is great considering it was for 2 phones on different accounts. Did not purchase the insurance through AT&T so when we got home, we purchased it directly from our phones with AppleCare. I can't recommend Meng enough! He was awesome! read more

My daughter went into the AT&T store this last weekend because she purchased an Apple Watch a few months ago and wanted to add her new watch to our account. We all ready had a Apple Watch in the account , so all that need to be done is replace her new Watch to the same phone number . But no salesperson told her she had to add new line and then told her that I had to call cancel the old line. After talking to AT&T customer service that was wrong !! All the salesperson needed to do was replace her new Apple Watch with her old Apple Watch. Probably does not get paid a commission for simply helping a customer but gets one for adding a line! Probably one of the worst ATT stores I have ever visited. Not a single person acknowledged us as we entered. Three associates were working and busy with other guests. Came here to help my girlfriend find a new phone and finalize a purchase but there was no one at the front door to even welcome us or ask us why we were there. We waiting for about 15-20 minutes to see if anyone would even greet us and nothing... so we left. Poor customer service and lack of attention to guests. Luckily I am a Verizon customer and at least we have automated greetings and scheduling once we walk into a store. Steer clear of this store. read more

The rep from AT&T is only trying to get more business and will lie and tell you whatever it takes to get you to switch! I kept saying no, I only pay $150 a month without any hidden fees through T-mobile for 4 lines and a watch-unlimited talk and text! He swore he could match it coming in $40 less when we bundled with the WiFi fiber optic. Plus he lied about our "free upgrade" from iPhone 12 to 15. If it were a free upgrade then why did he add the monthly payment for the phone? And then he took our iPhone 12's (2 of them) without giving credit. Our first bill was $531. How is that saving money from our $150 flat rate. Lesson learned! I paid off the phones, we paid our bill, and now they refuse to unlock our phones for 60 days. This was a very expensive almost $3K one month mistake where YES I own up to being totally stupid believing them, but hope you all can learn from my mistake and not be screwed over by AT&T!! I keep trying to unlock my 2 phones that I paid off, but it looks like they are holding us hostage for 60 days since that is the only way they can keep customers! read more

Im in AT&T over 7yrs! Stop by this store because near my house since 2019! I was happy with this store until last Mar, 2021! Employees gave unclear information until my account suspended! It was fine as human being! But I have to give one star because of the guy (serving times between 11:30am to 12 on Tue 20 2021). Staff are not knowledgeable and didn't really seem interested in getting my business. We were told that a promotion was going on "for at least a month" and when we returned today to take advantage of the great promotion for our business plan, the person that told us last week that the promotion was going on "for at least a month" was going to help us today. When we told him we were back to go ahead and change over our account and upgrade 6 phones he said that promotion expired yesterday. Of course we were frustrated and disappointed with the situation. He didn't offer an apology and blamed it on AT&T corporate. Of course we understand that deals end, but he should have apologized for the miscommunication. He didn't offer us anything at all, until we asked if there were any other promotions that were going on. Only after I asked, he then proceeded to tell us about a new promotion. At that point, we did not want to give that store our business. Sales reps should be willing to apologize for their mistakes and should work hard to win the sale. He basically seemed to not care. We ended up going to another store and being well taken care of. Just remembered the sales person was Jesus. read more

Went to pull a line off a corporate account with the owner of the account and we were told the business department closes at 7pm and they could not help us ( Very interesting because the store closes at 9pm and your telling me a AT & T works only off Eastern Time !!??? Normal people have jobs during the day!! ). So we were told it would be noted in the account "The line would be released, and I could open a new account on my own" So I traveled for a day (Because I work and I have a job!!!) Came straight back to the store as I was told too, and guess what? Of course that wasn't the case.. The owner of account had to be there AGAIN, the staff was really rude as it was my fault. Everything that we were told 2 nights before was not the truth so my problem is still not solved. Moral of all this story.. Don't come here and waist your time to do any of your business and spend money. Staff is untrained, liars, lazy, busy watching TV or hanging out in the back. Save your time and energy. My husband and I have been lifelong Verizon customers but the great service we received from Christian Morelli at this store changed that! I seldom get around to writing reviews on yelp except for when I receive amazing (or horrible) service and the service we received from Christian definitely inspired a glowing review! We went into the store to inquire about activating an unlocked iphone 3GS but we weren't sure if we were going to go with AT&T or were going to stay with Verizon. However after meeting Christian and having him explain everything we decided to switch to AT&T. Christian completed the entire process, ported my old phone number from Verizon (he has a friend that works at Verizon who helped to expedite the process of closing my account there and porting my number immediately) in a matter of minutes! It was so fast - we were out of the store in around 10 minutes and that was even after asking a bunch of questions, getting a new sim card and transferring all of my contacts to this iphone from my old Verizon phone. Christian also helped me set up my online account and paperless billing right there in the store. He also gives out his cell phone number so you can call him anytime if you have any issues with your phone or service. I did txt him once about a billing issue and he helped me immediately! I was so impressed! Christian really goes above & beyond with customer service! Prior to AT&T, we also went into a Verizon store (Newport Beach) and the lady that helped us was so cranky and gruff it seemed like she'd just gotten released from prison or something! She acted like it pained her to help us which was the exact opposite of Christian. I'm not sure if all AT&T employees are as helpful as Christian (probably not) but if you need to do anything at AT&T, it is worth the drive to Tustin and make sure you ask for Christian Morelli since he will give you great service and make you feel like you've been friends a lifetime even if you've just met! (that was our experience) We happened to be doing something else in Tustin and decided to stop by the AT&T store on our way back to Newport Beach and now we will always be making the drive to Tustin since the outstanding customer service we get from Christian is worth it (even inspired my husband to switch to AT&T too) read more

Be aware - I went into the store to buy a cell phone and the sales associate offered me television service. I inquired about a specific sports channel and he said it was included in the plan. As an added incentive, the sales associate promised me a $200 VISA rewards card if I signed up for the television service. I took advantage of his offer. Well, the sports channel was NOT included and I had to upgrade the television package (more money). Also, the promised VISA rewards card was not honored. To top it off, I called the store and asked to speak with a manager after AT&T corporate recommended I call to "escalate" this issue and resolve it. When I called, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and had to call back. When I called back, I was totally blown off by the associate and told a manager was not available. I asked why I was left on hold for 20 minutes and why someone couldn't pick up and tell me a manager was not available. He replied he didn't know and he was helping me now and there was nothing he could do about my incident. This store and their associates are not friendly or knowledgeable about their product and they lack professionalism. Above all-they DO NOT honor what they promise...any potential customer should be very cautious and challenge anything an associate promises you. read more

Went to this store (Marketplace on El Camino) to ask for help resolving an issue with my new iPhone. Aileen approached us w a smile and assured us she can help fix it. In less than 10mins we were done! Got my new iPhone working properly. Before coming to this location, we went to the AT&T store in Arbor Village (on Jeffrey). We got there 15 mins before closing time wc was 7pm. As soon as we entered the door (it was still open), an employee (a woman) told us in an annoyed voice and unhappy look that they're closed. My husband said we just needed help w something he knows will only take a short while. Another employee approached us (his name is Jack) who was willing to help, tried to understand our problem, but told us (nicely) we have to go back the next day since their system is already down. I appreciate him trying to help us, not like the lady who greeted us rudely when she said they're closed (although they're supposed to be open for another 15mins). We wld be ok to go back the next day bec Jack told us he can fix our problem in 2-3mins when their system is back up. He's nice and helpful. But since we wanted to get it fixed right away, we went to another AT&T store that's open, wc is at the Marketplace (on El Camino). We got there w 1hr left before closing, fingers crossed that their system is not yet down. That's when Aileen greeted us w a friendly face and helped us right away and solved our issue without any problem. We went home as happy customers bec we felt welcome to come in and be helped w our phone issues/s. Just some words of advice to the other store-- tell your employees to be kind.. and SMILE!..it goes a long way. Put someone out there who is respectful and can say things in a nice way. Went in today to check out the FirstNet service and was greeted by Dre. It was a very short wait time (less than 5 minutes) when Chris came out to help me. They were both friendly and knowledgable while they went through the process of getting me switched over from my current provider. Because they were able to give such detailed information to me in the store, I don't think Ill have any further questions, however, I would feel very comfortable going to them should any issues arise in the future. I kept my phone, and they got me all set up with paperless, automatic billing on the spot. Total time in the store was about an hour, which is unbelievable to me on a weekend afternoon. I'm excited ATT is offering this as an exclusive service because there are times at work when getting the right information as quickly as possible could truly mean saving a life. read more

I received a new iPhone X for my birthday yesterday from my daughter in LA. I had to be in Irvine, CA today, so I took my new phone to this AT&T Store. HANNAH greeted us at the door, and showed us to a couple seats at a table. She was so proficient, she quickly set up my new phone and had it downloading my info and apps. Since I wanted to buy a wireless charger, she informed me that DirectTV is having a promotion that cut the price of the charger from $50 to $25 if I would try DirectTVNOW on my phone for $10, each month for three months. If I liked it, I could continue it for $30 a month; if I didn't like it, I could cancel it at any point. I am excited to try this, and am so glad that HANNAH introduced me to DirectTVNOW! I can not imagine a better experience at an AT&T store than I had today! read more

If you want to experience the definition of greasy salesmanship then go to this store. I was appalled at how the salesperson, HANNAH, was so friendly on day one when she sold me an iphone and new plan that sounded like a great deal THEN to see how much changed after day one and that she LIED about the plan. Straight up lied. So greasy. She said my plan was going to cost x amount every month but I was charged more when I saw my first bill. She sent me away because she said it was because of x reason. Then it happened again, and again and again for SIX MONTHS. She and the manager, Oton, said they would look into it and NEVER got back to me. They promised to follow up and never did over and over again. Her demeanor was passive aggressive after that first day. It was the greasiest nastiest sales experience I have ever had and she should feel much shame for how she conducts business. The manager did not help either. He didn't understand basic math when I tried to explain to him how and why I was being overcharged. How can I get anywhere if the manager doesn't understand math? I couldn't get to a regional manager because they insisted their inferior math skills were the truth. This was BASIC MATH. I am now paying more each month than what was told to me because I can't even deal with it anymore. The fact that these people have their jobs is mind boggling and a big reflection on ATT. I won't be renewing my contract. UPDATE: Another lie revealed by greasy Hannah! She said I could cancel the security alarm system that was supposedly bringing my phone bill down after one year. She put me in a two year contract! She is complete scum! read more

All she went for was for an upgrade and ended up spending hours and hours to fix their mistake. At the end she ended up paying for the phone full price. Ed and Chris at this location are awesome! I received a replacement phone and was having issues with the SIM. In one day I went to an AT&T store and spent over an hour on two different phone calls to customer service for help. No one could help me. At 8pm I walked into this location desperate because I could not use my phone all day and didn't know what to do. Ed and Chris problem solved like pros and were very friendly, professional and patient. I am so grateful they quickly figured out the problem and got my phone working again.
