Unfortunately, when I came back, I was told the calibration didn't fix the problem and that it was actually the motherboard. Then said I would have to leave the phone for another 7 days, but even then he couldn't guarantee it would be repaired. I understand that electronics can be difficult to diagnose, but I don't think it's fair to charge customers upfront when there's no clear diagnosis or confidence that the repair can be completed. I ended up paying $50 without my daughter's phone being fixed and without a definite solution. I wish the expectations had been clearer from the beginning so I could have decided whether it was worth moving forward. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't return.

What a SCARY, HORRIFYING & DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!! So let me just say I've had great service for years prior but tonight was absolutely distrusting. And horribly abusive and unsafe!!! I brought my new phone in (a replacement) and it was dead in there. Four staff members were sitting there doing not at thing. I had questions regarding my phone sent to me as it was the wrong color. No one wanted to help me. I was like what the heck, prior, it was great service?! It wa a lot of Nos, no solutions offered and immature childish behaviors And people w aging to go back to sitting around doing nothing. Then I when I asked for help, no one incl the female manager wanted to help. It was a lot of lazy "no"s again, sitting mute and walking away. Then they all went to the back to talk about me. I close hear screaming and cheering and laughing and just very unprofessional and low vibe disgusting behavior. So I asked the one person there to help me set up my and he wouldn't help. He wouldn't walk me through and gave me steps 5 ahead of where I was at. He was all standoffish and acting so odd. Like he was on something. Then when I clarified if he didn't want to help me to me get someone to help. He walked away no one returned. Yet the female "manager" (unsure if she is as she act like one) would not return. So I asked another person to help as they were finishing up and the same man who went to the back and refused to help came out mumbling things about me walking up and down the store over and over again past me, trying to get me to acknowledge his mentally unstable behavior. It was so passive aggressive and gross and so unbalanced. I questioned what his issue was and started yelling at me came over to me and was telling me that I'm terrible and have "first world problems". I told him this biz, ATT is all first wold problems where he works. I also asked the man who was helping to get someone to get him stay away from me and he said not a word. He didn't stick up for a female and he didn't get the help I requested. It was like he wanted me to feel unsafe and be verbally attacked by a severely unbalanced and scary human, his coworker. What's silica blue humans and men to do this to a female. I was scared by the aggression and simple anger and obvious mental instability of man verbally attacking me and now telling me "I have no problem telling you to your face" what he thought of me. I, a female, was sitting there as two standing men, the gross and unstable agresor (pls ATT get the african American male with braids working tonight mental care) and the other man working dining nothing but letting an attack on a woman occur (male with dark hair (long on top)). The female magnet never once came out even though I asked for her again. How unsafe and unprofessional! Where was she? Why was she letting her staff attack me and yell at Me and hiding in the back? ATT could you pls connect with me as I was verbally attacked and my physical presence was severely at risk and not a thing was done! I am sickened that people like this feel so safe to attack a client and tell them how they about them and nothing is done. Like when did the wolf decide employees can attack clients so freely and hide and laugh in the back? What kind of people do you hire? This is alarming at best. This must be addressed immediately!!! NEXT MORNING UPDATE: On the "best" note, I told them I was leaving on a trip this am and they DIDNT even set up my phone or instruct me what to do properly. I had to miss my trip day and take it to another ATT store who only had one person working as his staff didn't show (up but at least helped me and fixed The mess the 4 people doing nothing but attacking me did to my phone). I found out because I came in 2.5 hours to closing this is often what unprofessional, immature and lazy staff does. Honestly , I was abused and given the run on purpose by a bunch of immature little children pretending to be managers and professionals at this store. Your clients safety, integrity and time is worth something. Corporate ATT go fix the horrendous abuse (how unsafe and scary) and abuse of power (how sad and low vibe) going on there! I await how you can even begin to explain how this is okay and not disgusting and wrong. Please advise. And I hope to meet someone that is not like the staff there: unprofessional, unbalanced, unavailable, unhelpful, self absorbed, lazy and scary. Thank you. read more

Toward the end of November,2020, went in to trade-in an old iPhone for a new iPhone 12 Max and upgrade my current mobile line. My order was handled quickly and efficiently. When I received the the first bill, I was not credited the trade-in rebate! Upon closer examination I noticed on my paperwork in very small print that a wrong mobile phone number was listed on my trade-in paperwork. (one digit was incorrect). To make a long story short my wife has tried for 50 days to get the correct rebate of $700.00 for my trade-in iPhone. Employees were courteous but with transfer of employees and the responsibility being passed around like a hot torch, nothing was being accomplished. Finally a new Store Manager named Aaron Vega convinced me to work with him with a sincere earnest demeanor. Last night I got the correct billing adjustment. I owe Mr. Vega and his Supervisor Samantha a debt of appreciation and gratitude for knocking down hurdles and settling this issue within 24 hours. Mr. Vega kept me in touch with his efforts until the issue was solved with a very professional attitude. It is rare an employee shows so much care for his company and customers. I appreciate Mr. Vega's willingness to take this problem head-on and get this nagging expensive problem solved. This young man deserves any and recognition that may come his way. i am so upset with ATT right now. last month i get blocked by ATT to access to a couple of websites and i call to ask for a help to ATT they sent out a tech guy to my house and all he did is replaced a new modem for me and he said everything is FREE. then this month my bill came and i got charge 7 bucks for the equipment fee. i am frustrated because i already paid off for my modem and now i have to pay THE LEASE FEE FOR MY OWN MODEM that is make no sense at all. I tried to call ATT costumer services and they said they cannot find that guy to give me back my modem and cannot take 7 dollars off i have to pay it anyway... please do not use ATT they are really bad services and stealing money. that was how they stole my money at first they blocked my web site and sent a tech guy down and take away my modem i already paid off and force me to lease a new modem from them. read more

Unethical! Liars! Upsell! You buy insurance for your phone but insurance has a deductible no one told you about. The deductible is higher than the actual value of the phone! Makes no sense but they do not tell you about the deductible, don't you think it's important to let me know that my deductible is $200 for a phone that is $50? Don't you think it would be nice for a salesman to tell a customer that this policy makes no sense? Do not go, they all act nice and friendly but it's all about sales and selling insurance and upsell like there's no tomorrow. I cancelled not only my cell phone service but the rest of my business with AT&T as well. I do about $12K worth of business with them a year. They lost $12K trying to scam me out of $200....it's not a big win but I feel better knowing I'm not contributing to these people's livelihood! read more

Signed up for security system Digital Life for $30/month. Monthly bill is for $55/month. Called ATT and asked what happened, ATT said the $30/month is for equipment only...if you want it turned on, it's $55/month. Cancellation fee is $400! Pretty much got scammed by this ATT location for a $1000. Went back to ask sales rep about that....hhhmmm...awkward isn't it? How do you blatantly scam people like that? I purchased my new iPhone 17 from Christopher at this location on July 3, 2026. During the first week, I noticed that the phone was getting extremely hot. Because it was brand new and otherwise working well, I unfortunately assumed it was part of the initial setup process and did not immediately return to the store. Fast forward to Saturday, September 5. My phone suddenly would not charge, connect, or function properly. It was also becoming SO hot that while carrying it in the pocket of my scrub pants, I had to remove it several times because I was genuinely concerned it could burn me. I made an appointment at this Verizon location for after my hospital shift. I was working in South County and even left my shift early so I could make it to my 5:00 PM appointment. When I arrived, the two employees were assisting other customers, so I waited. While waiting, I repeatedly heard them telling customers, "We close at 6," making it very clear that closing time was their priority. I was finally helped around 5:30 PM. I explained everything that was happening with the phone, including the excessive heat and the fact that it was no longer charging or connecting. Christopher immediately told me that I "needed to get there before 3 PM." This made absolutely no sense considering I had made an appointment, arrived before closing, and the store was open until 6 PM. He then told me that every carrier would do the same thing--T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.--because it was a warranty issue and that I would need to go to Apple. I explained that I also have insurance coverage through Verizon. Again, I was told that "it's a process" and that I needed to have come in before 3 PM. My biggest issue is not simply that my phone malfunctioned. Electronics can have defects. My issue is the complete lack of effort, concern, and customer service I received when I came back to the store that sold me the phone. I purchased this phone from this location. I made an appointment. I rearranged my workday and left my hospital shift early to get there. I arrived while the store was still open. I explained that the device was becoming dangerously hot, and instead of someone taking the time to help me understand my options or assist me with the next step, I felt like the priority was getting me out of the store so everyone could leave at 6 PM. After more than 20 years with Verizon, this is absolutely not the level of professionalism or customer service I have come to expect. There are other Verizon locations in the area. Based on my experience here, I would HIGHLY recommend choosing another one.

Here's the irony: when I called customer service, they resolved my issue almost instantly and confirmed that I was an authorized user. This proved that the in-store staff were either incompetent, deliberately unhelpful, or outright discriminatory. The inefficiency was shocking. The staff were not only extremely slow but also blatantly unprofessional. At one point, they were seen playing on their phones while customers waited. On top of that, the store itself was filthy and poorly maintained, adding to the unpleasant experience. Joshua the store manager took both fobs and tried to program them. 2 hours later I now have 2 fobs that don't work! They only start the car but all remote functions are dead. We schedule for him to come out the next day to program my keys. Next day Josh the store owner comes over and tries to program my fobs again. No luck and states that his system needs upgrading and he will be back tomorrow. Josh now clears all functions for 1 fob. Next day I'm waiting for Josh to show up. Waiting, waiting, waiting, No call no text message no show. One day passes no call no show no text message! I GOT SCAMMED and by the owner of this Batteries Plus store! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
